• Janis (8/5): Good value for money, very clean, amazing view, but problems with internet :( - Amazing view, new building, friendly neighbors Clean, has all that you need for staying. Also dishwasher, oven, towels etc. Transport stop around the corner, good location. There was no wifi all 3 days of my stay. Also no TV, because it is connected to the internet. Seems like it is no wifi always, because almost all past reviews says the same problem.

• Iryna (5/5): I do not recommend it. There is no Wi-Fi. If that’s not a problem for you, then welcome - A quiet place with a beautiful view from the window. I do not recommend it. There is no Wi-Fi. The apartment owner has long been aware that there is no internet connection in the apartment, but he continues to ignore it despite tenants’ comments about this issue. For several days, I contacted him about the non-working Wi-Fi, but only received implausible excuses that he was “working on it.” In the end, during my entire stay in the apartment (4 days), the problem of no internet was never resolved.

• Vanderville (8/5): Good enough - Property - private condominium, secure, has all the basic appliances including washing machine. It has a balcony giving a good view of water. Location - near a tram station, quiet area. Host - replies promptly. There are not enough dish clothes/towels provided. The check-in was a bit of a treasure hunt though a guide was given and expected on a private property. You have to remove the sheets by yourself before check-out. The bed cover needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that strong and a catchment must be placed to not the whole bathroom. The WiFi is terrible. Absolutely terrible even after restarting it.

• Márta (1/5): I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone! - Wi-Fi access was promised at the accommodation. However, there was no Wi-Fi at all. The hosts were clearly aware of this beforehand, as their reply to my message about the issue indicated they knew there was no internet in the apartment. A few days later, I followed up again to ask whether Wi-Fi would be made available, but I received no response. After I left the apartment, I exchanged emails with the hosts for a week regarding possible compensation. However, I received nothing but empty promises. The hosts’ indifferent attitude significantly affected the quality of my 6-night, 7-day stay in Helsinki. If the hosts acted unfairly towards me in this case, it is likely that other guests will be treated similarly.

• Jiří (10/5): Exceptional - Everything very clean, functional, communication with the landlord fast. Perfect location. Quiet neighbors. Sharing personal ID in advance and via email is not common in my country, but I have encountered it several times in Finland. Finding the keys was easy. Washing the dishes is a given, as is taking off the sheets. This is not a hotel, but an apartment that you rent. I would have appreciated an iron (useful for a business trip). Maybe I overlooked it. Still 10 out of 10
• Hyeri (5/5): Passable - It was difficult to find the key when checking in, and I had to take the blankets off and wash all the dishes when checking out. And, I had to submit my ID(private information) before confirmation. If you are thinking of a hotel, this is not the place for you as it's similar to AirB&B. However, if you want to use the kitchen appliances and have some quiet time alone, it seems to be a good fit.

• Philippio (10/5): Exceptional - A very good location. Affordable price. Very kind and helpful owner. New house and flat, and it was very light and clean. And nice window view, as well. It was a bit difficult to figure out with the door key system because of the differences of this system in different countries. I still didn’t realise how it’s working. But at the end of the day it has been always successful.
