Catalina (7/5): Un buen apartamento que necesita algunas mejoras - El apartamento es amplio y moderno. Está ubicado en un barrio residencial y tranquilo. La cocina está muy bien equipada. El aire acondicionado y el WiFi funcionaban bien. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, ya que no salía con regularidad y se enfriaba rápidamente. La caldera necesita mejoras y la presión del agua es baja. Las duchas son pequeñas y ni siquiera tienen una repisa para colocar los jabones. También sería recomendable mejorar la instalación eléctrica, porque al encender el aire acondicionado y el horno al mismo tiempo saltaron los diferenciales. Además, el proceso de check-in podría haber sido más coordinado. Estuvimos esperando unos 15 minutos en la puerta hasta que, tras llamar al teléfono de contacto, salió una persona a recibirnos desde dentro del apartamento. Consideramos que, habiendo avisado de nuestra hora de llegada y habiendo enviado mensajes al salir del aeropuerto y al llegar, debería haber habido alguien para recibirnos de inmediato. La ubicación no tiene una estación de metro cercana, por lo que es necesario desplazarse en autobús. Los autobuses pasan con poca frecuencia y a deshora. Se puede tardar bastante en llegar a los principales puntos de interés o en volver si se depende del transporte público.

Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Clean, nice property and entrance. Comfortable bed and nice to have a balcony space. Issues with hot water in showers - the shower in the bedroom would not get hot. No coffee making facilities, other than instant coffee.
Andreea (8/5): Good place - The apartment has great space, is clean and has all facilities. The beds are comfy enough. The only downside is the heating, the air-conditioning did not work on heating and it was pretty cold, they tried to solve the problem but with no success, they brought us some more blankets though.
