• Lavinia (1/5): Wrong access instructions and owner unreachable - We arrived to Calgary with a late flight so our check-in time was late (agreed with the owner). Unfortunately the lock code didn’t work so we were left out of the house in the middle of the night with no answer from the owner. We had to find another accommodation by ourselves. Stay away

• Sophie (1/5): - The host did not inform us of a drainage issue at the property. Check in is at 3pm, I had to text him at 3:20pm and ask for check in instructions as I had not received any communication. At that time, he told me there was a drainage issue with the property and he may have to cancel my booking if it could not be fixed. I asked for an estimated timeline and was told 5-6:30 for the plumber to arrive, and at 4:40pm he told us we needed to cancel. I am grateful the booking was cancelled with a full refund, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and extremely inconvenient considering we do not live in Calgary.

• Vera (3/5): The property is not looks so clean as on the booking.com website - I didn’t like that it was dirty. The windows were dirty. Windows slides are dirty as well. It is just disgusting to see when you paid so much money. You are expecting to see exactly what you see on the pictures. We had 3 nights for 2 people but we had 3 tea bags only. Like what..? You expecting that 1 tea bag will be enough for one person per 3 days!? I mean no welcome corners, no nothing… On the booking com site the pictures are good, everything so beautiful but it reality it is not.

• Lorelei (4/5): I wouldn’t go back - Good location, good size, clean People trying to get into the property in the middle of the night as they were looking for the property at the back.
• Jackie (1/5): Don't go there - Location was good The property itself was unkempt the grass was long there were weeds everywhere. The rear patio had an old mattress in it and a dirty fork left on the table. The dishwasher was stuck on an error message so we had to listen to it beeping for a day and a half. We could hear everything from the people in the basement even their phone ringing. They would come in late and bang doors. Then you could hear them talking. There was dirty dishes, dirty pots and pans, the kitchen was very undersupplied with utensils and was a mishmash of plates that didn't match. We had to ask for kitchen towels and more cooking utensils. Frankly I am not sure why this property is still listed on Booking.com. The one saving grace was the property owner he was friendly and responsive.

• Monika (9/5): Overall a great place to stay ☺️ - Great location, well equipped, check-in and check-out was easy (the owner also allowed us to have a late check-out which helped us a lot). We enjoyed our stay, it’s a great value for money ☺️ The walls are quite thin so if the neighbors are loud you will hear everything and it can get a little annoying.

• Antoniette (3/5): We love the location - Great location for our group vacation Kitchen utensils, towels and some linens are very old. Cupboards are almost empty and dusty, pots and pans needs to be replaced.
• Alec (7/5): Rude host, shady stay. - It was comfortable, looked nice and the 2 bedrooms were separated by the bathroom. We had stayed at another property managed for the previous 3 nights. Upon leaving were accused of damaging floor mats due to what the host called excessive use and there was a stain on one of the beds which we didn't sleep in. It took 5 hours to be allowed into the suite and the host was most unpleasent. He wanted me to admit to what he called "damages" and said I that me not taking responsibility for them made him question this booking. Between fighting with him and being let down by booking.com it wasn't a great experience. This host needs to no be so cheap review industry standards on things like early check-in or late check-out, having accuate information on the adds (this one is called pet friendly but in the rules it says no pets allowed.) With some customer service training and learning not to talkk down to people he may make an adequate manager. Also issues were never brought up until payment was made. Leaving us with no choice but to deal with him or loose the cash as booking.com did nothing.

The weakest point was check in, there was no automated message about how to get in and it took time/calls to receive the needed details. Everything else was splendid.

• Barb (5/5): Overall, okay - Place was clean and easily accessible. Furniture was minimal and very uncomfortable. An arm chair or two would be great. Table was very small and small chairs. There was only 1 tea towel and 4 bath towels. We did not realize that the TV was not set up for any cable and we do not have streaming apps on our phones.
• Catherine (8/5): I have been looking for a place like this to stay for a while, it fit all my needs. - Excellent service from host. Unit had all the amenities I needed with nice bright lighting, free parking and pet friendly.
