- Kylie (4/5): The apartments over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the disgraceful behaviour of the owner/manager who the - The location was amazing and the apartment was quite spacious. Unfortunately the owner or manager who was messaging was incredibly rude, unhelpful and dishonest. He made a very simple check in process a nightmare by bombarding me with messages and codes even though we had made it clear we’d done everything required. He was also unresponsive which led to us having no hot water for most of our stay during winter.
- Jim (9/5): Great location with lots of shops, restaurants, and sites nearby. - Location, location, location. Within easy walking distance of many sites. We were just a few hundred meters of the entrance to the Acropolis and Parthenon as well as the Acropolis Museum. The clothes washer dryer door would not close properly and it didn’t work. Staff were quick to respond to concerns but the email with instructions for all the facilities was never received.
- Michelle (10/5): Fantastic - Great location , next to Acropolis ,extremely comfortable beds . Sometimes a bit noisy due to restaurants downstairs
- Jessica (10/5): We would definitely recommend this apartment for any groups wanting to explore Athens and all it has to offer. - The location was incredible. We were right in the heart of Plaka. An easy walk to the Parthenon, all the shops and restaurants, it was perfect for our group who wanted to be in the middle of the action. It felt very secure with a 24 hour door man and good security. The only downside was it was a little noisy at night, but it was to be expected for the location.
- Alayna (10/5): We had an excellent stay in Athens - My friends and I had an amazing stay! The location is right in Plaka and within walking distance to Athens' highlights. The apartment is big and modern, and we were all able to spread out comfortably. This place is great for bigger groups and families. We'd love to stay here again when we return to Athens! The only thing I can think is putting the water heater instructions in the initial check-in instructions, as it took us a little bit of time to realize the heater needed to be turned on.

- Sara (7/5): Good - Great location, very central. Was a little noisy at night and early in the morning.
- Kristina (8/5): Great stay and great location - Location was amazing! We were able to walk everywhere and hit some really wonderful restaurants. Being that close to the acropolis was also an added plus! There is no hot water. We followed the instructions and the owner. Let us know that they were trying to fix the problem, but we were only in the unit for 3 days. Just bad timing I guess.
- Maloney (9/5): Superb -
- Patricia (5/5): The apartment was good for large group because of three separate bedrooms but I would not stay there again. I think ther - The apartment is convenient to the sites, metro and restaurants. The apartment was not located where the bookings website has it on the map. The actual address # is 3 which is located at the end of the street above a busy yogurt shop and coffee shop. You hear them setting up tables and chairs very early in the morning and they play music with loud bass which you feel through the floor till 11:30pm. The area in front is where all the tour groups gather to meet up. The apartment is on the first floor. You get no concept of this looking at the photos. Also, the windows are single pane.
We had to pay 25 euro cash to a housekeeper to meet us for late checkin. It was 10pm. He showed up at 10:15pm. There was no mention of this beforehand. Checkin was 2-8pm. Also, we asked if we could extend our check out for an hour to 11am because we were expecting our driver at that time. Check out was 10am. She refused.
- Nicolaou (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Strongly recommended
- Sharon (10/5): The location and apartment were perfect for visiting Athens. We would definitely recommend. - The location was fabulous just a block from Acropolis and LaPlata. The neighborhood was clean with many restaurants, stores and markets close by. Also close to the bus lines. We had to text the property to get the correct address for our transport driver. Once we arrived we had to text the owner to let the person who was handing off the keys know we were outside. This could have been done more efficiently.
- Lukas (1/5): Never again !!! - The bed was was good. The Adress is fake. The Location is somewhere else. Direct at the Main road.
The Appartement has no noise Isolation.
Partys inside the house.
It is 24/7 super loud.
Also a few things are broken.
I travel a lot and this was the worst stay ever.
I‘m Not sure how the other ratings Made it here!!!
If you are Not sure about my Rating, ask for the real adress 😜
- Rhonda (8/5): Very comfortable and great location - Fantastic location, clean, had all facilities, comfortable. Front door difficult to open. Hard to find and some confusion on arrival.
- Eddie (10/5): It was an incredible place and made the time in Athens so enjoyable. - Could not have been in a better location. Convenient to all the sites we wanted to visit in Athens. Convenient to all the restaurants which were also outstanding. Everything was great.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Elegant spacious comfortable apartment in the centre of Plaka. We loved it! Nothing.
- Heidi (10/5): Wonderful! Would highly reccomend - Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen. Good communication Some road noise at night.
- Mandy (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful big apartment. Close to everything. The people are very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean!
- Andy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eunice (10/5): Had a wonderful time & wonderful stay.. will definitely stay here again if we are back to Athens. - Super comfy, great kitchen with all u need. Beautiful apt & very convenient with great food, restaurants & shops just downstairs.. acropolis & train station are just less than 10 mins walk.. best apartment I stayed in my whole trip. None

- Lo (10/5): Fantastic! We didn't want to leave - The location is fantastic, right on the main walkway toward the Acropolis. We were well situated to explore the city from this property. The layout was perfect for our family's needs, with two "Wings" to the apartment with doors that closed off each wing, there was plenty of privacy for each of us. Also, having 3 toilets was such a luxury! The beds were the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed in our two weeks in Greece. The finishes in the apartment were of the highest quality, the decor was modern and comfortable, and the overall amount of space was unexpected, the photos do not do it justice. We had everything that we needed for a great stay, and frankly, none of us wanted to leave! The apartment is clearly equipped with very good noise dampening windows, however, there is a bit of noise very early in the morning (6:00 am) from tour groups that meet at the coffee shop directly downstairs, and from the workers that open the coffee shop. We are accustom to staying in big cities since our children live in NYC, and never travel without a set of ear plugs. These worked perfectly to mute any residual noise from the people who don't consider others and are too loud early in the morning. The apartment is very quiet at night.
- Sue (10/5): Great place! Would stay again! - I was happy to see that this residence matched the photos and descriptions. Also the location was great, It is very close to the Acropolis entrance. There are many restaurants in the whole area as well the Plaka market. Mariliza the owner- is very reachable and helpful. She allowed us to store our luggage until check-in started. More Nespresso possibly.
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - You can't beat the location- steps from the Acropolis Museum and metro station.
The apartment is calm and largely quiet despite being in a tourist area. The beds were ultra comfortable, and the apartment was well appointed. We were very happy.
