Mathieu (6/5): Might be renovated, but not cozy. - Although the host was there and responded when I had questions, the actual apartment is not cozy at all. Random furniture (why is there a bar but no dining table?), awful lighting and barebones kitchen accessories.

Karolis (9/5): Cozy basement of a family house. - Fairly convenient location in the suburbs - 30min to the Falls, restaurants within 10min of driving. There is one parking space for guests. Two proper separate bedrooms, one of them has a desk. Proper kitchen with a full size fridge and oven. Shower pressure ok. Basement was quite chilly in mid-April, insufficiently heated. Steep stairs down. The family living upstairs is a bit noisy (children). Annoying cold white lights everywhere, no reading lights for the evening.

Was readily available when we needed help with the temperature, provided access to their streaming service accounts, and even provided a Jonas Brothers coffee mug (very pleasant surprise). We had a great night staying here and you're certain to as well!
Ivy (5/5): Passable - I felt like I was mislead. The booking clearly said it is entire vacation home / two-bedroom house. However, it is not. Instead it is only entire basement. The location to where I need to go
