• Nadine (1/5): - It has nothing close to do with a Deluxe Apartment. A huge rip off! Looks nothing like in the pictures! A tiny, shabby room. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for that price! Broken walls, dirty sheet, half shower door was missing, the sink so tiny, it fit barely a hand in it, in the shower black stanes everywhere, a filthy couch with smokeholes! DONT DO IT if u consider it slightly!
• Geach (2/5): - Location and the double bed was comfy that's it The shower base was cracked there was mould in the the bathroom and painting pealing of the bathroom walls. That wasn't any coffee, the bed seat was hard and uncomfortable we had to bye a duvet and extra pillows to make it manageable. Wardrobe was broken. We infromed the owens about eh shower and wardrobe they promised me to fix it before we left but didn't and didn't even answer our last message We do have evidence of this.

DO NOT stay there (hopefully booking remove it!!!!) - Absolutely nothing We were given the wrong room and the owner tried to convince me I booked the wrong one! There were two people fighting, throwing stuff and slamming doors on the top floor (they also threatened to call the police) and we got moved right next to them to find out an ambulance had to come to medicate one or both of them. The main door was not closing, it was broken and the owner didn’t fix as he promised and we ended up staying one sleepless night of three before moving to travelodge and above all that the owner stopped replying or picking up so I had to dispute the payment through bank.

• Paula (1/5): FATAL - Nada bueno que decir Este alojamiento no es para nada lo que promete. Empezando por la puerta de la entrada, desde el primer día nos dimos cuenta que sin introducir el código la manecilla se abría por lo que cualquier transeúnte podaría acceder a la vivienda. Una vez dentro, la escalera de acceso a mi habitacion es minúscula y la baranda de madera de la escalera está suelta, no te puedes ni apoyar porque caerías abajo. La habitación no se parece para nada a las fotos. El techo estaba caído y todo roto por la humedad, da miedo dormir debajo, parece que te caerá encima de tu cara, la suciedad en las paredes, el baño y la ventana es de años sin limpiar, todo extremadamente sucio. El agua de la ducha o te sale congelada o te quemas la piel, no hay término medio. El armario de la habitación no está bien sujeto y al abrir los cajones se cae hacia adelante. El ruido es horroroso. La tele de la habitación de al lado se escucha claramente y la conversación de los otros huéspedes, me enteraba de todo lo que pasaba en la otra habitación… Un punto a favor es que la parada del overground está al lado literalmente pero se escucha el tren durante todo el día y toda la noche. La claridad por la mañana no te dejará dormir. El día de salida pedí 45min más ya que mi vuelo se había retrasado y solo me ofreció dejar el equipaje en una cocina comunitaria que cualquier persona podría entrar debido a que la puerta de la entrada estaba abierta todo el día y toda la noche, puede entrar cualquiera. Desde luego, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado pero necesita una limpieza profunda y espero que la respuesta por parte del propietario no sea que debería haber dicho esto cuando llegué el primer día ya que son cosas que no hace falta decirlas, se ve que lleva tiempo así y no han hecho nada y aunque me hubiese quejado, no podría darme soluciones ya que sería hacer una reforma conmigo allí.

• Miguel (4/5): Não voltaria a este local - O Underground à porta é uma grande valia, facilmente se chega ao centro, muito transporte perto da casa e supermercado, a cama era confortável, o anfitrião ajudou até a um certo ponto, depois já nem quis saber das reclamações, é preciso restaurar o quarto e o corrimão que dá acesso ao primeiro andar, até achei menos seguro em degraus tão pequenos. Máquina de secar e lavar deu jeito. Tivemos problemas com a porta, abria sem sequer colocar um código, mas o anfitrião resolveu passado umas horas, mas a sensação foi de pouca segurança... Limpeza péssima, cabelos na cama e sofá, manchas de sujidade nas paredes, o microondas com ferrugem no interior, as fotos não condizem com o apartamento, parecem fotos de rede social, fotos são enganosas, tivemos mesmo para vir embora, mas como não queríamos ficar sem o dinheiro, optamos por ficar alojados, tinha aranhas e teias no quarto, a casa de banho onde se toma o duche, estava partido e saía água por baixo na mangueira e a porta não fechava bem. Para quem gostar de acordar cedo (ironia), é ótimo, porque as cortinas deixam passar o sol todo, ou seja acordava sempre antes das 8h devido ao sol, e além disso, uma cortina só subia manualmente.... A minha opinião é, querem poupar o máximo que der? Talvez seja uma opção, mas que seja uma última, porque higiene falta muito neste alojamento e também a porta do quarto dá para ver por baixo da mesma.

