Liana (10/5): - La fille à l'accueil est adorable, très réactive; j'étais agréablement surprise par la taille de la chambre simple, très spacieuse, en plus, le lit est très confortable, j'ai dormi super bien. Pour conclure, l'emplacement de l'immeuble est assez central, on circule très facilement à pied depuis le logement.

Iwona (6/5): lokal warty uwagi z powodu dobrej ceny do jakosci - Korzystałam z pokoju o nazwie Capri, zlokalizowany na 1 pietrze bez windy, pokój przestronny, czysty, łózka wygodne, duże drzwi balkonowe z okiennicami i zasłonami dzieki czemu mozna było zaciemnić pokój, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, jeszcze przed przyjazdem dostałam pomocna informacje jak dojechać, gdzie wysiąść i jak dojśc do obiektu Obiekt zlokalizowany przy hałaśliwej ulicy chociaż w Neapolu trudno znaleźć ciche miejsce, drzwi kabiny prysznicowej byly niekompletne więc woda zalewała łazienkę, w pokoju jest czajnik elektryczny ale nie ma żadnych naczyń, ubeczków, filizanek więc nie mozna skorzystac z czajnika, przez większośc pobytu byłyśmy same w obiekcie i wydawało się, ze pokoje sa całkiem dobrze wyciszone ale pod koniec zameldowali sie inni goście i wtedy okazało się, że jednak wszystko słychać z pokoju obok

Adatta per un paio di notti a Napoli Dal bagno usciva un po' di cattivo odore e una delle ante della doccia era troppo piccola/assente. È al secondo piano senza ascensore, non è stato un problema, ma per qualcuno potrebbe essere una barriera

Maxwell (1/5): Would not recommend - We stayed at this hotel because of its close proximity to the museum. The neighborhood was very unsafe, and the hotel was dirty and had a literal opening to the outside because they claimed one of their balconies fell off.

There were rusted screws in the bathroom, one of the power sockets in the room was broken, and there was no fridge provided, which was quite inconvenient.

Zhi (1/5): It was really a bad accommodation experience. - There is no aspect that makes you feel good First of all, the location was wrong and the navigation took me to the wrong place. The front desk didn't speak English. I explained to her that it was not my fault that I missed the check-in time, but she still charged me about 30 euros. There were few sockets during the holidays, and the bathroom sockets were unusable. The room was very small, the street outside was very noisy, and the sound insulation was very poor. I don't recommend here.
Susan (4/5): Disappointing - It was quiet Although it was advertised that the room had a kettle and coffee and tea, the kettle did not fit in the electric socket, so it couldn't be used. Even if it had been usable, it was an extremely cheap plastic kettle with a corroding metal heat element, making the water placed inside it unsafe to drink. Nor was there any coffee in the room. I requested assistance with this matter and received no response. I had to go out on the street looking for a coffee shop. There was also no hot water when showering. It fluctuated between warm and cool, making it a very uncomfortable shower. The neighborhood was fair at best, and certainly not nice or giving one the feeling of safety while walking around at night. There were mosquitos in the room because the window (which had no screen) had been left open by the staff. I wouldn't stay here again.
Nadin (6/5): High elevation basic stay - Room was large enough and air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. Despite announcing my arrival I had to call and wait for reception to open. Wi-Fi was bad all the time. When you look at map hotel seems not so far from center but it is on one of steep sides of Naples which makes getting there a challenge.

Su (6/5): Pleasant - No lift, bath room has foul smell. It was our fault we didn’t check the message from the property they declined our late check in request so we have to stay somewhere else for the first night. Next day when we arrived to the property at 10am (as advised by the staff) no one answered the door for 30 mins. I think the bell wasn’t working. The doors were opened after we banged the door. Wish staff are there to help us.
Jade (8/5): Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we enjoyed the local coffee shops nearby. - Comfortable room and friendly staff Accessibility to public transport made the walk difficult. It is much better accessed by car.

Julia (5/5): Passable - staff was nice unfortunately hotel and room doesn’t look like on the photos, I stayed in totally different room that the one showed on booking. in room it was only one contact so it was impossible to use kettle or bed lamp because it was no place to put them (only on the bed). it was also extremely loud at the hotel, impossible to sleep at night. to leave my bags at reception after check out I had to pay.
Aggarwal (7/5): Good - The rooms are nice and cosy. The air conditioning is superb. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. The metro is a bit far though. The area in general. It is a bit loud and felt a little unsafe, but that's just naples altogether.

Caroline (4/5): TERRIBLE - comfortable bed and pillow. the walls were paper thin. i could literally hear someone next door snoring. the personal started making noise at 08AM. But the worst part was that the checkout were at 11AM, but at 10:20AM they were knocking on my door to do the checkout. Don’t recommend it at all!

Thomas (8/5): Great room except for the odor smell. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The restroom is clean but the whole time it had a sewer odor, almost like the plumbing was now done correctly, I think it's missing a p-trap.
Ruby (3/5): Poor - the ac worked well as a female solo traveller, i did not feel safe at the property. due to it being directly next to the road, the room was very noisy making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. you could hear everyone around you’s conversations, footsteps through the hallway and this made me feel very on edge constantly. the noises i was hearing did not put my mind at ease. the bathroom was mouldy, with me even finding a silverfish in the shower, which i had to flush down the drain. the mattress was rock solid, along with the pillows basically being non existent. each room had the same key, which made me feel very unsafe, knowing others may be able to get into my room at night. overall, i would not reccomend this hotel, the location feels sketchy and i will not be staying again.

Iva (10/5): Lovely short and sweet - Lovely clean new In room Amici the toilet seat was broken but I did not call them to fix it so it was my fault. The area is very loud but affordable and close to the Metro stations. Also the area seems a bit unsafe but I had no problems walking around.

Lee (7/5): Great stay lovely views 5 mins walk away - Great stay, friendly staff and easy check in. The location is on top of a steep hill but wasn't too much of a problem 15 mins walk down to the centre and about 25 coming back. Comfortable room . Noise from outside (can't be helped its Naples) and front the cleaners in the morning talking loud .
