I reached out numerous times and they were unable to communicate if an early check-in was possible until 2 pm, when chcek in was already only until 4 (which is very late for a hotel). I had reached out at 10 am and was kinda stuck waiting all day.

• Ellen (10/5): Would definitely return! Perfect for a group of 3! - The location was perfect! Perfect little cafes and really nice restaurants as well as great transport links. The space of the apartment was really great split over 2 levels. The kitchen was well equipped and had a little cleaning pack which was great. The bathroom also had plenty of towels. The air con also worked which was 10000% needed! We travelled to Barcelona to primavera so there are a few things that could have made the stay better. For example, a floor length mirror, potentially having the balcony without floor to ceiling doors, a slightly more comfortable sofa bed. A couple more loo rolls would have been great too! But really picking for things here… we loved our stay!

• Raffaella (8/5): Barcellona nel cuore - L'appartamento molto moderno e funzionale e arredato con gusto. Kit pulizie compreso di pastiglie lavastoviglie. Kit olio, aceto, sale cialde caffè. Set bagno completo. Lenzuola e biancheria bagno compresi. La casa era dotata di tutto, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro, lavatrice. Quando ho avuto bisogno mi hanno risposto in tempi rapidi e gentilmente. Ottima la soluzione codice numerico per appartamento e ingresso senza avere problemi con chiavi ecc...supermercati nelle vicinanze. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia. Noi ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi per goderci la città. Per arrivare alla spiaggia di Barceloneta circa un' ora. Solo due cose che non possono dipendere totalmente dalla struttura. La puzza di fogna che arrivava dal lavandino, probabilmente il palazzo doveva effettuare la pulizia della fossa biologica ed un serramento del soggiorno che non si chiudeva perfettamente, quindi i rumori della strada non erano completamente isolati.

I do not like the darkness of the rooms, I love the images of rooms and expected similar vibe. It is good enough for sleeping:)

Nice appliances and plenty of dinnerware to use. Also nice to have natural lighting and windows/doors that could be opened for fresh air. The table requires maintenance—it is uneven.

• Szilard (5/5): Nead a bit renovation and repairing the problems in it. - It was situated near to all public transportation and near to Sagrada Familia. It had markets near to and restaurants. We arrived to Barcelona at 9 am, and I called the call center of the apartment to get some information regarding the apartment. It was told me that the guests are in the apartment and they need to clean it, but if it's done i will be notified about it. They never called me. We didn't received the apartment what we booked, smaller and from 3 km distance of the original apartment. In the living room the sofa was destroyed we couldn't sleep well do that it had bumps in it and the springs where jumping out. In the bedroom the heating was not working and it was cold in it, we couldn't open the balcony door due the food smells from a restaurant.

• Lily (7/5): Pleasant stay - Location was good, about 10 minute walk to metro. There are shops and bars nearby including Lidl just around the corner. Area and building felt safe and secure with a good view from the main room. The elevator was useful. Shower was pleasant with good water pressure and the bathroom has a window. We found the whole apartment to be spacious enough for four of us and enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with WiFi and aircon but staff were able to help via WhatsApp. The WiFi our apartment should’ve had was not working so we had to connect to a different one which meant signal was weak. We used the dishwasher twice as there were only two tablets and hand washed dishes, however we ran out of dish soap. We also had to purchase our own toilet roll after running out. We were asked to empty the bin before leaving which was fine, however we only had two bin bags for the kitchen and no extra bags for the bathroom bin, with four of us staying for six nights this simply wasn’t enough. The counters and sheets were clean however the floor was not, we swept the floors ourselves upon finding many hairs and crumbs which were not ours.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Nuestra estancia fue solo por 3 noches, pero el viaje que hicimos fue de 1 mes. Este fue el único apartamento que no nos gustó para nada. Desde que hicimos el check in en línea nos llenaron de mensajes, pidiendo muchos documentos e información. Te dan varias instrucciones complicadas, que en realidad son muy sencillas, pero te mandan un rollo gigante. El código para entrar no funcionó el primer día. Tuvimos que reportarlo y perdimos mucho tiempo. Ofrecen lavadora y secadora, pero a la hora de querer usarla, te mandan un libro de 120 páginas para leer con más instrucciones (que no vienen muy claras). Después de leer y preguntar dudas, pusimos la secadora y después de unos minutos comenzó a salir humo. No podíamos creerlo, jamás había pasado algo así. Se nos hizo muy complicado todo!!! Jamás volveríamos a quedarnos en este lugar, perdimos mucho tiempo por sus malas explicaciones y cómo no hay recepción debes esperar a ver si alguien puede ayudarte o contestarte. No lo recomiendo para nada!!

