Ana Paula (1/5): Não recomendo - Não consegui me acomodar, quando enviei mensagem para perguntar das chaves, uma senhora bem mal educada disse que o apartamento não estava disponível, ou seja, já era tarde e eu nem tinha onde ficar, e já tinha sido pago. Falta de empatia da dona, não se responsabilizou e muito menos fez questão de ajudar, eu que tive que entrar em contato com o booking, pois já era 18h e eu nem tinha o pedido na cancelado no app, muito menos o dinheiro de volta. E a Senhora foi extremamente ríspida e indiferente ao meu problema.
