• James (9/5): Very spacious apartment within easy walking distance of the Guggenheim and other museums. Highly recommend! - Location near the Guggenheim, easy walking distance. Lots of space! The automatic lock didn't consistently work. Several times had to repeat the open door command through the app. It would make noise and sound like it unlocked but couldn't open the door. In general, did not like having to maintain the phone browser open to the app.

• Doreen (9/5): Super Lage für Sightseeing - Perfekte Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Zigor war sehr freundlich, schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr viel Platz, Küchenausstattung kann ich nicht bewerten, wir haben nichts gekocht. Kontaktloser Check-in war etwas holprig, mussten warten, bis ein anderer Bewohner die Haustür geöffnet hat. Konnte dann aber schnell gelöst werden.

• Brittany (9/5): Its a good location and apartment but please be aware of how loud construction is going on in the apartment building. - Great location, clean apartment It was under complete construction in the building. 8AM-8PM is jackhammering through the floor. As if into the ceiling below. So loud it shakes the floor. I really wish I knew this prior to my arrival as I needed to work and was relying on having the apartment to take calls. We were completely unable to be in the apartment from 8AM-8PM because of how loud the construction was.

• Hui (9/5): - Very good location. A few minutes walk to Guggenheim. On the left hand side of the apartment is a paid underground car park and on the right hand side a supermarket. Very quiet for such a centrally located apartment. Near to restaurants. The layout is good for our family of 5. Looks newly renovated and everything works! Have to carry luggages up a half a flight of stairs before reaching the lift.

• Saptak (9/5): A Memorable Stay in Heart of Bilbao - The location of the apartment was super. Very close to Guggenheim museum and very close to the city centre. Plenty of eateries, supermarkets and bars to hop around . Also a paradise for shopping enthusiasts since lots of places around to shop from. The apartment was clean and newly refurbished. It was spacious and the netflix definetly was a bonus especially for our little one. Zigor our host was amazingly friendly and he helped us in the checkin . The automated door access is simple and easy. A few plates for cereals and a frying pan would definetly help

• Danny (9/5): Superb - Refurbished modern apartment. Clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Had to walk up like 10 steps to reach the elevator,which was a bit inconvenient with a stroller. Also, walls are paper thin so neighbors can be heard very easily, though they weren't noisy.

Unfortunately there was a lot of neighbour noise, they weren’t partying but felt like they were in our apartment until around 2.30 am on weekend nights. Check in and apartment location inside building could have been made clearer. Maybe some information about the city could have been available inside the property,

• Joao.loff (10/5): Modern, comfy and clean. A great stay at Bilbao! - An absolute delight. Spectacular location just meters away from Puppy and Guggenheim. The house is spanking new, with great taste in decoration. It was spotlessly clean, we felt like we were using some things for the first time. The system for opening the door is easy and efficient, you don't even need to bring keys with you. Amazing value for money, too. Having three bedrooms is a great choice for 4 people, and the sofa can act as a bed, too. Constructive tips: You can hear some of the neighbors but it's the building construction's fault. A frying pan among the kitchen utensils would be welcome. The shampoo / gel dispenser was held with double tape and fell during the night, it needs a better fixation system. No A/C in the bedrooms.
• Tracy (8/5): Brilliant Bilboa - Location and appartment superb and well appointed. Good value for money. Noisy neighbour one of the party could hear through the bedroom wall until late each night. Building work outside made mornings noisy too. Hence the score given. Would be helpful if clearer booking in and out instructions were given in advance.
• Donna (10/5): Fantastic jewel in great location - The apartment was beautiful, very clean and a great space The location of this apartment is perfect it's near lots of amenities. The bus stop from the airport is at the end of the street so a 3 min walk from bus stop it's 1.5 euro from the airport and you can get the bus back to the airport in the same place (opposite side of road) The owner let us check in early which was fabulous as we could drop our bags and enjoy the sun. The apartment is new so few bits in the kitchen missing but they will gather in time and the bits (a cereal dish and frying pan) are only missing if you need those items as the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, plates, cutlery, pans so I'm just being picky and we made do with what the apartment had Cereal in a milk jug 😂😂 And scrambled egg 🥚