• Cheena (6/5): I am giving them 6 to be polite. 4 might be better suited. - The location The panic that I had to go through to manage basic hygiene while staying for a month. Not at all recommended for long stay. Washing your sheets or managing basic cleanliness is your room was not easy. As the washing machine are always occupied. Also the entire process takes a day- i gave up after a week bought new sheets from primark so I could manage. They wont supply you with anything. Not even basic stuff like shampoo.

( I BOOKED FOR 2NIGHTS AND HAD TO RELOCATE BECAUSE IT WAS SO DIRTY, BARE THAT IN MIND BEFORE YOU BOOK ) Didn’t even get a refund, Book at your own risk!!! - Dirty, You’ll tell that the property hasn’t had a deep clean in ages - I was roomed on the 2nd Floor, the flooring was VERY uneven and shaky, Feels like you’ll go through the floor if you was to make to much of a movement - Floor wasn’t even mopped, my socks collected so much dirt/dust - Bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, NO fragrance was in that room/bathroom at all - Multiple HAIR was found in the bed and on the pillows, even within the bathroom.. “i’ve got pictures to prove this” - A BIG crack within the ceiling area above the bed, looks so unsafe like it’s ready to fall. which had me uneasy “i’ve got pictures to prove this”

Would stay again - The Whatsapp message prior to arrival was nice and informative and cheerful - however think it was AI created as on the occasions I had to message it was like talking with a robot. (yes I see the irony) took almost 2 days to get the shower head replaced and had to politley nudge several times - no apology or checking it was ok after they took it away and put on a replacement ..... I later found when on the search for loo paper that they had simply put it in the communal bathroom - when I left 2 weeks later I checked and it was still there hanging like a flacid thing. The communal parts were cleaned daily and could hear cleaners in other rooms - in fact was useful to hear them as had to ask several times for loo paper. I stayed nearly 2 weeks - I extended the stay (so cant have been too bad there) - but no message of "thanks for renewing your stay, would you like the room cleaned ? new bedding ? , new loo paper etc. Bed had some divits, but pretty comfy. The quality of the bedding is good as is the qualiy of the towels - although they are pretty small towels. There is a hair dryer in the the wardrobe. There is a kettle and 1 cup in the room. There is a table and 2 chairs. 2 bowls, side plates and large places and 2 spoons, forks and 2 knives. No bin in the room - no t towels and the bathroom sink is v small to wash the crockery - but saves walking down 4 flights of stairs to the main kitchen. I was concerned the fridge at the foot of the bed might cause issues, but barely heard it. Not a fan of a tumble drier myself - (wash at night and hand and is dry by morning ) but there are 2 in the building - and 2 washing machines - but understandably provide your own washing powder etc No handwash or shower products in the bathroom. Other than the issue with a shower head that was way too heavy and wouldnt stay up which as stated they eventually sent a guy to remove it - the plug hole was blocked - so I lifted the cover expecting to clean the hair (surely the clearers should do this between each booking - only to find bits of food down there ! there is a small hand basin where I rinsed the plates they provide on the small 'dining table" which is a nice touch - but wondering if others rinsed their bowls etc in the shower ! who knows... It doesnt state on the website that the TV is not connected to an ariel - you can ony watch it if you log into apps - (from experience I find you forget to log out of BBC Iplayer etc and it means others are using your accounts for whatever - So I had to buy a plug in ariel from the high road - thankfully they gave me a discount when I told them the issue and I now have a very nifty and small ariel (although anywhere else I have stayed - even p155 poor places had a functioning TV with freeview. Having said that - you have to cause a trip hazard for yourself going in and out of the door with an extention lead to actually plug the TV in. Theres a simple fix for that and the TV ariel situation that could be done in less than 2 hours and cost less than 200 quid Also contacting longer staying people about a room spruce up and replacement loo paper also and easy fix. A few sorry and please and thank you's on whatsapp when have failed fixing things in a timely manner also easy to improve on - or perhaps they do not give a fig and just want the money. Ad said view of garden - but it was an overgrown mess which is a great shame at they could really enhance the building. The neighbours gardens which can be seen are lovely and some fake grass and garden chairs and tables would enhance the view & stay and cost very little to do.

