- Esteban (8/5): - Son bonitos pero no tienen baño del servicio 🚽 para personas con discapacidad ni duchas con acceso correcto para personas con discapacidad Al ser una persona con discapacidad el bañó dese la taza 🚽 hasta la ducha y sin jacuzzi instalaciónes para personas con discapacidad, pues ahí está la sugerencia que no solo vean que van personas de a pie, también tienen usuarios con discapacidad 🧑🏻🦽 pueden mejorar, porfavor me gustaría visitarlos de nuevo y poder tener la satisfacción de que los baños ya tienen las adecuaciones e instalaciónes correctas, y faltó iluminación para pasar con la pareja solo había luz amarilla y estába bien pero hizo falta la de colores para un ambiente más sexy con la pareja, gracias

- Isaac (6/5): Decent value but not special - This hotel is very close to the airport and offers decent value. The beds are comfy, it has AC, it was clean, there’s a TV in the room with YouTube etc, and check out is late at midday. They also offer breakfast 7-9am. There was no hot water either in the morning or evening for my showers – which is pretty poor – and the WiFi was pretty bad. I also got woken up at 7am by a doorbell going off almost constantly outside of my room. They also only accept cash.

- Mariana (1/5): Pésima, lo catalogo como un lugar que no tiene las condiciones para considerarlo como un hotel - La encargada es una oportunista abusiva, me cobra de dos habitaciones dobles cuando solo se necesitó una argumentando que yo lo había reservado, nunca recomendaré a nadie el hospedarse en un lugar como éste que dice ser un hotel y que no lo es y lo que más me indignò es que me cobre el doble, aprovechados, yo haré público éste hecho.

- Penny (8/5): Close to the airport, comfortable friendly stay. - 5 minute taxi drive from the airport, 10 minute walk to the mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large, good working AC, very clean and comfortable bed. Water refill station also a great bonus. My room was downstairs next door to the shared kitchen. Very loud in the mornings.

- Jeanette (8/5): Affordable. - Comfortable bed, quiet room, very hot water, helpful staff, reliable shuttle/taxi service at an additional cost of $5 to the airport. Note: No breakfast was included with the accommodation. It was NOT offered as an option when booking online. I was informed by hotel staff that a breakfast there would cost four dollars US currency.

The place was just not finished very choppy set up, stairs had no railing in some areas, only one small towel per person, no small towels at all. No hot water at all. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet particularly dirty. This particular room the bathroom was super dirty. Not enough toilet paper no hand towels. Needed to be cleaned properly and more towels and toilet paper made available.

- Kimberley (7/5): Good - The staff were very helpful in organising a safe airport transfer. I only stayed there as a stopover for the Galapagos. It was very clean and spacious It's directly on the main road opposite the airport. The traffic was noisy but few planes at night. I was exhausted so able to sleep

- Sorcha (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - Comfortable bed, shower had good pressure and hot water, aircon and wifi worked well. Staff were nice and quick to respond on whatsapp. They organised a taxi to collect me from the bus station which cost $5 (one person with one suitcase) which is highly recommended due to the safety issues in Guayaquil. Taxi driver communicated with me and sent me a photo prior to collection so I felt very safe. Breakfast was available from 7am and even in peak hour only took 5-10 minutes to get to the airport/bus station. No soundproofing, so there is traffic and plane noise, but it was pretty quiet overnight until early morning. If the other guests are noisy, you will hear it.

This is a small local Ecuador hotel. Note this is cash only and you need US bill in the $5, 10 & 20 size. You need small bills in Ecuador.

- Linda (3/5): Basic clean room near airport but on a noisy street - The price was good and the staff were nice and very helpful with luggage as no elevator. The room was basic but very clean and had ac. They also arranged a taxi right on time for my airport return. The location is very close to the airport as well. Hotel is on a really noisy street, so it was hard to sleep. It was not well identified and I was taken aback by the outside. (A bit scary) A truck across the streets alarm went off a number of times during the night. Also lost power in room and had to pack up in the middle of the night in the dark to get back to the airport. They prefer cash, but there is an ap you can download to pay the owner with a credit card.

You get only one small towel, no night lamp, the t.v. remote was hard to turn on; slippery bathroom floor because of the marble floor, but this is what most hotels in Guayaquil have.

The staff were exceptional in meeting my needs and assisted in ordering my dinner as well as ensuring that I had a taxi to the airport. The rooms are very nice and clean and it's a very good stay for the price if you are stopping over for a flight out of the airport.
