• Maria Luz (9/5): Excelente - Apartamento bien ubicado, zona muy tranquila. Todo muy limpio y es amplio. Por poner algo, los colchones un poco blandos pero se puede dormir bien. Luego las escaleras del edificio son algo estrechas pero lo demás todo super bien, estuvimos muy a gusto.

• Thomas (10/5): Erstklassige Basis für unseren London 6-Tages Trip - Die Unterkunft (Appartment No3 mit zwei Ebenen) war erstklassig zentral gelegen (Tube Earl's Court) und bot dank seiner Aufteilung auf zwei Etagen mit unten gelegenem Living Room mit Schlafsofa, Essecke und Fernseher sowie gut ausgestatteter Küche (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kochfeld, Ofen, Microwelle) und einem schönem Balkon und in der oberen Etage dem Bedroom mit bequemen Doppelbett (1.40x2.00) und zweckmäßigem Dusch/Wannenbad ausreichend Platz für uns und unseren Teenager mit seinem eigenen Reich ;) Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, die Betten waren frisch bezogen und das Service Personal war jederzeit via eMail erreichbar. Der Türzugang erfolgte mittels Türcode, so daß keine Mitnahme eines Schlüssels notwendig war. Das Badezimmer hätte etwas sauberer bei unserer Ankunft sein können, über dem Waschbecken fehlt ein Spiegel (der war daneben) und im Schlafzimmer sowie auf der Treppe nach oben wäre Laminat hygienischer statt des vorhandenen Teppichs.

• INMA (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca del metro y con muchos servicios en la zona: supermercados, restaurantes... Nuestra habitación era en el ático y con un bebé y el carrito un poco incómodo por tener que subir tantas escaleras.

Departamento con todas las comodidades para una estancia tranquila y confortable. Me tocó un departamento donde tuve que subir unas cuántas escaleras asi que se debe considerar. Volvería sin dudas a este bello y grato lugar.

• WT (8/5): - Spacious and well organized access prior arrival, also actively responded/assisted through the stay. Big supermarket Sainsbury is nearby, very convenient. No lift and cannot accommodate luggage storage prior check-in time and after check-out time.

• Claudia (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage. Zwei U-Bahn Stationen und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kühlschrank benötigt unbedingt eine Reinigung. Sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Es wurde schon mehrfach erwähnt: Sehr viele Treppen zu steigen. Der Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche ist sehr hoch.

Gute Erreichbarkeit. Vermietung antwortet rasch. Nahe Tube Stationen Gloucester Road und Earl‘s Count. Gute Infrastruktur in der Umgebung. Für Läufer: ca 1 km bis Kensington Gardens / Hydepark Hinweis: wäre ungeeignet für Menschen mit Einschränkungen beim Gehen oder Treppensteigen: Dachgeschoss ohne Aufzug und Badezimmer im Untergeschoss (aber natürlich im Appartement)
• Patricia (9/5): Für uns war es eine ideale Location. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. - Die Lage war für uns ideal. Perfekte Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Supermärkte und Restaurants fussläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gehobener Stadtteil. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Nicht barrierefrei und hellhörig - wen das stört, der sollte sich anders orientieren. Für uns okay. Teilweise etwas abgenutztes Intererieur - auch das Bad ist etwas abgenutzt, aber okay. Die Treppen nach oben sind steil und schmal.

• Agustina (10/5): Excelente Lugar! - Me encanto la ubicacion (a una cuadra del metro y del bus), el estilo adentro del departamento era muy moderno y nos dejaron ingresar nuestro equipaje a las 12. Definitivamente eso es un MUST que varios hoteles deberian hacer, y mejor aun, cuando ingresamos en ese horario ya habian limpiado el departamento por completo, estaba listo. El nuestro tenia una habitacion muy comoda y cocina muy bien equipada ademas de lavarropas. El check in y out es muy simple y sencillo. Podrian mejorar las cortinas para evitar ambientes tan translucidos con respecto al exterior y ofrecer cambio de toallas sin costo extra dado el precio del alojamiento seria util.

Estava, também, super bem equipado e tudo muito organizado na chegada e na saída. Colchões pouco confortáveis e senti falta de chávenas para o café pois tem máquina de cápsulas 😅

• Francesca (8/5): 4 nights in Earl’s Court - This is a good apartament. Very close to the tube station and in a nice area. Our was a studio, but the size was confortable. The studio was clean and renovated. Just a suggestion: it would be better to have a second pair of towels, we stayed 4 nights and we had just one pair.

