• Michelle (9/5): We had a great stay! The six of us were very comfortable and had enough space. We walked down to the old town and there - The property was as advertised - spacious! It had plenty of room for the six of us and we were very comfortable. The elevator was making funny noises so we had to use the stairs. This was no problem for our family.

• Besian (1/5): - The owner refused to let us into the apartment, even though we were on our way and had already paid for our stay. Everything started over a dispute about parking. Although he later refunded us, this does not justify the stress and inconvenience he caused. He did not answer the provided phone number, and when we tried to contact him from another number, he hung up, blocked our calls, and insisted that we could not stay in the apartment. We have traveled all across Europe, but we have never experienced anything like this before. People like this should be monitored by Booking. Moreover, this situation caused us to lose a full day of work, creating unnecessary stress and disruption.

• ying (4/5): 居住体验感不好，勉强居住一晚就没有计较床单的烦恼。本来还想好评，但是房东非常不友好，还想要高额的停车费，以后一定要找带车位的房子，此房东的价格不带税费，加上这些费用，房子并不值这个费用。 - 除了地理位置好一点，离老城近。员工带领找到地方，感觉友好。 避雷此酒店，环境不干净，家具上有灰尘，双人床的床单剪成了半截，里面是很旧的毛毯，盖在身上不舒服，毛毯扎人。节日有免费停车位，但是房东不愿意免费推荐，要收取15欧的小费，房间家具很旧，尤其是床单非常舒服，希望房东以后把床单被罩提供完整的，干净整洁舒适的。

• Gail (7/5): Basic but good base for a one night stay. - Although basic, The apartment suited us for our one night stay. It had all we needed as a base ( including parking for an extra cost). The host was great with fast communication and we were met on arrival, helped with bags and shown to garage and to the apartment. The flat was tired but served the purpose of a place to stay in Dubrovnik.

Impossible de se parquer devant le logement pour déposer des bagages. Le seul emplacement disponible est plus bas et impose une montée avec les bagages de plus d'une centaine de mètres. Face à nos doutes, le loueur nous pressait de répondre ce qui est très désagréable.

• RAVISH (1/5): Not a very good experience - Not far from Old Town Host was very temperamental, tried to sell free parking to me for €40 a day! When I checked local rates, he became abusive and said “don’t teach me about my city”. Rooms were very basic, small size, no latches/locks in bathrooms. Shower broken.

• Raffaele (9/5): Certamente ci tornerò - Ci ha salvato, il volo era stato cancellato avevamo bisogno di 3 camere e due bagni per una notte, per fortuna abbiamo trovato quest’appartamento non distante dal centro ed abbastanza grande e completo di tutto ad un prezzo veramente conveniente. Il gestore poi con una piccola differenza ci è venuto a prendere all’aeroporto e ci ha accompagnato poi alla partenza. .

• Fuad H (10/5): Great Apartment - It is a spacious 3 bedroom with 1.5 bath. Clean and tidy. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including air-conditioning and wifi. Peter and his assistant were very accommodating. The street down below was noisy till 11am. It is actually a good 45 min walk to Pile gate, old town Dubrovnik. Not a big minus as Ubers are available within 5 minutes.

• Joseph (10/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik. - The property in Dubrovnik was excellent. It was within walking distance to Castle Dubrovnik and close to shops and restaurants. The property was spacious, great for family. Nothing. Had elevator access which is a plus with luggage.
• Jobey (10/5): Nice spot, nice host. - We were early and Peter was nice enough to let us leave our bags while we waited and had a walk around the area. Close to bus station and port. Nice walk to old town in the opposite direction. Coffee shop, bakery, supermarket and a nice restaurant, all within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

On bus route No 8 into Dubrovnik Old Town and walking distance down to the port at Gruz. Very disappointed with apartment. Very run down and in need of refurbishment especially in shower room. Description needs to be changed, there is one shower room with toilet and one toilet room with washbasin not 2 bathrooms as described online. Only small hand towels provided – online photos show both shower and hand towel. Asked for larger towels, owner said he’d come round later but never came back. Also regret arranging airport transfer – despite having given arrival info 3 times and update on the day had long wait for transport. Had not been given mobile number to communicate via WhatsApp until arrival at Dubrovnik Airport.

Apartment location is closer to the central bus station and a short bus ride to the old town center the hilly steps to get to the apartment from the bus stops coming from the old town center.

Hot water system leaking onto washing machine, making everything slippery. Freezer iced up so that drawers can’t be accessed. Instructions from Booking.com say owner will meet you, no one there….only lasted 8 hours in this property.

