Joanna (9/5): Incrivelmente quente, mas muito bem estruturada - Achei muito interessante a casa. Muito bem estruturada, bem decorada, confortável, privacidade excelente, garagem privada. Mas é incrivelmente quente. A casa é muito quente. É necessário um ar condicionado para os períodos quentes. Tem um bom ventilador mas é muito grande e ruim de transportar pelos cômodos. Seria interessante colocar cobertura na garagem tbm. Para mim a localização não foi boa. Muito longe do meu trabalho
Márcio (5/5): Esperava mais de conforto e comodidade, apesar do preço atrativo. Custo benefício insatisfatorio. - Facilidade de acesso, garagem privativa. Local charmosinho. O anúncio não é claro quanto a não ter ar condicionado. Tive que dormir com todas as janelas e portas abertas, pois o local é abafado. Não esperava ter que comprar sabonete. Além do mais, o papel higiênico colocado era apenas 10% de um rolo.
