• Iva (8/5): Nice place near center. - The location is great, the city centre is very close by as well the Angry Birds kids playground. There's a supermarket with the basics 5 mins away. The apartment was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. We even had a sled on the balcony. The address for the apartment building was a bit misleading as the entrance to the building was from the back street and not from the one listed on the booking. The bathroom rug did not seem to have been cleaned from the previous occupants. Also the cooker hood (the thing that sucks the air when you are cooking) had never ever been cleaned and also did not work. I tried messaging the owners but mostly got automated messages and one reply asking if I alreafy received instructions on how to use it (I hadn't and did not later either). These were minor things for us though and did not cause us much trouble and we enjoyed our time overall.

Non é facile da trovare perché Google Maps ti fa andare nella parte sottostante della strada mentre per accedere dovete andare nella strada accanto e cercare la palazzina numero 5. Non 5A .
• J (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Das Appartement liegt zentral, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt, in einer ruhigen Strasse. Es ist hell, sauber, mit einem Balkon, den man in den warmen Monaten sehr gut nützen kann. Das Appartement bot alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchte. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle und eine Waschmaschine waren auch vorhanden. Die Informationen bezüglich Schlüssel etc. wurden rechtzeitig und verständlich kommuniziert. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Man konnte den Vermieter auch jederzeit bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten kontaktieren. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

• Marco Antonio (7/5): Muy mejorable para el precio que tiene - La ubicación Te cobran 10€ por maleta si llegas antes de la hora del checkin que es a las 16h. No posee sauna, algo típico y que poseen la mayoría de alojamientos en Rovaniemi. La mesa de comedor estaba coja y se olvidaron una caja de pizza con comida dentro que nos encontramos el día de llegada.

• Giuseppe (7/5): viaggio bello, gestori della steuttura un disastro - ben tenuta ma non pulitissima. avevi prenotato due appartamenti perché eravamo in 8 visto che ho tre bambine e quando prenoto un appartamento o hotel mi danno sempre due camere o comunque 5 posti letto. il problema è che il giorno prima della partenza mi arriva un’e-mail con indicati due i dirizzi diversi. li chiamo e mi dicono che sono a 30 metri di distanza. ma se prenoto due appartamenti stessa prenotazione e non mi indicano che si trovano in stabili diversi per me quindi sono nello stesso. anche perché la terza bambina alla fine me la sono dovuta tenere io stando stretti. gli amici che sono andati nell’altro appartamento hanno avuto non pochi problemi nel trovare l’edificio. l’indirizzo dava il retro quindi sono riusciti ad entrare dal garage ma poi non ti capiva dalle spiegazioni dove fossero le chiavi. e nessuno rispondeva perché erano le 9:30 di sera. un altra coppia addirittura er andata in hotel perché non rispondevano e non riuscivano ad aprire il portone del loro condominio..insomma mal gestita soprattutto di notte al freddo che fa lì non è possibile che non ci sia assistenza!!!!non pulitissima. mancavano degli asciugamani e il fon (anche nel secondo appartamento) che dopo tre solleciti iniziati alle 9 mi hanno portato alle 15.

• Shruti (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location in the heart of Rovaniemi. Very close to downtown and easy access to City centre just 5 minutes walk. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable rooms. The facilities provided were great and the host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
• Maria (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment - The location and the apartment in general were amazing. Super clean and comfortable and we were in touch with the host at all times. Supermarket and pick-up locations for tours are only 6min walk from the accommodation

We had a excellent overall stay. You said in the email to press the # key after the code number on the front door to get in but there was no # we had to work out .It was A we needed to press after the code numbers. It was maybe a typo but we got in it was only one small thing.

• Roberto (9/5): Great Value Stay in Rovaniemi - The property is a stone throw away from the key establishments in the city centre. The apartment is clean and basic facilities are available. The host was very helpful when I was figuring out how to enter the apartment complex. Nothing at all. It was good for the what we need.
• Reshma (7/5): Ideal location, small apartment, different from photos - The apartment was clean and the appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, kettle) were in good working condition. Towels, bedsheets, tissues were all provided. Also the tv with Netflix was an added advantage. The location is ideal since it is very close to the city centre The apartment provided was different from what was shown in the picture. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

Location was very central to the main tpwn Bus links very close by also We booked as a family of 4 with a 6 Yr old & 12 Yr old, next time we would probably look for a 2nd bedroom so that the adults can have an hr in the evening in the living room without disturbing the kids etc Definitely would recommend this accommodation to friends & family, superb value for money

• Jsltsin (2/5): Terrible - The location was not bad, walking distance to the centre of town. Unfortunately, this accommodation presented a number of issues. I would not stay here again. Firstly, they advertised parking as included, then after booking they advised there was no parking. We had to pay for parking elsewhere. I would've cancelled and booked elsewhere on the news of this alone, but it was a non refundable booking and extremely expensive (approx €470 a night.. yes, four hundred seventy) due to it being the new year period. Secondly, as there are no staff present, they sent us a code to access a locked storage box, where we could retrieve a key to the apartment. They gave what I imagine is the legal street address, (on Korkalonkatu) but there is no access to the apartment complex from that street. You need to access the complex from the address on the advertisement (on Maakuntakatu). The worst however was that the kitchen, bathroom and living area were all extremely small. This made the apartment uncomfortable for a family. The additional bedroom was so small that no person could literally stand in it. It was just a bed (see photo). It was unacceptable. I would not recommend a stay here.

• Davide (9/5): Superb - perfect location five minutes walk from the center. very well organized apartment with terrace and room used as a storage room for suitcases we found a couple of hairs in the double bed
• Agnieszka (9/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay, 5 mins away from the city center, very quiet area. Apartament a bit small but very cosy and extremely clean, enough space for 3 people. Kitchen well stocked, we took some bits from home and then made some food shopping but there are some bits like tea, sugar, hot chocolate etc so you can have a warm drink once landed. Large bathroom, very clean. Overall, apart from few small things 5 star, I would recommend this place to anyone. I would add at least 1 pan to the kitchen as it was hard to cook anything with 1 pan only. I would also suggest to leave some info for the guests how to use heating as it was very hot when was on all the time, we needed to turn it down radiators as wasn't aware how to use thermostat. Also, small washing rack would be great to hang some washing in the bathroom.
• Mal (6/5): Pleasant - The location is about 500metres from the centre so OK but tough on the frozen paths. Bed was comfortable and the apartment very quiet. The apartment is minimal in its equipment and few comforts to make guest feel welcome. Its feels like an apartment for rent vs a managed property. The actual apartment building is in a complex of apartments which makes it tough to find and taxis may not enter.
