• Rena (8/5): Adorable Belgravia flat almost wonderful - The location was amazing (luxury with lots of options for eating and shopping) and the property was a nice size compared to a London hotel option. Could have used some maintenance (carpet, painting) and more attention to detail with cleaning

• Marek (1/5): Negative - Location - the heating didn’t work, so we spent night in cold and in the morning just cold shower - the owner said “they might come and fix it” but no time specifics, no guarantee - it is a three story house, not a flat; this wasn’t in the property description and we found out later; quite a problem when traveling with elderly person! - because heating wasn’t working, we left to a proper hotel, and the owner rejected our request for refund - they said we should have went to the storage and turned on the heating … I mean really? I paid thousands for 3 nights only to fix someone’s place? - I wouldn’t leave negative review if they were more proactive - this way i feel cheated

• Mellisa (7/5): A great location but a bit noisy with the early collection of bins etc. - The location was fantastic the house was comfortable The ensuite bathroom has a few broken pieces the noise from the pub across the road emptying their rubbish bottles was quite loud and then the bins being picked up at 5am and a loud reversing truck alerting people with a voice was very loud also.

• Hamoud (1/5): Bad - Only good thing about the property is the close location to Knightsbridge. I have a major complains about my previous stay. We had an unpleasant week during our stay. Major constructions were surrounding the house. The owner did not clarify that and when we contacted her, she claimed that she is not aware and never notified about the construction. Where clearly you can see the construction started few weeks ago.

• Emma (10/5): Almost perfect - Beautiful terrace home in a fab location En suite bathroom needs attention and through no fault of the management, extensive construction noise from the adjacent property was not appreciated. However, Knightsbridge did offer to re accomodate us, which we declined.

• Charly (8/5): A beautifully designed, spacious property suitable for a group to enjoy a lovely part of London. Would stay again! - Great location, beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and furniture. The property has a lovely dining space and the kitchen is equipped to host a group dinner. Very early check out / late check in meaning we had less time in the property. There was also space to store suitcases in between check in/check out times that we could have benefitted from but this is not available. The property could use a little TLC as a few lights didn’t work, kitchen extractor fan doesn’t work and the property was dusty in some areas.

• Katarina (8/5): Very good - The house is at an excellent location. It was clean and spacious. No light bulb in the toilet downstairs. Several radiator thermostats should be replaced (some radiators cannot be turned off at all, this must be costly for the owners). Kitchen equipment could be improved (e.g. coffee machine for capsules that cannot be bought anywhere). Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work (smoke alarm went off every time we were trying to fry something). No light in the kitchen. The big room above was soaked in fragrance, causing me headaches.
• Kate (10/5): My 3 adult children and I truly enjoyed this home. I would stay here again and/or this local area. - The location was very convenient. Easy walking distance to Tube stations, tourist sites local stores. The two back bedrooms NEED blackout shades. The 3rd floor primary bathroom NEEDS a blackout shade less you be exposed to the Wilton Arms Pub. The half bath on entry level NEEDS a working light. One or two extra blankets would be beneficial. All easy to fix. This is a 3 level home with 2 flights of stairs. You NEED to be physically fit (no knee problems) and be mindful of your luggage weight.
• Carmel (8/5): Excellent location if you plan a London stay with family - Perfect location in a quiet part of London close to many attractions. Very clean and lovely living and dining rooms. Waitrose close by along with lovely pubs and eateries so you don’t have to go far or no need for taxi. A few minor things. A few bulbs not working which makes it a bit of an inconvenience especially for the ground floor toilet. The main bedroom TV again not connected properly to use. If stay for a longer period some basic things like salt and pepper condiments would be a nice touch.