• Adam (1/5): Uncomfortable, smelly and dingy - The check-in process was easy and helpful. Room 3 looks nothing like the photos online. We were given a very thin duvet and two extremely flat pillows. The sofa bed was hard, uncomfortable, and the mattress had an old, dirty smell—almost like socks. The pillows also had an unpleasant odour. The sofa bed is also damaged, with broken wood on show. When we tried converting the bed back into a sofa to watch TV, we discovered a shocking amount of dirt and debris underneath, clearly showing that no deep cleaning had been done in a long time. The bathroom was also quite dirty, with toilet paper on the floor and black mould visible on the walls and tiles. Overall, it was an abysmal room and a terrible night’s sleep.

The level of dust and dirt suggests it hasn't had a proper clean for months. The bathroom smells. Shower door is missing so water goes everywhere. Whole room shook when someone used the washer/tumble dryer as it was in a cupboard directly under my room. No covers/bedding for the sofa bed.The locks on the front door and individual rooms are very flimsy, didn't feel safe. Description and pictures are very misleading, the kitchenette is a fridge with a microwave and kettle on top of it and nowhere to wash up. I couldn't get the TV to work the first couple of days but the owner did nothing to help.

I got a message the next day that someone would come look at it. I was told there was broken tile in the bathroom but no one had even cleaned up the shards. In a bathroom that small it was almost impossible not to step on something sharp. Not considering this adequate to spend the night after at least two hours on the phone trying to get the problems solved with the property management I left. I had reserved to stay for about 10 days and I had to find another one that night. The property refuse to reimburse anything at all.

I had to buy bleach to clean the blocked drain to let water out. We could not reach the hook for the shower and complained about it, but nothing was done during the long period of our stay. Other things to mention included the neglected garden, which encourages creepy, crawlies to enter the building. The ceiling above the boiler was literally falling and only repaired when I complained about it. We also experienced a lot of noise from occupiers above and traffic outside.

The walls are paper thin, and the flat is right next to the communal washing machine. And someone is always doing laundry. Even at night. All in all, big yikes.

The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with utensils and some basic seasonings, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. My room had everything I needed — a mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and other useful facilities. It was cozy and well-maintained, so I even decided to extend my stay for another week! The location is excellent, right next to the underground station, and there are plenty of small shops and cafés nearby. The staff and cleaners were very friendly and helpful — they really made my stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I truly appreciate how well everything was taken care of.

Bagno piccolissimo con mattonelle del pavimento rotte, il cui buco era coperto da un tappetino. TV non funzionante. Mancava l'asciugacapelli diversamente da quanto specificato. Non c'era sapone.

Good microwave. kitchen had very little kitchenware and the oven was full of oil so that when I used it I set of the smoke alarm. The combination lock doors are a pain and also not secure. I had to leave my room unlocked when I went out because the combination lock broke. The washing machine and dryer are going constantly and very noisy, I did need to do washing but didn't bother. First night the room was very hot and the corridors and kitchen very cold and you have to walk quite a ways to the bathroom. Temperature in my room was normal after that though.

Es gab auch einige Geschäfte in der Nähe und auch das Westfield Zentrum. Es war alles recht klein und eng, außerdem war es unglaublich heiß im Apartment. Ich würde dieses Apartment nicht an Gruppen mit 3 Leuten und mehr empfehlen.

There was two sets of plates but no cutlery, dirt smeared on the walls and shower door falling apart temperamental water tam with either hot water or cold so can’t get shower!

Había humedad en el techo, la puerta del armario sucio y varios chicles pegados en el marco de la puerta de la entrada de la habitación

You can leave stay somewhere else if it’s that bad" why am I complaining for an why am I coming you should make it clean for the guest anyways regardless and I'm complaining because this is not how you treat your guests people pay money to sleep an have a nice clean room . then when I told them there was problems they never did nothing about it. Told me to pay more money to change rooms even though it was messy or broken when I should get a refund or an exchange I shouldn't have to pay more for something that should have been cleaned. I had to fix the room my self because of bad service I had to change my own bed sheets clean my own plates an cutlery and when I was sleeping the matrices fell on the floor.I wouldn't recommend staying here because no one will help you. Only if u want somewhere cheap even then can't even guaranteed a bed that's not broken
