Guest Reviews
- Marko (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, near Termini train station, near Coloseum. Sweet apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows....
- Boskovic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hlxsn (1/5): Bad - The ac is broken the room was floating with ac water it was total disaster
- Weronika (8/5): Very good -
- Nađa (8/5): All in all, it was great, just needed a deep clean. - The apartment was good, the location is excellent, the internet worked great, and you have everything you need in the apartment. In the building where the apartment is located, there is an excellent shop, bakery, café, and restaurant. The air conditioning is great, which is extremely important 😜. At first, I didn't like that we had to pick up and return the keys, but it was just one street over, so it ended up being fine.
I would have preferred a deep clean. The apartment was only superficially cleaned, which was the worst part for me.
The shower water kept alternating between hot and cold, but it wasn't too bad. Considering they knew how many days we were staying, I would have liked them to provide more towels.
- Narek (2/5): Very poor - During all my stay our wi-fi was not working. We informed about this to owner, but there was 0% help. Additionally, key pick up was far from my stay.
- Shelby (8/5): Good location, clean and easy to get around. - Very close location to Termini station making it super easy to get in and out of the city. Clean and as expected. The WiFi didn’t work like other people mentioned in their reviews earlier, but I contacted them and was told I would get compensation for this. There is no phone service inside the actual apartment so this is tricky without any WiFi to plan excursions or call people.
- Grewal-thethy (1/5): Terrible - The location was good Take note this was the most terrible stay I have had and been a total disappointment.
You listed clearly on your booking.com listing
WiFi- This was completely a misrepresentation and made it impossible to work from as I had intended and made a booking for work and had to have an internet connection which you did not attempt at restoring.
Cleaning- my first message on how dirty the apartment was all the towels smelt the bedding was smelly, the bathroom was not clean grime in the shower really low level of hygiene. Have all photos.
Hot water- no hot water for my entire stay (granted this was the only thing you offered to fix however I was not able to grant access when I’m not there and due to the WiFi and my work could not and was working from a hotel)
Air conditioning- again same story not working and no remote to control it making the Apartment so hot and smelly.
Noise - having a bakery next door with workers making so much noise from 4 am makes it so hard to get any sleep
All in all probably the worst stay and experience overall.
- Dragana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was super great..Only problem was with internet but I am sure they will handle it. Apartment has all facilities and all modern and new. All you need in the kitchen and more is there. Giant TV. Comfy bed. Two toilets. It is super cozy apartment very functional. Very clean, spotless. It is in the typical old Rome building, charming and renovated, with an elevator, and with a fantastic restaurant within, two great patisteries and one grocery shop. Across the street there is gelateria. Location is perfect, near Colosseo. Communication with manager was very good. We asked for extra duvet-they have provided us with. No noise, very peacefull. Internet wasnt working but they will handle it for sure. We didnt push for it couse we had ours.
- Borislav (9/5): Superb -
- Rosemary (8/5): Comfortable large apartment in central Rome. - Comfortable large apartment, not too far from Rome Termini rail station. We had to pick up the keys from a different address, not far away. Traditional apartment in a city centre block. Close to shops, cafes & restaurants & Metro stop. Very handy to have a washing machine! Good kitchen space & cooking facilities there, but we chose to eat out instead. A few small practical issues, which we reported on departure - should be easily fixed.
- Lizaveta (1/5): -“Go and stay in tent, not apartment” message from host! - The location is good and the apartment itself is fine. The unprecedented rudeness of the host ruined an entire experience.
1. First of all, there is no lock box, you have to go to another location and return the keys there too.
2. There was a wet towel left in the kitchen sink when we arrived.
3. Usually, when I rent an apartment, there is either a bottle of water in the fridge or at least an oil to cook, some spices. Forget it, all empty, there is not even enough of toilet paper.
4. There was a camera on the bookshelf, looked like a child’s toy, but I don’t see it as an appropriate thing for the rental. There’s been too many cases worldwide with these things. Whatever it is, it just shouldn’t be there. I am a woman, I don’t feel safe near any kind of cameras when I change clothes.
5. When I reported the camera to Booking, someone entered the apartment while we were out. How do I know? I left a shoe behind the door so that I see if anyone been there. Thanks to YouTube I know that someone was definitely there.
6. The last, but not least! When we were moving out, the door accidentally shut by itself from a wind. There was no way to enter anymore, it locks from inside and that’s it. I made sure that the manager or the owner is aware of the situation, was polite and open to discussion. As a result I received the rudest messages possible suggesting me to sleep in the tent not in the apartment if I don’t know how to use doors and many more rude comments that I don’t even see reasonable to answer to. For a 1.100 euros per week, I get insulted, it is unbelievable!!!! I am the client, I paid for my stay enough to at least be respected.
I traveled so much, to so many places and I am shocked to the point that I will never come back!
- Larry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (8/5): It would be so much better to put a key lock box in the hallway - Modern, cosy and walkable to City centre. Property was excellent but key collection was the problem.
- Marina (8/5): Good but partially ruined vacation - Ideal place for a couple. It’s located in the center of Rome, walking distance from Colosseum and many other historic monuments on busy street with lots of restaurants, cafes and pizzerias but windows are facing the courtyard so you won’t be disturbed by street noise. The problem was next door neighbors. They played extremely loud heavy metal music for two nights until 3am and ignored our request to stop doing so. Due to this disturbance we did not get good sleep and felt exhausted next day missing some of our scheduled tours.
