• Annewien (9/5): Wonderful stay in a very roomy apartment on the 2nd floor (lift available) right in the heart of the city of Granada - The accomodation is very central, handy for walking to the Alhambra (although you can take a bus). The accomodation was spotless and very roomy. Beds were fine, I slept really well - no noise from the street. Great to be able to open the large windows looking out on the square. Many eating opportunities nearby. A supermarket in 5 minutes walk. Due to the lack of carpets and curtains , plus the high ceilings, when we talked the room echoed a bit, so that we kept saying “what, what” to each other.

• Hilary (10/5): An exceptional stay, would return in a heartbeat! - The location was amazing. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very spacious. Having two bathrooms was an extra plus for two traveling female friends. exceptional value for money. there was nothing we didn’t like, however, if it was my business, I would add an espresso machine for ease & a small shelf & mirror in each bedroom for make up application.

Large and spacious apartment; comfortable beds, and good quality bath towels 😊 Felt bad about leaving a bag of rubbish in the apartment, but no bins visible in the location given when I asked. Maybe they only get put out at certain times?

• Lisa (9/5): Incredible historical site that must be seen…especially the Alhambra. - Location was central to everything you’d want to do in Granada and we even saw a festival parade. The walk through the Albacin was fantastic and we loved a nearby restaurant PerrosMedios so much we ate there twice in one day. Parking in the center of town is expensive and hard to manage the streets if you’re a tourist. It would also be nice to have some water or drinks in the kitchen so you don’t have to shop immediately on arrival.

There was nothing to dry dishes, no washing up liquid and other items to assist with cooking. Bath towels were very small and there was no extra blanket available.

Excellent location Host was responsive. Timely communication. Easy breezy check in and check out. The bed and bath linens could have been of better quality. WiFi was slow - ok for basic browsing but not to take video calls for work or photo uploads.

We had a few problems with heating and electricity cutting out but staff sorted them out very speedily. We feel it would be useful to have drying cloths in the kitchen and perhaps some bowls to use in the microwave. Otherwise it was very good.

It’s a very large space and impeccably clean. we stayed December 31 through January 3rd. The New Year’s Eve show was incredible to watch from the balcony. There were fireworks and live music. There is a lack of hot water in the showers. The showers get warmish but not to a comfortable temperature. The water was hot in the kitchen, but not in the bathrooms. Someone came out to correct the issue. It was a little bit better afterwards, but not great. it would be great if someone spent some time adjusting the different taps to get it correct.

• Kaisa-triin (10/5): Perfect location, big apartment - Excellent location in the old town area, many tapas bars and historical sites nearby. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, with lots of room and space. 2 bathrooms with baths, a nice balcony, enough closet room. We enjoyed our stay! Also, as we visited in November, it was good that the heating system worked very well. -

• Claire (10/5): Beautiful, modern, spotlessly-clean apartment in a perfect location - Perfect location right in the centre but quiet for sleeping as the bedrooms were at the back. The apartment is huge, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with a modern kitchen with large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms (1 being en suite) both very modern and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend. The only thing that would have made it even better is if the bed in the master bedroom was a king or super-king size. It is only a standard double but there is room for a larger one.

Truly faultless- The communication and helpfulness of the ChezmoiHomes teams is superb - on every level - to helping get the small car in an even small parking space to recommending several exceptional places to eat out and socialise in the Granada way … They even managed to charm the police so that we we able to get the car out seconds before the town ground to a halt for a carnival procession ! Nothing.

• Dang7 (10/5): We would like to come back - The position is superb. The view from the living room is towards a large square and we appreciated this. The city is beautiful, the people are friendly. It is worth visiting on foot the entire central area from the bottom up and down again! Recommendation: book tickets online for the Alhambra, Nasrid Palace, etc. weeks (even months) in advance. It's much simpler.

Would have preferred to have check in instructions prior to book in as arrived late due to flight delay and had to find key box in back streets
• Atif (9/5): Great location, clean and spacious apartment ideal for 6 people. - Apartment is in a great location behind rambla Square, where you can grab breakfast and dinner. Apartment was modern with great view of square. Ideal for family of 5 or 6. Two bathrooms which is good for a larger group. Plenty of cutlery, and oven, fridge freezer and tumble dryer should you require it. Large lounge area. The host was great and informed us of the previous occupant who had broke the sofa bed and offered us another apartment. We decided to stay at this apartment due to the location, and we didnt require the sofa bed for our family. Close to all restaurants and if you like morroccan or Asian food a 5 minute walk to Albacin area where you can find such food including plenty of tea houses. If you want to go to Alhambra Palace catch c30 bus from bus stop which is 5 minutes walk from apartment. Keys are located in a separate location directly opposite the apartment, it took me 5 minutes to obtain keys, no issue at all as I dropped my family to the apartment and went and got the keys. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again. The host was informative from the outset. Note that you have to keep the air conditioning above 24 degrees on cool setting otherwise the electrics will cut out and you.have to switch the RCD circuit to restart the electric. This is not a huge problem as we put the air conditioning on 26 and that was.cool enough during the hot summer months.

Unfortunately this took time to get resolved and detracted from our stay. Balcony is v small and over a busy avenue so was not a useful outdoor space.

The location is perfect, the decor is superb, it is very comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with management is also excellent. This apartment is superior to any I have booked in recent years and I highly recommend a stay here if you are planning a trip to Granada. Nothing!

We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to and it was surrounded by great places to eat & drink. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit small - double bed size. A few more appliances in the kitchen would have been good

• Katelyn (9/5): Superb - The location can't be beat! It's in the center of everything, and within walking distance of all major tourist spots. The shopping district and one of the best cafes for churros and coffee were directly behind the property. We loved our stay here! It is on a busy street, but we didn't have an issue with noise. We were escorted to the property from the parking garage by one of the employees. Be sure to pay parking at the time of key drop off or you'll have to take it to their office. Payment is in cash. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Granada. The parking garage was difficult to get in and out of - which is typical for parking in Spain! I don't think this is a negative for the property itself, just something to note if you plan to bring your car. It's a 5-7 minute walk from the property and it was hard enough to get into that once we parked, we didn't leave.
• Jeffrey (7/5): Good location but not well maintained apartment. - The location was in the center of Granada within walking distance of many restaurants & markets. The entrance key did not work well. It took 10-15 minutes playing with the lock every time. When we messaged our host, we got no response. The place was not well cleaned; we found many long white hairs on the beds & a cockroach in the bathroom. The dryer leaked so much water we spent a lot of time mopping the floor.

Apartment overall was great with a couple of issues which could be easily resolved. Not enough crockery or cutlery and some was cracked and needed replacing. Towels could have been a bit bigger. Second bedroom had double bed against wall and bedside light couldn’t be used as not near enough to socket. A washing machine and tumble dryer a helpful addition. Lack of crockery and cutlery. Needs more than four of everything see above.

The apartment was beautiful and clean with a well appointed kitchen which we used everyday to make breakfast. Washing machine and dryer were an added bonus for us. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the apartment cool from the hot weather. The Chezmoi team were easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Granada.

• Joanne (9/5): Beautiful property and excellent location. - Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Right in the centre of Granada and close to fabulous restaurants. Plus carrefour in east reach. More crockery and glasses we’re definitely needed. Three wine glasses and four plates is definitely not enough. Though leaving dishwasher tablets and washing powder were both nice touches.
