• Mishal (9/5): Thanks a lot to Islaam he was very helpful relly appreciate his support and advice during sour first time we visit Cairo - Clean and big enough and it’s out off traffic not Allowed to get any guest who’s never stay in same place
• Nadezhda (3/5): Poor - wifi was off often and host didnt want to fix it (at the end we found out that its a matter of recharging, so they didnt want to pay money for it) gym is for all area and opened only from 8 am there is no shampoo, 4 towels only, few toilet papers, no tissues - they dont provide anything at all
• Rasha (9/5): Cozy lovely home - Spacious, family-friendly apartment in a secure, gated community with 24/7 security. Features a lovely garden, all essential services, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for family vacation or big group. Staff were amazing specially Mustafa and Islam. The apartment was not perfectly clean upon arrival, so I had to hire a cleaning company.

• Oman (10/5): Exceptional - The dealing of the staff at the property was extremely friendly. The property was very clean and modern and well maintained and furnished. The location was very close to Egypt festival city center, very convenient location . The compound has a Gm and a swimming pool for it residents. Highly recommend for a family vacation and really worth the money. It was perfect in all aspects.
• Khisham (1/5): Very dirty rooms! - Nothing We came for check-in at 3 p.m. (official time), but the apartment was not ready. For more than 1 hour, the housekeeper was with us and cleaned rooms. Rooms were very dirty, and the bed sheets were very dirty. It was no duvet covers. Maybe for Egyptian, it's normal, but for European people, it is not okay.

• Souad (5/5): Will not repeat the stay to be honest - Security Compound There was no cleaning The garbage bags were taken without replacing other back No house keeping service unless you pay No respect for guests in case of late check in request The bathrooms were having some issues where no good solution was applied The broken things were noticed by the owner but was ignored
