• F (8/5): - Muy práctico y silencioso para el descanso. Camas cómodas. Tuvimos que pedir sábanas limpias, se despistaron en la limpieza (suponemos) y no las habían cambiado, nos trajeron limpias al decirlo.

• MÓNICA (9/5): Sevilla maravillosa el lugar también no esperábamos menos pues lo pagamos . La atención podría mejorase - Se encuentra en una zona céntrica , para llegar cómodamente a todos los sitios y con un ambiente en la calle muy atractivo a la vez que silencioso Lo gestiona un empresa y según con quien hables así es tu experiencia . Los días previos a la entrada no fue agradable la comunicación , no así la entrada que quien nos atención nos facilitó todas las comodidades no fue asi al marcharnos , dejamos el apartamento a las prisas con poca seriedad y un mal Sabor de boca
• Moira (10/5): Enjoyable and comfortable stay. - Neat and compact, very clean, well maintained property. Mostly everything needed was provided. Mirrors required in each bedroom and at least one shelf would be useful. Extra towels could also be provided. An issue with the hairdryer was dealt with easily.
• Baroian (10/5): Curat, ideal pentru un city-break - Proprietatea a fost curată, dotată cu toate cele necesare. Se află în apropierea multor facilități, aproape de zona centrală. Este situată într-o zonă liniștită și, chiar dacă se află la parter, cu ieșire la stradă, nu reprezintă un disconfort zgomotul de afară. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte ușoară.

The Appartment was modern, clean and comfortable for a long or short stay. The cobblestones, the narrow streets and small restaurants with locals around created a beautiful atmosphere.

• Aline (10/5): Minha família amou a estadia, estamos completamente satisfeitos - Amei a estadia, eu e minha família ficamos super confortáveis, ambiente limpo, moderno e muito bem organizado, climatizado em todos os ambientes, real em foi um prazer estar naquele ambiente e próximo a restaurantes e todos os tipos de comércios , fácil acesso a passeios turísticos, estamos realmente muito satisfeitos!
• Silvia (10/5): Apartamento de lujo, limpio y super cómodo. - El apartamento es precioso, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. En cuanto llegamos todo estaba super limpio y listo para nosotros. Las camas son muy cómodas. La localización es muy buena, cerca de todo y un barrio muy tranquilo para poder descansar por las noches. Totalmente recomendable. Nada, todo estaba perfecto. Ninguna queja. Como único apunte decir que el desagüe de la ducha del baño exterior tragaba poco, pero supongo que tiene fácil solución.
• Nur (10/5): - It's a really nice property. It's rare to find a property of this quality anywhere near this price (stayed here till a week before Xmas). The facilities from the toilets and kitchen to the appliances are quite excellent and has everything you could think of Inc a stove, s coffee machine and a washer. Staff were reachable by phone /WhatsApp for any questions. Overall 5/5
• Susana (10/5): Apartament còmoda, silenciós i molt ben situat - Fantàstic, aprop dels llocs d’interés per anar caminant. Molt silenciós, ben equipat i net. La comunicació fluida i atens. Molt recomanable. Per dir algo em sembla una mica d’hora el checkout però assumible.
• Anna Dima (7/5): Una sorpresa poco piacevole... - La posizione. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che c erano delle serrande che permettevano un buio totale, essenziale per dormire bene. C era del caffè, la cucina era piccola ma ben fornita. 2 bagni sono una cosa buona e rara. Prezzo onesto,non basso comunque. La pulizia non era buona. Le lenzuola non erano ben disinfettate, e infatti abbiamo avuto uno sgradevole prurito notturno. C erano 2 blatte in bagno. Il fancoil VA SOSTITUITO ASSOLUTAMENTE. É vecchio e talmente rumoroso che non ti fa dormire. Infatti l abbiamo spento nel cuore della notte. Male perché non era esattamente caldo durante il nostro soggiorno. Ultimo, ma non meno importante: Quando si fanno degli annunci su piattaforma online é molto sgradevole farli generalizzati. Ovvero, se prenoto un appartamento, lo faccio perché ha delle caratteristiche specifiche. Nel nostro caso abbiamo prenotato un appartamento che, nelle foto, mostrava un piccolo terrazzo interno. Nella realtà era sicuramente di un altra struttura del gruppo. La scoperta, per dei fumatori ad esempio,non è stata per niente piacevole. Basterebbe scrivere nella foto che é solo a scopo illustrativo, e nel mio caso avrei scelto altro. La chiarezza è importante quando si vende qualcosa, e lo dico in quanto anche io vendo appartamenti. E so che al cliente non piacciono le sorprese. Male, molto male...vi siete persi in un bicchiere d'acqua.

• Marianella (10/5): Increíble apartamento!!!! - El apartamento es excepcional, tiene todo lo necesario, es amplio, cómodo, está todo a nuevo y súper limpio. Tiene una decoración con muy buen gusto. La verdad una muy buena elección para una familia de 4. Me gustó todo, estuvo estupendo.

Je conseille vivement Les propriétaires disposent de deux appartements sur place, mais utilisent des photos mélangées pour les annonces. Nous avions vu des photos d’une terrasse, ce qui nous a convaincus de réserver cet appartement. Cependant, à notre arrivée, grosse déception : il n’y avait pas de terrasse. Le propriétaire nous a expliqué que les photos correspondaient en réalité à l’autre appartement. Je considère qu’il s’agit d’une publicité trompeuse.

• Claudia (10/5): Great apartement and top communication! - Great location in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood. The apartement is nicely decorated in a modern style, the beds are confortable and the two bathrooms are a plus when traveling with a family of 5! Kitchen is also well equipped (although a few more breakfast cups would be a "nice to have"). The communication was fast and efficient and we really enjoyed our stay!

• Ann (10/5): Perfect - The property was a little way out from the centre of the tourist attractions but this meant we experienced the authentic Spanish city, some great bars near the apartment and easy to walk into the centre. The apartment was clean and we felt safe & secure. The communication was brilliant from the time we booked,during our stay and a follow up to see how we felt about everything,I would highly recommend this apartment
