- Emanuele (5/5): - vista sul cervino spettacolare pulizia, in bagno c’erano ragnatele e polvere sui muri. mancavano tazze grandi per la colazione, mancava un tagliere su cui tagliate il pane o il salame, mancava un coltello per il pane. I cassetti dell’armadio in camera rotti e inutilizzabili. mensola in bagno di vetro che traballava quindi non si poteva metterci niente.

- Dave (5/5): Great place, zero service, no sympathy, lots of walking - The property is nice.. but…. We stayed at Haus Andorra and, to be fair, the apartment itself is excellent — clean, well-presented, and in a great location. However… the overall experience comes with a few “surprises.” Firstly, rubbish disposal turns into what can only be described as an unexpected fitness challenge. Guests are required to take their waste to a drop-off point roughly a 1km round trip up a fairly serious hill. This wasn’t mentioned in advance, the bin bags provided are on the small side, and there’s no clear guidance on recycling separation — so you’re left figuring it out mid-hike. Not exactly what you want at the end of a holiday. Secondly, there’s a 50 CHF local tax that has to be paid in cash. No card option. Which means yet another uphill walk (around 1.5km round trip) to find an ATM. Between this and the rubbish expedition, our final morning felt less like checkout and more like a low-level endurance event — about an hour and 20k steps later. I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but at close to £400 a night, service matters and the overall experience matters. There’s no one to greet you, no key handover, and no explanation of any of these requirements — you’re just expected to figure it all out. If you know what you’re getting into, the apartment itself won’t disappoint. But a bit more transparency (and maybe less cardio) would go a long way.

- Christian (8/5): Tolle Wohnung, schlecht gewartet - Sehr großzügige Wohnung, modern möbliert, große, gut ausgestattete Küche, komfortable Bäder, toller Blick, praktische Lage unweit Matterhornbahn Schlechtes Upkeep: Elektrische Dachfenster lassen sich nicht öffnen weil Steuerung nicht aufgeladen (dadurch Schlafzimmer nicht zu lüften), in der Heizungssteuerung keine Batterien, dadurch nicht zu heizen, Spülmaschine verstopft, dadurch Handspülen. Das hätte man alles leicht beheben können, aber Verwaltung die ganze Woche weder per Mail noch telefonisch zu erreichen. Zu früher Checkout um 9 Uhr extrem unpraktisch.

- Peter (7/5): Ár érték arányban a főszezonban minőséget kaptunk, az apró negatívumok lényegében nem okoztak nagyobb bosszantó kelleme - Elhelyezkedés meseszép, a sífelvonóhoz közel van a szállás, de szintkülönbség nagy, kemény edzés a síelés után a hazamenetel. De a kilátás mindenért kárpótol. 4 főre, 5 napra egyetlen 35 literes szemeteszsák járt és fél guriga wc papír. Közel 3000 CHF szállásdíjba szerintem beleférhetne 3 szemeteszsák és néhány tekercs WC papír. A serpenyő elhasznált volt és nem volt csak egészen kis méretű teásbögre.

- tine (9/5): Mooi appartement in het fantastische Zermatt met zicht op de Matterhorn! - De locatie (150 m van de skilift ) is top. Wel een steile helling naar de skilift maar er is een skidepot aan de skilift. Mooi ruim appartement met een goed bed in de living. Zicht vanop het terras op de prachtige Matterhorn. Snelle reactie via mail van de accomodaties. We mochten zelfs onze bagage de laatste dag nog laten staan in het appartement terwijl we nog aan het skien waren. Top locatie ! Het skikot in de kelder van het appartement kan niet op slot. Ik vond dit niet echt veilig voor het skimateriaal.

The location provide excelent views of the Mountains, but its far from the Center and if you are going skiing, its close to the Station, but the walk up the hill its a bit tough. Bus Station is close. Taxis from the train Station are very very expensive.

- Ping (5/5): 下次应该不会选择了。 - 能看到马特洪峰，挺不错 本来想在阳台舒服的坐一下，但是桌子上都是鸟粪，挺倒胃口，清理了半天。另外离开还要自己处理垃圾，并且把床单拆了。住过很多酒店🏨，从未遇到这样的要求。觉得挺麻烦的。还有就是没提供火车站到酒店交通指引，我们绕了好大湾路，如果有就好了。

Les taxis restent assez chers pour aller à la résidence (40 CHF environ)

- Luciana (8/5): Beautiful apartment, gorgeous view - Beautiful decorated, spacious 3-bedroom apartment. Excellent linens, modern kitchen. Spectacular view. It is a steep climb from the ski lifts to the apartment. There was an issue with the check-in, which delayed it by 20 minutes. The skink clogs. The amenities (coffee, tea) were sparse considering a flat this expensive.

- Theint (9/5): Fantastic view and cozy place - The Matterhorn view from balcony is superb and spacious balcony where we can chill with fantastic view. All the amenities are provided in kitchen and I like about kitchen exhaust fan - no smell left in living room after cooking. The heating system in whole house is very good - we had a warm and cozy stay. I love about giving 3 towels for each person.. the first ever place provides like this in Switzerland as far as I experienced. The host is very helpful and kind. She allowed us to pay in euro cash for city tax when we were run out of CHF cash. Nil
