• Stanislav (1/5): Bad - Nothing because my family and I were not allowed into the apartments. I found myself at night in an unfamiliar city with my child in front of a closed door. No, this is not a nightmare; it actually happened to us. Our flight, delayed due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East (25.10.2024), caused us to arrive 2.5 hours later than expected. When we reached the building by taxi, the call button (which was supposed to automatically open the door) did not elicit any response. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the owner via messages and phone (which was turned off), we were forced to seek alternative accommodation. In the morning, the owner claimed he did not receive my calls. I provided a list of my calls and photos from the scene as evidence to Booking support. As a result, we endured a night of stress, with no refund or apology. It was not the high season, and the owner's apparent greed in profiting from someone else's misfortune is inexcusable.
• Eugenia (5/5): A cheap mess - Location and price. It looked like someone was already living there. There were a lot of shampoo bottles half empty in the bathroom. The mugs were dirty, and I tried washing them but the stains were impossible to remove because the dirt was too dry (at that point I think it would be better to just get new mugs if you're renting the apartment...). The table had some jam stains on it. There were also like three heaters or so, which made the room look smaller and messier. I understand it's a cheap place, but I thought it would be cheap because of the size and because it's not exactly in the center, not because it would be a mess of a place.