• Michelle (8/5): Excellent location, apartment as shown online - slightly tired apartment but for the price was definitely worth it. Exce - Location excellent. Clean property, excellent communication from host. Any problems were dealt with immediately and the host was very quick to reply to all queries. Extra supplies on demand (we asked for an extra duvet and that was there the next day) Balcony / terrace was a brilliant space I think for 2 people this apartment is excellent. Most of our niggles were because of there being 4 of us. The apartment was pretty much as described online and we had a lovely week there. These are just small niggles which would make the property much more habitable but didn’t detract massively from our stay as worked around them. These are more for info and possibly to help the host make their property first class. For 4 people the hot water had to be well managed as it only just managed 4 quick showers on a morning. Sofa bed not very comfortable, you could feel all of the joints in the bed. Fine for kids but wouldn’t like an adult to have to sleep on it. Storage plentiful but very high and much of it unreachable. Towels tiny. Even for children the main towels hardly fit. If you like a large bath sheet take your own. Extra hooks for towels in bathrooms or on back of bedroom doors. Nowhere to hang towels to dry once used. And nowhere for a hand towel by the sink - a little hook there would be very useful. There was only 1 tea towel provided and 1 sponge. No cleaning spray or cloths so even wiping down benches or cleaning the dining table wasn’t possible. No sweeping brush or hoover so the floors couldn’t be cleaned by us. Slight noise from apartment above depending on who was staying there. Only usually during daytime hours but something to consider if you are easily disturbed.

• Vanessa (7/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in London. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Ein paar Dinge hätten besser sein können. - Die Lage war super! Das warme Wasser in der Dusche war ohne jeglichen Wasserdruck und das im Erdgeschoss. Bei der Matratze hat man jede Feder gespürt.

L’appartement était confortable et bien aménagé pour 4 personnes. Nous avions eu un petit problème de chauffage mais qui a rapidement été réglé. Mis à part ça, c’était super !

• Jo (9/5): We were very happy travellers and loved our time in Prime Apartment, Gloucester Road. - We had the top floor apartment, which accommodated 4 adult women for 13 days. The location in Earl's Court is perfect for everything you could possible want to do in London. A short walk to Earl's Court Station for the underground trains and local buses are close by. The supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all in close proximity to the apartment. The bedrooms were quite spacious and comfortable. There is also a pull-out sofa bed option. The kitchen/living area was large and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was functional and well appointed with crockery & cutlery. The bathroom was located just you entered the apartment - at the door. And then there were internal stairs up to the living area - not ideal for ladies of our age 60+ and needing the loo several times a night. The hosts were very responsive to my many communications and very helpful all through our stay here. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again. There is no lift here and the stairs are challenging if you have knee issues (like me!!) but I managed and made it work. The bathroom was located just you entered the apartment, the shower is over the bath tub and getting in & out of it was difficult and somewhat dangerous - the step into the shower was approximately 65cm high. Not ideal for ladies 60+ years old and with knee issues that hinders easy mobility. As the toilet was in the bathroom, room spray needs to be supplied. I would also suggest that for the kitchen to be properly supplied with the following: a chopping board, paper towel, a plug for the kitchen sink and some tea towels - this would make the kitchen more functional. When travelling from abroad people don't bring these things with them and have rented apartment accommodation as they may want to cook a meal or two. We had to purchase some of these things from the supermarket.

The area is generally quiet, so I wouldn’t recommend walking alone late at night. The room is fine overall. One thing to note is that the sofa bed is not very sturdy and tends to wobble when turning over during sleep, which affected comfort.

I proprietari hanno soddisfatto ogni domanda e hanno fatto in modo di rendere questo soggiorno meraviglioso. • Ellie (5/5): Only stay as a 2, sofa bed is uncomfortable. Better sleeping on the floor - The location Sofa bed was outrageously uncomfortable at least should’ve had a thick mattress topper. Bath looks dirty because of not being well kept and water pressure could be better with a handheld hose.

• Kiryll (8/5): Nice stay in a great location - Great location with proximity to the underground. It was easy to find and the check in process was smooth. There’s a big grocery store in 5 min walking distance. Around 30m to get to Westminster by underground. The district is nice in general. Interior is pretty worn out. Kitchenware is almost unusable (the frying pan was completely useless as everything just stuck to it). Sunflower oil could also be a default item as in many similar places.

