• Agresti (10/5): Great stay near Milano Centrale. - Very modern studio, well appointed and very clean. It is very comfortable and very near Milano Centrale. Great stay near the train station. Very good communication with the hosts. Noisy neighbors, as there is construction next door. The elevators didn’t work the first two days, but the administration compensated us for the trouble.

Дороговато для таких апартаментов. Апартаменты достаточно маленькие. Далековато от центра, но есть метро, на котором можно добраться до центра.

• Yahor (7/5): Not recommended - Location is great. Close to the Republica metro station. The apartment is close to the city center The toilet was dirty, it was never cleaned properly and looked scary. The shower also didn’t work properly. We were not allowed to use the dishwasher despite it was there that’s unbelievable for the price we paid. The worst thing is the construction site in the backyard. It was so loud even with the closed windows, the work started at 7am so we couldn’t sleep anymore.
• Julie (9/5): - The studio apartment was clean and modern and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to Centrale Station. The elevator wasnt working and the balcony doesn't have a great outlook.

• Russell (8/5): Banned from using washing machine and dishwasher, not a friendly atmosphere. - Location close to central station. Simple studio floor plan. Comfy bed. Giant wardrobe space. Secure high rise. Advertised services include laundry but guests prohibited to use washing machine and dishwasher (both labelled “Please don’t touch”). Also listed Laundry Service at extra cost but not provided. Referred to laundromat some distance away. Disappointed as we booked expecting to use washing machine. Apartment is sterile / bare bones only, nothing provided to appeal to guests. No tourist info, minimal kitchen equipment, no pantry supplies, no luggage rack. Gave the impression of strictly business first with little actual regard for guests.

• Natalya (8/5): Modern apartment close to Milan Central Station - Modern apartment with a full kitchen and a balcony; close to the Milan Central station. The area has some bars and stores nearby; seems like a business area for corporate professionals. Everything was clean. The place has no reception and no remote access, which means that we had to come by certain time to pick up the keys from a staff member who met us at the apartment. That all went smoothly, but it did put pressure on us with regards to our plans. We were in constant communication with the host, which is less than ideal when you are on vacation. Location is very far away from everything. It will take at least 30 min to get into the city center.

• Alexandru (10/5): Good for a short stay - We met the host upon arrival and we were escorted to the apartment from the main entrance of the building, there is an elevator and the apartment is easy to reach, close to the central station you will find that it is easy to get around and find everything you need for a short stay in Milan.

No reception, call on arrival and someone will then come meet you at the building so can be left waiting outside for a period of time (in the rain in our case). Cleaner was still in there when we checked in at 2pm as planned, staff then rushed her along which was uncomfortable

Very nice and friendly security guards Top showerhead was not working, we had to use the smaller shower for our showers. The warmer was quite inconsistent
