• Anas (8/5): Overall, the accommodation was clean and basic, with ongoing improvements, a convenient location for - The staff were consistently friendly, respectful, and highly supportive throughout our stay—truly excellent service. Any request was handled professionally, and extending our reservation was a smooth and straightforward process that could be arranged on a daily basis without difficulty. The room was very clean and practically arranged. While the furnishings were simple and somewhat traditional in style—not luxury or five-star standard—the space was well maintained and tidy, which was most important to us. It included a private bathroom and a basic kitchenette with a sink, small refrigerator, and essential tableware, suitable for light meals. The room also featured a wardrobe, a single sofa with a low table, and a dressing table with a mirror. Overall, the layout was functional and comfortable for a short- to medium-term stay. At the time of our departure, the hotel was actively undergoing modernization works, indicating continued efforts to improve the facilities. The location is very convenient. A grocery store is located directly opposite the hotel (about 10 meters away), and several supermarkets, restaurants, and shops for household and personal items are within a 5–10 minute walking distance. There were no towels at the time when we stayed. Soap, toilet paper and tissues were only refilled after multiple requests. On one night, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the sewage system, which affected our comfort. The hotel addressed the matter the following morning: the room was cleaned, the issue was checked, and the air conditioning system was serviced. The odor did not return afterward.

There was the exceptional service from Mr. Abdul Rahman from reception, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it a good value overall."

• Yasser (10/5): - لم اعتقد انه سيكون بهذه النظافة و الاهتمام و الترحاب من طاقم الاستقبال المصري ناس قمة ف الادب والذوق والاحترام تعليقي الوحيد ان الشياكة والنظافة الداخليه يجب ان تدل عليها واجهة العمارة فيجب تجديدها لكن المرافق من الداخل كلها ممتازة و فندقية ممتازة وتحس ان الفندق جديد تم بناءه بالامس ولا تشم من اول ما تدخل الفندق غير رائحة العطور جزاكم الله خيرا و ان شاء الله ستكون اقامتي في هذا الفندق دائما في الرحلات القادمة باذن الله

• الشهري (5/5): مصخره - اعجبني اسم موظف الاستقبال نفس اسمي وكان محترم ومبتسم تغيير سعر الإيجار، بعذر انها أكبر بصاله وغرفة نوم، ولم يكن هناك فرق ف الشقق، 60 ريال فوق سعر بوكينق. ،. الموظف اللي بالنهار دوامه، اعتقد انه ليس مكاناا له، ف الاستقبال، يطرش كلام وانا ادري الكلام لمين فهذا أعتقد حيشوه سمعت بلادنا وحتى مصر نفسها محد يرضى بالاشكال هذي.

• Ali (7/5): - Overall it's good but internet services was poor, as a foreigner visitor internet is a very important for the connectivity.

Socket for electric stove not available in kitchen. Washing machine is not available. No window is available other than washroom window. No exhaust fan in kitchen.
