Daniele (10/5): Our stay in London - Fantastic stay! We have been here for over a week and it is so sad to leave this place :( The flat was spotless, stylish, and in the perfect central London location. You just need to go down and you can just walk too see most of the monuments. Comfortable bed, bright living room, and everything we needed for a smooth stay. The host and team were very king. Highly recommend! Leaving the place :(
Elizabeth (8/5): Conveniently located flat - Centrally located with good amenities in the room. Happy to be across from the larger common kitchen to use the laundry. Staff was responsive to requests Indeed it is louder than I expected. It is right on Leicester Square which had a loud Holiday market and the building had a private party room on the same floor as the room I had. That being said the noise ended about 11pm weekdays and 12am weekends so not entirely unreasonable. Tea towels for the kitchen would be nice

Rhian (4/5): I wouldn't stay here again despite the location - Location is excellent, close to many tourist attractions The electricity cut out in all but one socket - this was inconvenient. People from the room above us decided to check out our room at 10am while we were in bed. Wifi was good when it worked but we had several hours with no connection. The location is excellent but with single glazing windows only it was noisy at night and in the morning. We were woken up by bottle bins being emptied, workmen on the street, partygoers several times.
Victoria (9/5): Very convenient and comfortable with lovely accommodating staff. - Clean, VERY comfortable bed and lovely big shower and bathroom. No microwave, or TV. But it was still lovely.
