• Pete (7/5): The rental's small inadequacies didn't interfere with us having a pleasant stay. - The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean. There was space for our party to gather. The deck outside would be great in good weather. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. The master bathroom was very narrow. The cookware was old and inadequate. It was a bit of a hike to public transportation.

• Tim (6/5): - 1.1km from Skytrain Station, Joyce-collingwood. Host is very hospitable, drove us to Skytrain station as we ask for taxi when it raining.. Feel cozy with beautiful balcony. We will stay again next time. Only one public washroom and main bedroom with small toilet. Not enough for a group of people.

• Stockmaier (10/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt - die Booking Anzeige entspricht den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. - Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren einwandfrei. Ein Zimmer ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Die anderen Zimmer sind eher für Einzelpersonen oder Paare geeignet. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit einem eigenen kleinen Badezimmer und für die anderen drei gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Lage ist sehr gut was die Umgebung betrifft. Es ist ruhig und wohl eine der sicheren und besseren Gegenden von Vancouver. Der Eigentümer war über WhatsApp stets gut erreichbar. Alle Zimmerfenster waren mit Fliegennetzen versehen, so dass man bequem die ganze Nacht das Fenster geöffnet halten konnte. Ein guter Waschtrockner, Spülmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Ventilatoren zum aufstellen.... Es war alles da was man brauchen könnte im Urlaub. Ohne Treppensteigen geht es nicht ins Haus. Die Lage des Wohnbereichs ist der erste Stock - also für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung weniger geeignet. Zur Bahn braucht man gute 10 Minuten und muss über einen Hügel. Das ist durchaus anstrengend. Allerdings ist man mit der Skytrain in gut einer halben Stunde im Zentrum von Vancouver was den beschwerlichen Weg wiederum ausgleicht.

• Elisapeta (10/5): A home away from home! - The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Van, our host was lovely and communication was awesome. Thank you for everything Van 🤩 The towels were a bit small but other than that, we have no complaints.
• Nadia (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. The house was spacious. There were 9 of us! It could have been just a little bit cleaner The kitchen needs a few more supplies. For Eg, a tray for baking. foil , grater.. and clearer instructions for garbage and recycling:)
• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Good location ,lots of good restaurant in the near neighborhood , a couple blocks away ,one can catch the sky train to the downtown area, Metro town is just 10 mins to drive. House was very clean ,lots of supplies( like toilet rolls ,paper towels and dishes) Host was very friendly and helpful, we did have an issue with the washer , he responded right away and fixed the problem. Thank you so much for all effort. We will stayed there again if next time we are in town Nothing

The host was very - Clean, well maintained, decorations were nice, and amenities were all provided! The location was close to good restaurants within a 10-15 minutes driving distance. You can get to downtown Vancouver by train. The neighborhood is safe and close to a small park. Place is as is in the photos advertised. If it were a bit closer to the train station. But it was within a 15 minute walk. Not bad location.

It was great to have a breakfast nook with a table for our cozy mornings and a lovely dining area and table to sit with everyone for a dinner and visit . Great location. Very safe and quiet but close to anything you need. N/a
