• Malcolm C (10/5): Excellent - The bed and sofa bed were very confortable. All features working. Apartment close to a small shopping Mall and groceries options like Lidl & Ipercoop. Lift only goes up to 4th floor but it was not a deal breaker. Also we knew before.
• Elalro (9/5): - Apartamentul frumos, modern, curat, bine utilat, aproape de metrou și la câteva statii de cele mai multe atractii turistice. In vecinatate erau magazine foarte bune, restaurante si baruri, cofetarii. Indicațiile date de proprietar au fost foarte bune.

• Martí (6/5): - El colchon era muy comodo. Zona tranquila y silenciosa. Cercano a transporte Público. El menaje de cocina era insuficiente y estava sucio. Una luz no funcionava. La ducha perdia agua. El apartamento està en la zona de buardillas del edificio.
• jean-louis (7/5): Appartement agréable mais pas fonctionnel pour la partie cuisine - L'emplacement de l'appartement près du métro (à une centaine de mètre). La station de métro de l'appartement est à 4 stations du Duomo. Le confort global de l'appartement : lit, nombreux rangements, état propre. L'absence de vaisselle. Il n'y a même pas 4 verres ou 4 petites cuillères. La bouilloire est dans un état déplorable. C'est absolument honteux. La douche est très médiocre (le pommeau de douche est à changer). Les consignes menaçantes du propriétaire laissées dans un classeur (exemple : s'il y a un problème électrique, ce sera à la charge du locataire. Ne surtout pas tenir compte de ces consignes infondées en droit).

• Jan (7/5): Accommodation in a quiet area, 5 min from metro - The accommodation is in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. A shopping center is nearby. The bathroom includes a washing machine. The kitchen has a capsule coffee machine. There are two small balconies and a fairly spacious walk-in closet. The apartment is air-conditioned. The second bed was not prepared. The kitchen is not very well equipped – there are too few mugs and glasses, and the ones available are small. There weren’t enough utensils either. The electric kettle was full of limescale, so we had to heat water for tea in a pot. There is no dishwasher. No shower gel or shampoo was provided as part of the accommodation. The bedspreads weren’t completely clean. Check-out is no later than 10:00, but the cleaning man was already waiting at 9:55.
• Alona (7/5): Not clean - Location is 5 minutes walk from the M3. A huge supermarket is in a mall around the corner. The area is quiet and safe. Bed and pillows were good. Easy self check in. Not clean at all. When we arrived there were leftovers of a meal in the fridge, dishes were dirty and there was hair on the table, shower carpet and drainage, on toilet seat. Kettle and coffee machine were full of plaque. Shower is dirty with lots of mold. It is slow and the shower cabin leaks, so you step out to a puddle (doors were obviously closed). You can only use 2 electric devices at a time.

• Louise (4/5): Ok for short stay for two people. - Location- easy access to metro, buses, bars & restaurants. A nice area. Although a small apartment- being on top floor with balconies was pleasant. Inside was warm & cosy when it was cold & rainy outside. The kitchen is not well equipped at all- if you needed to cook- there are not enough pots, pans and crockery or glasses. Apartment ok for two guests - but not four- as apartment is supposed to accommodate. The towels and bed linen are cheap quality. Not even a towel for drying dishes. Pillows are awful. Toilet seat was broken. It would be nice to welcome guests with some basics- eg toiletries- only hand soap in bathroom was provided. Cooking basics- salt, tea etc would be nice- not just what’s left over from other guests.

The apartment was not very clean . the drainage in the toilet needs maintenance . only one key was delivered for 3 persons which made the entry to the apartment not easy for separate persons

• Mario, (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very close to the metro station. It faces the inside of the building, so no noise from the street can be heard. It is nicely furnished. Quite comfortable for 3-4 people. A small lack is that the apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor.