Spacious room Super Clean Complete kitchenete and amenties We had not good experience when we found that the Bathroom door in the master bedroom cant be closed properly, not comfort for sure. Since people in the bathroom can be seen by people from bedroom. Although the host respons quickly to fix it, however it need 2days to fix it.. so only 1 day we enjoy the bathroom

• Georg Muus (1/5): Lage super, Wohnung stark sanierungsbedürftig. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Zentral gelegen sehr schöne Lage in einer ordentlichen wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße. 2 U-Bahn-Stationen waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartement lag ohne vorherige Info in der 3. Etage, allerdings ohne Fahrstuhl. Die ersten Treppen waren noch vernünftig, wurden aber immer schmaler. Die letzte Treppe war eher eine Stiege. Die Fenster ließen sich teilweise gar nicht richtig verschließen. Wenn jemand eine Leiter angestellt hätte, wäre der Zugang der Wohnung nur durch hochschieben der Fenster möglich gewesen. Auch sonst hatten die Fenster eher eine symbolische Wirkung. Sie waren so undicht, dass die Gespräche auf der Straße verfolgt werden konnten und sobald etwas Wind war, haben sich die Jalousien, welche auch total defekt waren, deutlich sichtbar bewegt. Wärmedämmung also quasi nicht vorhanden. Womit auch schon der nächste Punkt kommt. Um etwas Kabel zu sparen waren die Reglungen der Heizungen kurz über der Fußleiste am Boden verbaut. Zum Verstellen der Heizung musst sich also quasi auf den Fußboden gelegt werden. Nur im Bad gab es das Problem nicht, da war gar nicht erst eine Heizung verbaut. Dafür hätte man das Bad aber mit Wasserdampf heizen können. Das Warmwasser wurde geschätzte 80°C heiß. Ideal um sich zu verbrühen. Das Hauptproblem war die Temperaturregelung der Dusche, es ging bis ca. 25°C oder über 50°C. Dazwischen ließ sich keine Einstellung finden. Das Schlimmste war jedoch der Lärm, sobald irgendwo im Haus Wasser angemacht wurde. Auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war an Schlaf dadurch quasi nicht zu denken. In 2 Nächten wurde in einer Wohnung wahrscheinlich gewaschen. Jedenfalls lief ca. 2 Stunden alle 2 Minuten für ca. 10 Sekunden das Wasser stoßartig... Kommen wir zur Küche. Die Ausstattung war ziemlich dürftig. Der Geschirrspüler musste erstmal gründlich gereinigt werden, damit überhaupt Wasser durch Zuführungen fließen konnte. Beim Öffnen der Klappe ist jedes mal die Sockelblende weggeklappt und musst händisch wieder gerichtet werden. Das Schlafsofa war total voller Flecken und müsste dringend getauscht werden. Nach Komplettsanierung wäre es eine schöne Wohnung.
• Evelien (8/5): Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf - De lokatie was ideaal. Niet ver van een metrostation. Ook vrij rustige buurt. In het appartement was alles aanwezig wat nodig was voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wanneer we toekwamen, was er een beetje een verfgeur aanwezig in 1 van de kamers. Dit was wel weggetrokken als we de deur even lieten openstaan. Ook de verwarming in de living lukte ons niet, maar dat kan aan ons gelegen hebben.
• Giedre (8/5): - The property is in an amazing location, close to many different amenities (shops, cafes, metro station etc). The apartment was spacious and had all necessary equipment and appliances for a longer stay with the family. Despite little disadvantages we really enjoyed our stay. The information on Booking.com gives an impression that it's an aparthotel however it is not. There is no reception and we were not given phone number of the host. The host is only available via booking or email which makes it more difficult to communicate if there are any problems as sometimes it can take time to get a response (especially on weekends). Which complicates the things in case of emergency or if there are problems if one arrives on weekend as housekeeping is not available then. Some of the furniture is outdated (especially the mattress and sofa) and would need to be changed having in mind the price that is charged for the apartment.
• Howe (10/5): Great spacious apartment, great location friendly staff - Great location - 5 minutes from Earl’s Court underground station. Felt secure and comfortable. Bathroom in master bedroom is huge. Very spacious apartment in general. Second bedroom needs a mirror and sockets. One of the bedside lamps you can turn on because there’s no sockets. 😂 Also the toilet seat in the second bathroom doesn’t fit well so makes it quite uncomfortable to use.

• Vanessa (7/5): London ist eine Reise wert!! - Super Lage, UBahn-Station und ein großer Supermarkt quasi direkt vor der Tür!! Für drei Personen doch recht klein und eng. Das Badezimmer, vor allem die Dusche hätte deutlich besser sein können. Feucht, muffig und keine Handbrause!
• Helene (8/5): - Schöne Lage. Es war eigentlich alles da was man braucht. Es war nicht sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und verkalkt.

• Lucia (9/5): - Piccolo ma molto accogliente, gradevoli gli arredi. All'interno c'è tutto il necessario per una vacanza o periodi medio lunghi. Molto pulito per lo standard londinese. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova tutto il necessario: metro, supermercati, negozi, pub e ristoranti, ma la cosa bella è la tranquillità e l'eleganza della via.
