• Ana (9/5): - Nos atendieron muy bien. Fácil comunicación. Había gel, champú y desodorante. También había lavadora y secadora. La temperatura de la estancia siempre estaba bien. La ubicación es espectacular, en una calle con ambiente y al lado de una gran avenida con muchas tiendas, restaurantes y una parada de metro. El váter.
• Montserrat (10/5): Todo perfecto - El apartamento presenta todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, cerca de comercios, a un paso del metro y próximo al centro de la ciudad. Estaba muy limpio y el anfitrión Tomas, ha sido muy servicial y amable con nuestras peticiones. Check in muy fácil y sencillo. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Nada

• Birgit (8/5): - Alles ganz unkompliziert. Wohnung in einer sehr belebten Gegend, aber nach hinten gelegen und sehr ruhig. Waschmaschine vorhanden und auch ausreichend Wachmittel und Spülmittel. Möbel waren eher sehr schlicht; Wohnung wirkt dadurch nicht sehr gemütlich. Tisch mit zwei Stühlen als Sitzgelegenheit; die Stühle sind aber eher nicht für gemütliche Abende geeignet.
• christian (8/5): - Appartement très agréable coté cour donc très calme au 1er étage avec ascenseur . Bien situé près d'un centre commercial "Spar" Tout prés de la station de métro "Neubaugasse" qui facilite les déplacements dans la ville Impossible de trouver la boite à clé . On a du appelé pour avoir plus de précision sur son emplacement mais échange pas facile du tout à cause de la langue . Il était indiqué que la boite se situait en face alors qu'elle était en réalité sur un entourage bas en fer plat autour d'un arbre au centre de la rue piétonne . Et sur cet entourage en fer plat , une clôture en cannis masquait la boite à clé . Une photo de la position de cette boite aurait été dans ce cas indispensable .

• Ralf (9/5): Geräumige, ruhige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. - Super zentrale Lage. Sehr ruhig. Geräumige Wohnung mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Alles was man benötigt wie Restaurants, Bar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen vor der Haustüre. Schüsselbox mit Zahlencode für Wohnungsschlüssel war etwas schwer zu finden.

Transportation is convenient. The communication with the landlord was also very pleasant. If I come to Vienna, I will choose to stay here without hesitation. Nein!

• Lina (9/5): I recommend it . - The brightness, the cleanness, quiet place close to the metro, shops, museums, caffès and restaurants … feeling safe. Fast internet and good heating, comfortable bad. Excellent for work, and short stay. Easy check in and check out. Kind host. Everything was so easy and smooth… Could be much nicer if adding some staffs like a lamp, an armchair, a big mirror, pictures on the walls, small carpets on the bad sides… the TV on the opsite side of the room etc.

• Josef (9/5): Superb - Nice place, Center within walking distance, U bahn 100m. Mariahilfestrasse around the Corner. Perfect, clean apartment equipped with everything you need.
• Szonja (5/5): It is OK if you don't want to spend a lot of time in the appartment. - Nice location in the city, clean apartment, good coffee machine. The placement of the furniture in the room is completely clumsy, the TV is next to the bed and not opposite it. There is no sofa where you can comfortably see the TV. The sofa is more like a mattress.