In the morning you can eat great breakfast near by. Was not perfectly clean, especially i the bathroom. Photos on booking showed different appartment that we got.

• Pavel (9/5): Very good - Very good apartment for 4 people. All appliances are new and of good quality. We were able to find everything we needed in the flat. Check-in and check-out procedures are automated and fast. The location of the flat is perfect to discover the main city landmarks. The price is a bit expensive but I guess current market dictates it. The floors could be cleaned better from small particles and dust. Also there were small particles on a bedside table. We saw a cockroach in the elevator on the ground floor (although there was no sign of it in the flat on the 4th floor).

• Rashid (5/5): It was okay. I would not book again. Location is good and the customer service is very good. - The apartment furnishings were nice, it was super clean upon arrival. The host team was very responsive and they helped us with all the issues promptly. The location is excellent. Perfectly central and very easy to walk to places. Eventhough the host team was excellent at communication and the apartment was nice there are a few issues that we had which made out stay a bit unpleasant. 1. Upon arrival, the AC thermostat was not working. We contacted the host team and they told us that maintenance will come the next morning since the day had ended for them. We had to spend our first half day and night in insane amount of heat. But i will give 10/10 points to maintenance for showing up first thing next morning to fix it! But I really do think something should have been done for the first night. We paid quiet a lot for this apartment per night. 2. The washing machine started leaking on our first use. When maintenance came they told us that their previous guests probably broke a part and didn't tell them. In my opinion this should have been checked after the previous guests left and before they let us in. The next day maintenance came and said he fixed it but it wasn't fixed. It started leaking again that night (and we didn't even use it but it still leaked). 3. When I booked the place online, the pictures showed the big windows that opened onto a street. We were excited for this. When we got to the apartment the blinds did not work. Maintenance came fixed it and then when he left a couple hours later the blinds stopped working again and wouldn't go up. The view was useless for us. 4. The apartment space was very limited. If they allow four people they should let you know that there will be zero walking space after that. There wasn't even enough space to get to the bay window from the kitchen and vice versa. If anybody is wondering why we did not complain again, we we were only there for 3 or 4 nights and were on a time crunch to visit our places of interest. I had already wasted my entire first day in trying to get the AC to work and the issues fixed. I did not want to get into this whole process of calling the maintenance and customer service team again.

The apartment was a bit dark. It would be nice if there was more light, especially in the bedroom. The water in the bathroom sink was not draining well. There was rubbish on the terrace and common areas.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Central location, close to many turistic sites and subway. There was an option of breakfast to the room. Would definitely come back :) The sofa bed was noisy.

Excellent customer service from the hosts. The front window was leaking and that made the first days a little bit uncomfortable. Short message to the hosts and there were quick response. Value for money is okay due to the high price per stay.

• Wojcik (8/5): satisfied. - 8-/10. All fine here. I think it is really well located and quiet place which was something that we were looking for. I have two minor comments, but nothing that really changes my mind on the rating. I thought the apartment will have both rooms facing the street as shown on the pictures but it didnt. One room was facing the street whereas the other one was facing interor (which was rather dark). Also, I think that lighting was too dark in the apartment. We were there in Nov 2023 were there are not that much daylight and we found apartment a little bit too dark during the morning and in the evenings.
• Regan (7/5): Place was depicted as shown in photos. Very convenient. Wish check in went smooth! - The place was very clean and exactly like depicted on the photos. Great location! We felt very safe! Upon arrival at 9am via an international flight (with a 6 year old in tow) we said we would be in the area around 11am to check in if possible. It was not possible but we were directed to a place we could stow our bags while exploring. Check in said 3p on one confirmation email and 4p on another. Upon arrival at 3:30p we were told the lock was broken and cleaning personnel could not get in to clean the apartment. We were asked to come back in a little bit so cleaning could start from the people who vacated earlier that day. Had we not stayed on the phone we would have been in the same predicament when we returned. The code was broken for this apartment and they did not have a master key to enter. It took close to 1.5 hours for management to give us the upstairs apartment. The city was filled due to high volume and the Barcelona vs Madrid game that day. Had this transition gone well it would have been a great stay- however, off of 2 hours sleep and a debacle of not being informed earlier we wasted a lot of our stay trying to get into the apartment.
