• Walter Krückl (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir sicher wiederholen werden! - Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, großes und trotz der Lage an der belebtesn Straße angenehm ruhig. Das Apartment ist toll ausgesattet! Die Entfernung zum Parkplatz ist bei mehr Gepäck etwas unkomfortabel aber wen es trocken ist kein Problem. Eine der Steckdosen im Wohraum am der Wand zur Straße funktioniert nicht.

(9/5): Perfekt Waren schon mehrmals hier und kommen gerne wieder - Alles perfekt Tolles zentrales Appartement super zentral und perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende Groß und Sauber die Änderung dass der Schlüssel nicht mehr in einem Safe unten im Floor war sonder nun über ein Code an der Tür ist eine deutliche Verschlechterung da es im 2 Stock Ohne Aufzug ist und obwohl das Zimmer fertig ist man nicht früher beziehen kann dies ist ärgerlich das war früher besser

(9/5): sehr gut wie im Vorjahr - Die LAge Das etwas komplizierte Code System an der Tür das war voriges JAhr mit dem Schlüsselsafe einfacher und auch besser man konnte nachsehen ob das Appartement ready ist und reingehen wann der Schlüssel da war jetzt immer in den 2ten Stock und das System schaltet erst automatisch um 15 Uhr frei das ist ärgerlich und unnötig

Rooms are on 3rd level without elevator, it was a little difficult to carry large luggage to the room, otherwise it is a perfect stay at Krems

Communication was kind and detailed 🙃, though a bit too many emails. A short summary of key info (like code and room) upfront would have saved time. Minor point overall.

С окна открывается красивый вид на историческое здание! Платная парковка, неприятно пахло канализацией. Нас трижды просили заполнить одну и ту же регистрационную форму, хотя мы ее заполняли! Возникли сложности при заселении - нам опять сказали, что мы не регистрировались!!! Ну вы серьезно??? Потом мы заполнили данные в четвертый раз и еще 40 минут ждали пока нам придет письмо по заселению. Мы звонили по телефону и женщина усердно говорила, что выслала нам письмо, но ни в спаме, ни в почтовом ящике его не было! А смс-кой и в букинге она не могла нам продублировать информацию... Эти моменты оставили негативное впечатление о работе с клиентами!

Pre checkin followed by final checkin the same day was needed and the codes given to open the door after pre checkin were not correct. After doing final checkin on same day took a while to get corrected codes.

Also it was great to use the washing machine as we were on a cycling trip and needed to do laundry so that was really an added bonus. The location is also ideal. The A/c did not work on one of our rooms. Though I messaged to ask for someone to please see about fixing it, it seems the host did not see the message until the next day. Additionally, we had an incident where one of the girls in our group got quite ill during our morning ride and I messaged the host to ask for a late checkout. They would not accommodate it because it was a big cleaning day… check in for the next group is 3 pm and we asked for checkout at 11 30.

It was perfect and it was absolutely fantastic to be able to use a washing machine. We parked our bicycles at another Smile property just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Please make sure it’s clear to guests that the apartment is on the second floor! The key that was given to us unlocked the wrong apartment on the first floor, this was at 2am as we came back from the party. The person living there was woken up in absolute panic and UNDERSTANDABLY why. It is not her job to show at 2am where the right apartment is, because it is not specified in the checkin instructions.
