• Erica (1/5): - Purtroppo non sono riuscita a soggiornare per un problema di over booking della struttura. Mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione due ore prima di arrivare.
• Yahor (9/5): Комната действительно маленькая, на фото выглядит просторнее. Большая терасса, чистая и большая ванная комната. Бар прям - Было достаточно чисто. Удобное расположение. Вся посуда и бутылка вина комплиментом. Фен, утюг, душевые принадлежности Максимально сложная парковка в районе + нужно быть готовым к звукам улицы. Нет стиральной машины.
• Maria Ines (10/5): Comfortable and central - The flat is small but very comfortable for two people. The terrace is brilliant. We really enjoyed having breakfast outside in the sunshine. Kitchen is well equipped and the shower is nice and powerful. Location is second to none, right in the centre of Alicante. 10 minute walk to the beach via La Rambla. In close proximity to Barrio Santa Cruz and the castle which are not to be missed. Miranda is a lovely hostess, very responsive and helpful. Thank you Miranda. Everything was very good.

• Weronika (6/5): - Lokalizacja Odczuwalna duża wilgoć w mieszkaniu, brak kołdry, nieszczelne drzwi i okna przez które podczas deszczu wpływała nam woda do mieszkania oraz hałas z zewnątrz. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w hotelu Utopia Pani zaproponowała wezwanie hydraulika który zajmuje się naprawą rur a nie nieszczelnymi oknami. Przez prawie tydzień pobytu mieliśmy cały czas mokre ręczniki, brak grzejnika, ogrzewanie klimatyzacją.

• M (7/5): Centrale ligging, prima voor enkele nachten. Bus C6 (naar het vliegveld)op loopafstand - Eigenaar heeft een kleiner appartement boven met een dakterras en een groter appartement beneden. Wij zaten eerst boven maar mochten na één nacht naar beneden verhuizen. De reden is dat het regenwater op het dakterras niet goed kan weglopen en de kamer inloopt. Dit is bekend bij eigenaar en moet een keer constructief opgelost worden. Goede medewerking gehad van eigenaar en mochten zonder problemen onze handbagage enkele uren stallen. In het appartement boven kun je last hebben van binnen stromend regenwater en werkt de airco niet naar behoren. Verder is het erg klein. Badkamer prima. Beneden is het veel ruimer maar helaas ook wel gehorig wat betreft straat geluiden.
• Stefan (8/5): Absolut empfehlenswert für 2 Personen oder Kleinfamilie mit 1-2 Kindern - Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr Zentral gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Castillo de Santa Barbara, Mercado Central; Meer/ Strand, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, Supermärkte, usw. in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Dennoch ist das Apartment sehr sehr ruhig, praktisch null Autoverkehr. Die Kommunikation erfolgte mit der Besitzerin per Whats App, welche in Sekunden schnelle antwortet, danke an Sra. Miranda! "Sonderwünsche" ( extra Handtücher, extra Bettdecke) werden von den netten Mitarbeitern des nahegelegenen (dazu gehörenen Hotels) sofort erledigt. Ein Teppich bzw. Badvorleger im Wohnzimmer und im Badezimmer wären in der Jahreszeit (Dezember) komfortabler.

• Piret (8/5): Cosy, clean and well-located apartment - The apartment is very well located close to the castle, the city centre/old town, a large market, the tram stop and several other sights of interest. It is cosy and clean and has all the necessary amenities. Spacious bathroom and nice terrace. We appreciated the bottle of wine that awaited us.
• Linlex002 (8/5): - Apartmán sa nachádza na tichom mieste. Vybrala som si ho pre veľkú terasu, keďže môj muž je fajčiar. Izba je o dosť menšia ako na fotkách, ale to nám neprekážalo. Kúpeľňa bola oproti izbe obrovská, aj sprchový kút. V kuchynke bolo všetko potrebné, čo by ste mohli potrebovať k príprave raňajok (olej, soľ, cukor, káva). Jediné, s čím som nebola spokojná je veľkosť postele, keďže doma máme veľkú, 180 cm posteľ. Táto mohla mať tak 140-160cm s jedným matracom. Ale to je len o zvyku. Keď som hľadala apartmány, tak som si všímala, že v týchto mestských bytoch sú dosť malé postele všade. Vankúš bol kvalitný z pamäťovej peny. Nepáčila sa mi už spomínaná veľkosť postele, inak bolo všetko v poriadku.
• Alain (10/5): Un séjour authentique et ensoleillé - L’emplacement près du marché et de l’arrêt de bus aéroport dans un quartier vivant et authentique ! Le vieux quartier de Santa Cruz et à 5 minutes et la plage à 15 mn ! L’appartement est confortable pour 2 et bien équipé ! La terrasse est un plus appréciable ! Merci à la personne de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli et garder nos bagages en attendant notre départ 👌👍

Felt secure and safe. - Great location for local bars, Tapas. just up from the local market so a little bit quarter . Great, we could pick up the keys in hotel opposite and they kindly let us leave our bags on checkout day . there was everything you needed in the apartment. Coffee machine microwave good size fridge. recently decorated clean and tidy. Lay out very well thought out terrace was a great size . loved there's a separate entrance to the property with lobby area to hang and put shoes then make your way up a spiral staircase. Host was informative throughout our stay. Great communication. Looking forward to returning soon. Happy with everything

• Stéphanie (10/5): Séjour magnifique appartement fonctionnel - L’appartement est très bien situé,à peine 5 mns du centre, du mercado central , de tous les moyens de location . La terrasse est très appréciable ainsi que la climatisation . Appartement très propre et fonctionnel pour 2. Et surtout la disponibilité de Miranda qui est soucieuse que l’on passe un très bon séjour . C était mon 2eme séjour en 3 mois et pas le dernier
• Mathias (10/5): - Die Schlüssel sind beim Hotel Utopia an der Rezeption hinterlegt und können dort abgeholt werden. Miranda die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns vor und während der Reise sehr gut über WhatsApp betreut.

• David (8/5): Small, but an excellent base. - The location was very central but quiet. The terrace was excellent. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Agree with previous review comments as the room was very small, the hanging space for clothes was downstairs in the entrance and there wasnt really any where upstairs to keep clothing. A mirror would have been useful in the living/sleeping area. On arrival the electricity cut out and although sorted out fairly quickly, we had to re locate and stay in another appartment for the first night which resulted in a disruptive start to our holiday.
