The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler could possibly need. It was clear that every detail had been thoroughly thought out to ensure comfort and convenience. And apartment is in real palazzo!!!

- Anna (1/5): Bad - Beautiful building. No natural light, bathroom was dirty upon arrival with a different guest’s hair in shower. Only one detergent pod for a week’s stay. Hosts previously approved luggage storage but then rescinded the offer the morning of check out.

Didn't expect to have to buy shower gel and loo roll. 1 loo roll only provided, cleaning product ran out 1 sachet Shower gel. Perhaps this normal for Italy. Normally host will leave info and tips but nothing in apartment.

- Vivian (10/5): Spacious and very well-appointed apartment with a very peaceful setting. - A quiet and peaceful stay at an elegant apartment. The apartment was presented just as the pictures. Spotless clean, spacious living area, bathroom, and bedroom. Exceptional bed with quality linens and towels. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook and water pressure in shower was strong. Lovely snacks and candy were there on our arrival, which was appreciated. Lots of nice details like luxurious velvet robes and blankets to lay on the couch or sit in your private patio. The location was convenient and peaceful, which is necessary for one to escape the busy streets and attractions of Venice. We love this neighborhood and have stayed in it in past trips. Great local restaurants and co-op not far way. Our host was available every time we called.
