• Jovan (10/5): - Great location. Modern apartment equipped with everything you would ever need and more. Fantastic terrace for having a coffee or evening drinks. Host Nicholas was very helpful with luggage storing after check out. You can see that he cares about his business. Apartment was a bit dark, easier to oversleep :). But that is really a minor incovenience.

• John (9/5): Would stay again, would recommend, great location near to everything - The property is a couple of minutes walk from the main beach front where the shuttle bus from the airport drops you off. The location is great as it’s in the heart of the centre with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops all around it. The properly itself is very easy to find, and the hosts reply to any questions you have within minutes. It’s very easy to access, the hosts send through a code for the main door to the building and then another code for your room. When we arrived we were allowed to leave our luggage in the room earlier than our check in, the cleaners were in the room so when we checked in properly the room was spotless. Beds are comfy, tv in the room, air con on the room, iron and ironing board provided. And for check out there is also a locker storage building just a couple of streets away. Rooftop terrace is also available for all guests. Would definitely stay here again, decently priced, great location, great staff that are easy to get hold of if needed. The only negative thing about the property is that the check in is at 16:00, which in my opinion is quite a late check in. But other than that for the price you pay you can’t say anything else negative.
• Tetiana (8/5): - Чудове розташування! Дуже близько до всього - і до центру міста, і до центрального пляжу. Гарна тераса на даху комплексу. Було вночі шумно. Або це сусіди, або якийсь заклад поруч. Заважали спати. Також з мінусів незручне ліжко
• Aleksandra (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Bardzo pomocna obsługa, szybka odpowiedź na pytania. Lokalizacja w centrum. Bardzo czysty pokój i bardzo wygodne łóżko. Gorąco polecam! Nie zauważyłam wcześniej, że okno w pokoju wygląda bezpośrednio na drugi budynek ale dzięki temu w pokoju było cicho i chłodno. Można było odpocząć.

• Krystian (10/5): Exceptional - Renovated tenement house in the old town of Alicante. Beautiful roof terrace for shared use. Not far from the beach, promenade and Santa Barbara Castle. Safe area, close to atmospheric bars and restaurants. Staff responding quickly to any suggestions and questions. The interior of the tenement house and apartment are tastefully decorated. For lovers of hot chocolate and churros, we recommend the Valor chocolate shop, which is located on Passeig Esplanada d'Espanya :-) Thank you very much for a great stay and music on the terrace ;-) -
