- Bono (7/5): - Appartement bien situé avec un emplacement pour la voiture. Grande terrasse. Problème d'évacuation des 2 lavabos réglé au bout de 2 jours ampoule grillée dans une chambre que nous avons dû changer nous même cafetière trop petite pour 4 personnes.
- Rigo (8/5): Loved Rome and our stay was very nice. - safety, walking distance to mart and restaurants--amazing terrace, too bad we were there only a few days. Elevator was very handy, good access. our phones had limited data connectivity and it took time for app to load and open main door. Once we were in and connected to wifi we had no issues. If we did not have data, host would have to be there and we arrived late at night.

- francois (8/5): - L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. On voit bien que l'immeuble vient d'être refait et c'était d'ailleurs toujours en travaux lorsque nous y étions. Ainsi il y a toujours quelques imperfections comme des fils électriques qui pendouillent sur la terrasse, mais rien de grave. La procédure pour entrer dans les lieux est un peu obscure avec un déverrouillage des portes en utilisant un lien. Ainsi, il vous faut absolument une connexion en 5G sinon vous restez dehors et comme personne ne répond au téléphone... vous êtes mal barrés... C'est trop compliqué et en plus inutile d'insister si vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais.

- Urva (9/5): Good, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment for family stay in Rome, bit away from center - Good, clean and comfortable apartment. Nearest metro station is Bologna, 600m by walk from apartment. Nearest bus station is Livorno, 150m by walk from apartment. The check-in process is convenient (host met us at check-in with keys) and the host was available for any questions by phone or WhatsApp. Host also helped us book a van taxi transfer to/from airport. Building construction is old, but apartment itself is renovated and has modern functionality. Apartment is on 4th floor and has an elevator. Living space, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very helpful when you travel with family. Amenities were very good: TV, dining table with chairs, couch, windows with sun-blinds and shutters, wardrobes and lots of space to store things, mirrors, large bed and blankets, charging sockets, fast Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, washing machine, warm water. It has a working kitchen with kitchenware, gas stoves, big fridge, microwave, etc. It also has a big terrace with table, chairs, BBQ, drying rack for clothes and sun umbrella. Main beds and mattresses were comfortable. Living room and both bed rooms had air conditioners (AC). Location is a bit far away from Rome center and mostly you have to use buses, which are running late. Sofa bed is not so comfortable (other beds were fine!).
