• Jan (10/5): The very best accommodation in Praha - The apartmen Dalia is a uniq experience. A 19th century flat in the heart of Praha, carefully restored and decorated periode correct. Still it has all the facilities you expect from a modern flat, including dish washer, washing machine and dryer. The beds are very comfy, a bit on the firm side, so we sleept well. It's situated on the banks of river Vltava (Moldau) and the city centre is well within walking distance. Parking is available on the street right outside the entreance, and we had no problem finding a free space. Just note that one side is reserved residents (but that is clearly marked on the signs) The road have some traffic during the day, but at night we were not at all bothered by noise. The hostess, Jirina, welcomed us in a warm, personal and entusiastic way, and gave us good recommendations on local cafes and restaurant. She was also available during our stay, responding to messages swiftly. We like to point out that this flat may not be for everyone. It's within a block of private flats, and you have to appreciate and respect it for what it is: A heirloom and a piece of the architectural history of Praha. It also means a bit more comprehensive system for the door locks than in a ordinary hotel. But if you can live with this, we belive you will have a hard time indeed to find a more charming place to stay in Praha. We loved it to pieces. Outstanding and Highly Recommended
• jOANNE (4/5): Not for us! Left the next morning. - The location of the property is excellent and there are some lovely, traditional features. Marble floor and parquet floor in lounge area (supposed to have been a second bedroom). High ceilings, beautiful windows, lovely tiles. Bathroom and sinks were nice. It was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment and they had just put a bed in the living room. This bed was only half made up making it a single bed instead of 2 doubles; one in each room. This also meant that you had to walk through this room to get to the other bedroom. Not great if you are sleeping or not a couple. As a result, there is no dedicated 'lounge area', only seating in each bedroom. No drawers or wardrobe in one room and only drawers in the main bedroom. Some kind of hanging rack in the hallway, but that's not really useful to service both bedrooms. The bedding was awful! Not as as photographed. Pillows belonged to a sofa, not a bed. Duvet cover synthetic and made from some kind of artificual toweling. The bedroom that really is a lounge room had a cabinet with old fashioned, spooky dolls in it and also tea cups and other china, plus nests of tables. Not really right for a bedroom. There were far too many rules of what you can do, can't do, should do and had to demonstrate locking and unlocking the door in front of the Host of which was a bit patronizing. I did not see the floor plan provided on the last photo, so take responsibility there as it shows the layout, but I didn't feel as though it was necessary to view as it was advertised as 2 bedrooms. Floor plan also shows a balcony, we were never shown that. I have properties with booking.com. I have never needed to write down people's passport details, nor take a security deposit in cash, nor sign a booking sheet. Booking.com already provides a security deposit for the Host as part of the booking. No shoes allowed inside which is fine, but requested to wear used slippers from a box near the door. Why not provide new slippers like hotels do? We both felt very uncomfortable with the whole experience. Some work is needed here. Would be better off advertising it as a 1 bedroom and have a dedicated lounge area.

• Moonjoo (10/5): - 넓이나 시설 대비 가격이 말 안됨(좋은 방향으로) 빈티지한 인테리어도 예쁨. 호스트가 시설 정비나 청결에 신경을 많이 쓰신다는 인상을 받았고, 굉장히 친절하심. 주의사항이 많은 편이지만 어지간히 부주의한 사람이 아니면 전부 지킬만한 정도의 내용. 한국 사람으로써 실내에서 신발 벗고 실내화 신는 룰이 맘에 들었음. 강, 다리 근처라서 오가며 강변 경치 구경하기 좋음. 호스트와 언어가 맞지 않는 경우 체크인이 오래 걸림(30분 이상)

• Caroline (10/5): Prachtig en rustig apartement in hartje Praag! - Rustig appartement op loopafstand van alle toeristische plekken in Praag, echt ideaal. Gemakkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Betaald parkeren voor de deur, maar in het weekend gratis. Romantische inrichting maar toch voorzien van alle gemakken van nu. Heel schoon. Een warm welkom van de eigenaresse. Een mandje met lekkers, koffie en thee stonden klaar. Luxe uitstraling, prachtige natuurstenen vloeren. Ruime leefkeuken met moderne oven, magnetron, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Heerlijke bedden en goed geslapen terwijl je midden in de drukte van Praag verblijft. Alles was goed.

Same as the picture :) It has good accessibility to tourist attractions and is close to Tesco Mart. It's nice to take a walk in the park in front of the apartment, and the night view is very pretty. I don't understand why this is the only review for such a great place. Next time I visit Prague, I will definitely book Dalia Apartman :) Everything was perfect!

The owner takes great pride in the space and it shows. Everything was at our fingertips, it felt like we were staying in a family home. A fantastic space for a small family or couple. The sheets/bed linens and towels could be upgraded, they felt a bit too well used and threadbare.
