• Markus (2/5): Deutlich unter dem erwarteten Standard – wiederholte Mängel während des Aufenthalts - Die Lage war ruhig und insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation über Booking.com war grundsätzlich erreichbar. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht dem erwarteten Standard für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preiskategorie. Während des Aufenthalts kam es mehrmals zu erheblichem Wassereintritt in die Unterkunft, auch im Schlafzimmer. Böden und Vorhänge waren wiederholt nass, und es mussten Handtücher ausgelegt werden, um weiteren Wasserschaden zu begrenzen. Zudem waren deutliche, länger bestehende Feuchtigkeits- und Wasserschäden an Wänden und Decken sichtbar, einschließlich feuchter Stellen und Anzeichen von Schimmelentwicklung, was aus unserer Sicht hygienische und gesundheitliche Bedenken aufwarf. Darüber hinaus gab es Sicherheitsbedenken im Bereich der Elektrik, unter anderem eine Wandlampe, die sich von der Wand löste, sowie freiliegende Verkabelung in Kombination mit Feuchtigkeit. Dies war besonders beunruhigend, da wir mit einem Kind gereist sind. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Unterkunft waren insgesamt sehr einfach und abgewohnt und entsprachen nicht den Erwartungen, die durch Beschreibung und Preisniveau geweckt wurden. Sämtliche Mängel wurden während des Aufenthalts gemeldet und mit Fotos dokumentiert. Eine teilweise Kompensation wurde später gewährt, spiegelte jedoch nicht die Schwere und die wiederkehrende Natur der Probleme wider. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• SIMON (10/5): Just a really nice comfortable villa very peaceful in a very nice affluent village - It was spacious very clean and had everything that you would expect at home.An amazing outdoor garden back and front and very nice views and the jacuzzi was the icing on the cake 😜 I have no complaints whatsoever

• Mirko (6/5): Maison esthétiquement belle mais peu fonctionnelle et pratique. - Position, ameublement, jardin Peu d’équipements pour cuisiner et pour laver durant notre séjour de 10 jours, rideaux sales et puants qui ne protègent pas de la lumière le matin, pas avertis du passage du jardinier pendant notre séjour, 2 fils et peu de pinces pour étendre le linge de 4 personnes.

Could sit outdoors in the hot tub which is situated in a beautifully kept garden of flowers, cactus and palm trees...just idealic! And a really good hot tub as well!! Really good jets to relax the body. And complete privacy. The bed with all beds I've slept in with Canaryislandhost was 10/10 for comfort 👍 NO issues with TV, WiFi everything streamed beautifully. A fantastic spacious Villa with a hot tub in the garden in the middle of amazing volcanic mountains...The perfect retreat 🥰 Nothing everything was perfect for me 😊
