• Liégeois (10/5): Accueillant, confortable, beau, pratique, vraiment le meilleur de Florence, dans un logement. - L’emplacement était formidable. L’appartement est traversant donc il y a une chambre et le salon qui se transforme en chambre côté jardin et une chambre qui est pour une personne côté rue. En effet, même si la rue est tranquille, il y a des gens qui passe et qui parlent fort il peut y avoir des travaux. Et dans l’ensemble, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude. La décoration, la propreté sont des plus absolument incroyables qui rende le séjour aussi beau que confortable. Nous avons eu un petit souci pour le départ, et la possibilité nous a été donné de partir exceptionnellement à midi vraiment c’était très appréciable. Si l’appartement est encore disponible, et que nous reviendrons, j’espère, à Florence indiscutablement, c’est notre hébergement favori de nos deux semaines passées en Italie. (nous avons logé cinq nuits, une maman et ses deux enfants jeunes adultes.) le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge était pour nous plus indispensables et très apprécié. De même que les balcons qui se trouvent des deux côtés. L’équipement de la cuisine est réduit à son plus strict minimum. Vous n’allez pas pouvoir faire de smoothie ou préparer des repas complexes pour plusieurs personnes.. Cependant, nous avons trouvé cela suffisant, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’existence du lave-vaisselle. L’ascenseur était effectivement en panne pendant notre séjour. Il y a deux étages à monter à pied et même si c’était compliqué pour moi j’ai trouvé que le rapport entre la qualité de l’appartement et cet inconvénient était vraiment mineur. Des propriétaires ne sont pas responsable du fonctionnement des parties communes.

• Yolanda (9/5): - La ubicación era perfecta a un paso de todo lo importante. El chico que nos atendió super majo Nos envió ubicaciones de restaurantes ,tiendas etc de la ciudad.cualquier cosa que necesitarás o duda rápido te contestaba. Un lugar cómodo y muy centrico Nada ,todo estaba bien

• Aleksandra (9/5): - Absolutely incredible location, beautiful residential area with a lovely central courtyard view; so close to absolutely everything you’d wanna see in Florence! The apartment is clean and modern. We had a very comfortable stay and absolutely recommend! The split level may not fit everyone but we had no problem with the stairs.
• LISA (8/5): Great apartment in a vibrant area - Beautiful building overlooking a square. It’s in a buzzing area with lots of bars and restaurants and located a 10-minute walk to the Duomo and 15-20 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was fresh and funky and suited our needs. Staff met us onsite for check in and were very helpful explaining the apartment facilities and providing recommendations for the area. N/A
• Annie (6/5): - Great location however a few issues: - charged a tourist tax we weren’t told about when booking, which was very expensive - Expected to take own bins out despite paying a lot of money for the property. - Construction noise at all hours of the day. Woken up at 7am and continued into the evening at 9pm. - Loud music during half the stay from a nearby club. Continued until 4:30am and could not sleep - No lift despite the property being advertised as lift access - No light within the stairwell. Steep stairs very dangerous. - Key to the building hard to turn and took us ages to unlock the door as the key wouldn’t turn. On one occasion couldn’t get inside as the key wouldn’t turn. Luckily someone let us in from another property Issues should be rectified as this is a common occurrence as these issues have been listed by guests in previous reviews

• Hemade (5/5): Nothing - Location He charged us a tax fee of €50, which was never mentioned on Booking.com. This was quite unexpected — why wasn’t it clearly informed in advance? Also, although the loft was listed as having lift access, it wasn’t working. He made us carry our luggage up to the second floor ourselves. Why was this not communicated earlier?

• Al (9/5): Great apartment, close to everything. - The apartment was wonderful. It was a 5 minute walk to the Santa Maria del Fiore and a 10 minute walk to the Palazzo Vecchio. Plenty of food options nearby. Apartment itself was great. Excellent shower, balcony that overlooked the park and another one over the street. Nice kitchen to cook in and a large TV that kept the kids entertained. I didn't mind the apartment but just letting others know that the street was a little noisy (but not much can be done about that). There's no lift, but it's on the 2nd floor, so it's not too bad.
• Ren (10/5): Perfect apartment in central Florence - Definitely one of the best holiday apartments I've ever stayed in. The apartment was perfectly furnished, clean and with a fully stocked kitchen and is in a great location - less than a 10 minute walk to the Duomo etc. The balconies are a great addition. The agency providing the apartment were very informative regarding facilities, excellent at resolving any issues and also providing a wealth of recommendations for local bars, restaurants etc. Highly recommended. Nothing.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Florence, this elegant, eclectic, and well-appointed home offers beautiful furniture and views to a gorgeous courtyard garden with a spectacular entranceway to the building. Impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed. Will return next year!

I w - Amazing location, perfectly centered to explore everything you would want to in Florence. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The space wasn’t very clean the rugs placed all around the house were very dirty and had trapped debris on it. There was a strange odor both on the inside of the apartment and the exterior coin on area that was hard to get used to. May not bother some people but if you are sensitive to smells it may be challenging.