• Wang (2/5): Awful accommodation experience ！Spacious is not RIGHT! Just So So！ - Not so far from old town（still need car or taxi to old town）, small supermarket is only 60 meters away from apartment. Elevator is availbale  1)  Drainage of shower place can’t work. When first person take shower, we found that water can’t go down, water is full of shower place. We told the owner immidiately, he said he would come to house to fix it tomorrow morning. Then, other 6 person don’t take shower first day（we stay two nights)although we felt dirt. However, when we come back from old town in the afternoon, problem still exist, nobody fixed it! The owner didn’t do anything for shower drainage. 2) Hard for check-in and get the key. About check-in, in booking.com website, it marked that the owner will wait for guest in the room. Because we usedl our mobile phone flow to receive message from booking.com and whatapp, it doesm’t smooth sometimes, then some information we doesm’t receive until we get into the apartment. Therefore we haven’t got owner’s update information for how to get the key and he will not wait for us in the room. Then we have to contace him through booking.com around 10PM(it’s very late), 20 minutes later we got information from owner, he said in angry that we told lies to booking.com(That time we are in the gate of apartment) . From that moment, the owner was in bad altitiude. He said that day is Sunday, it’s leisure time for him, we came late brought trouble to him. Acutally, we send message to hime around 7PM that we will arrive around 9:30PM but he didn’t received it. Later, when we parking, we asked him to help for watch out other cars(due to narrow parking lot), he said I would not HELP you, I have enough time, I can wait!   3) The apartment is not big and not suitable for 7 adults. Two toilet but one is very small. Small toilet can’t support shower. 7 person share only one shower. In booking.com, the apartment is equipment with three big double bed, however not.

• Thomas (9/5): our flight got cancelled and we booked this apartment as a last minute resort. The owner made the whole apartment ready - we liked it very much! -
• Lindsay (3/5): Avoid until changes are made - I'm sorry to say the only things I can positively say is that the host was doing his best, good communication before arrival and kindness helping take our bags up the very steep street to the apartment, free wifi, an elevator in a very old apartment complex, and the location was only convenient to bakeries in the morning, but not to Old Town. Unfortunately when we arrived we found that many of the outlets in the rooms, those meant to sleep in did not have working electricity, we tried many different devices, none of them worked, the lamps were all unplugged and found that they also did not work, a few of them were just broken, so only the ceiling lights worked, luckily the AC units worked in each room. Some of the beds didn't have appropriate fitting sheets or blankets, the towels were half that of a normal towel and falling apart. The handle to the one and only key to the apartment was broken and on top of it all we were cheated out of parking money, €173 worth. I made a reservation well before hand for our 8 person van, the host was told this, and being told that it would cost €65 a day, which was fine. Upon arrival I was told we needed to pay not only the 65 a day but also €3 euros per person per day as well. All of this needed to be paid in cash before the host would even take us to the "parking" spot, all of this occurred during a complete down pour at 2200!!. The parking was not a parking lot nor proper parking area for the apartment, the van was a mere inches from other cars and structures. The next morning we were threatened by an apartment occupant that if we didn't move the van we would be towed and had to find true parking down the hill- having to pay more money. The host was aware of all of this and never offered to refund the parking we obviously paid for.

• Maya (5/5): Fine apartment, unpleasant host - The apartment was clean and well appointed, in a good location. Very easy to walk to town, with a market and bakery close by. The beds were comfortable. The host became very rude to us when we asked for clarification on the tourist tax (he had not let us know ahead of time, and I had to pull up the country website since he requested payment for our children when they were exempt). The shower door fell off and onto my friend while showering, and when I asked him to repair it, he insisted we had damaged it. The hairdryer was broken. We offered several times some windows of time for him to come and receive the tax and replace the hairdryer, and he did not arrive. His initial communications were fine but quickly became combative. While the apartment itself was fine, his demeanor was most unwelcoming and unpleasant, and he said that he would charge us for damages if I reported his actions to Booking.com.
• Karina (4/5): Do not recommend. - Location is good This apartment was a total disappointment. It has beautiful pictures, but in reality it’s much older and has a lot of broken facilities. Also, everyone had a feeling that apartment wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. The floor was dirty, bed sheets had hair everywhere, cupboards were full of dust and, lastly, we found a piece of old pizza in one of cupboards. Luckily, we’ve had only one night there, otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund.

• Narcisa (1/5): Scammer - Scammer!!! This man is a fraud, he took our money and he didn't accommodate at the proprety. He was very angry, he yelled at us and was very agresive. He just left us in the street and in 5 minutes the apartament was listed on booking as available, despite the fact he TOOK our money and NEVER give them back. Avoid this proprety if you want not to spoil your holiday. He is the worst host I ever met.
