- Reece (8/5): We were very happy with the location and consider the apartment as good value for money. - Brilliant location and plenty of supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby - the beach is also very close. The accommodation was very clean, the paintings in the hallway were really nice and the air conditioning was really useful. The bed was also relatively comfy and not too hard. Although not necessary for a very short stay, it would have been ideal to have more cooking facilities (rather than just a microwave) and a kitchen sink is needed as we could only wash up dishes in the bathroom sink.

Kényelmesek az ágyak és hangulatos enteriőr fogad belépéskor. Penészes volt a nappali/háló mennyezete. A fürdőszobában a szekrény fiókjai sajnos koszosak voltak és szét voltak ázva. Furcsa szag árad a fürdőből.

- Jamie (10/5): Valuable location and amenities. Would stay again - Amazing location to see the Holy Week procession and to get to the Santa Barbara castle (if you are good with walking). Main bed was very comfortable, the pull out beds were okay. The pillows were very nice! Very clean overall! We were very happy with our stay and would plan to stay here next visit as well. There was not enough comforters for all 3 beds at least that I could find, so my youngest child slept with a thin throw blanket and throw pillows. If you plan on using all three beds, I would message and ensure there is enough for your stay.

- Kamilla (6/5): Ciasno i ciemno z widokiem na mur - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra..Pokoj był czysty. Łazienka w porządku. Pokój był tragicznie mały.Widok z okna chyba tylko z góry tak wyglądał jak na fotografii. U nas był to boczny widok na ścianę popryskaną czymś, może pianką poliuretanową, albo czymś w tym stylu.Pokój absolutnie nie miał balkonu, na którym można by usiąść i wypić kawę.Aby otworzyć okno trzeba było przesunąć łóżko,na które i tak się wchodziło wprost z korytarza. Stolik typu tarasowego gdzie strach postawić kubek z obawy, że deski mają taki odstęp, że lęk, że gdy się coś postawi, to się od razu przewróci i wyleje. Przez cały pobyt nie posprzątano, nie wymieniono ręczników, nie było czym wytrzeć podłogi gdy się nalała woda.A lala się,bo aby umyć talerz czy kubek po kawie trzeba było robić to w łazience.Zestaw do kawy i herbaty był w szafce na półce tak, że musiałam stawać na pałce by go obsłużyć.Ogolnie funkcjonowanie w dwie osoby w tym pokoju to nieporozumienie. Było kilka półek na rzeczy i stojąca lampka. Za to wieszak na kurtki po przeciwległej ścianie do wejścia. Czyli aby się do niego dostać trzeba było przestawić stół i.krzeslo a wtedy zastawialo się przejście do łazienki. Bardzo się zmęczyliśmy pobytem .

Despite being spotlessly clean, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from bathroom. They need to do something about it, it is unbearable, even with bathroom door closed.

- Ewelina (10/5): - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko wszędzie! Apartament optymalny jak dla rodzin. Od 13 moglismy zostawic bagaż w skrzynce to duży plus. Widok z tarasu na Zamek Św. Barbary wyglądał świetnie. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu, wyposażenie super;). Łóżko podwójne bardzo wygodne. Apartament dwupoziomowy miał 2 łazienki. Wymeldowanie I zameldowanie bardzo proste na kody to też bardzo praktyczne ;) napewno wrócimy Minusem bylo brak poduszek i pościeli dla osoby śpiącej na sofie w kuchnio-salonie, musieliśmy kombinować z kocem ,który znaleźliśmy( mało higieniczne dla jednej z nas )i odstąpić poduszki z naszego łóżka i materac na sofie można bylo by odkurzyć bo nie był czysty . Dzieci bawiące i krzyczące do późna na zewnątrz utrudniały zaśnięcie ale to już nikogo wina .

- Mario (5/5): Rumoroso e maleodorante. Al centro ma in salita! - Non era prevista la colazione! La posizione è strategica, perchè raggiunge tutti i punti del centro storico rapidamente. L'appartamento è nuovo con arredi Ikea. La doccia funziona molto bene. Internet debole! L'appartamento è nuovo, ma l'olezzo persistente di fogna è una costante spiacevole per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L'affaccio interno presenta una edificio da ristrutturare, non bello da vedere, in contrasto al castello di S. Barbara che campeggia in cima. Molto rumoroso, per la presenza nella piazzetta sottostante di ogni genere di umanità: bambini che giocano, adulti che tirano a fare tardi. Non consigliato a chi vuole tranquillità!

- Delphine (9/5): Appartement récent idéalement situé, avec terrasse et vue magnifique - L'appartement est conforme en tout point à la description. idéalement situé, il est à proximité directe de la vielle ville d'alicante et de ses ruelles. La terrasse est magique pour un superbe couché de soleil et vue sur le Château "Santa Barbara". Un parking public se trouve à 5 min à pied. L'accès au centre ville est aussi à 5min. Nous avons eu la chance d'assister à une fête des lumières dans les ruelles, le soir où nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement. Magnifique soirée avec par contre beaucoup, beaucoup de monde qui ont défilé au pied de l'immeuble. Pour les couches tôt, avec ou sans enfant, lorsqu'il y a une fête dans la vielle ville, (apparemment ça arrive souvent) les gens font la fête jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Malgré la hauteur de l'appartement, les cris des fêtards arrivent jusqu'à votre chambre☺. L'idéal est d'aller faire la fête avec eux si vous le pouvez!! Petit bémol pour la demande du lit bébé non mis à disposition. Nous avons du nous arranger avec les lits et canapés disponibles pour dormir avec notre bébé.

Don't be fooled by the main picture of the terrace; the view from the window is quite dismal. The location is next to some trash bins, where everything is covered in piss.

Tramway à 5 min plage à 10 min à pied pour faire du snorkeling au capo de l horta. Zéro contact physique: accueil boîte à clés mais tout s'est bien passé. Télévision inutilisable.

Wir hatten ein kleines Problem beim einchecken, aber ein Anruf und innerhalb von 2 Minuten war das erledigt. Alles war sauber. Alles okay. Zum Übernachten wenn man sich die Stadt anschauen möchte super. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich persönlich etwas größeres nehmen.

- ILYA (10/5): The apartment is excellent - The apartment itself was very nice — clean, cozy, two floors, with a large terrace and a stunning view of the city: you can see the Town Hall, Casa Carbonell, and Mount Santa Barbara. The location is excellent: right in the old Santa Cruz district, with plenty of cafés, bars, and all major attractions, the beach, and the historic market within walking distance. However, there were serious inconveniences with the check-in process. On the day of arrival, I did not receive the entry instructions on time: there was no code for the main door and no code for the key locker. I tried calling and messaging the host several times, but there was no response. When I arrived by taxi at the apartment, I still had no access to the building. In the end, I was helped by two other tenants who happened to be leaving and shared the code with me. Only after my repeated call did the host finally answer and send me the instructions via WhatsApp, explaining the delay by “technical issues” with Booking. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work during the entire stay: my phone simply couldn’t detect the network. The host promised to reset the router, but nothing changed, and I had to rely on roaming.
