- van Loon (6/5): Check the date - We liked the luxury of the apartment and the facilities. We didn't get bedsheets for the couch bed. We had good contact with customer service about it and the sheets would be brought the next day by the cleaner. They were put in the rain outside the apartment so they and the new roll of toilet paper were soaked. The second day there was Oktoberfest in the town and we slept above a restaurant that had super loud music so the walls and floor of the apartment started to vibrate. Couldn't sleep until 2/3 at night.would recommend staying here at that time of year. We didn't hear anything from customer service about that night and our complaint. Unfortunately I can't share a video with this review of how loud it was..
