• Ada (3/5): The basement studio had horrible stench, mold on the walls. The apartment I was moved to was ok. - The location was good, I was moved to a much nicer apartment after being exposed to the horrible conditions in the studio. The basement studio I rented had mold all over the walls and it smelled so bad I was nauseous. I don't understand how someone could rent out a place with such conditions. The staff I was in contact with were nice but not very communicative and a bit chaotic, it took almost 24 hours to move me to a different place.

• Mark (3/5): Miserable, and musty CELLAR with little air or light.. - The space was tastefully and adequately furnished to a good standard. The wifi was absolutely first class. The apartment was described as a studio. Then upon arriving described as a basement flat. Actually it was a cellar with minimal light supplied with a dingy light well which was ful ood street debris and discarded cigarette butts.. Half the area of the accommodation had a ceiling height less around 1m where it was impossible to stand up. To use this area one had to walk on hands and knees. The TV was in that area and there was no TV antenna, no DVD player and no media player, and because it has no internet connection not possible to screen mirror Why was it there? Finally the air quality was poor virtually no ventilation and opening the window was a mistake because dirt from the street came in along with lots of flies and each time a tram went by dirt gusted in through the opening. The entrance door is a sprung fire door and shoves you down the stairs as it closed behind you. There is no light switch at the top of the steps so you must descend into a dark hole and feel about for the light switch in the dark Personally i think its an accident waiting to happen. I can't understand how it could have city building control approval. Air quality is DIRE
• Alicia (4/5): Disappointing - Location was close to grocery store and public transit. Big space for two people. Well-stocked kitchen. Communication was good and we had all the information about entering, keys, codes, etc. before we arrived. There was a really foul smell in the bedroom (like stale cat urine) and when we pulled back the comforter there was hair on the sheets. One of us slept on top of the comforter and the other slept in the living room. But since it was so warm and there was no air conditioning (that’s not the property owner’s fault, just part of the situation), it would have been nice to have had more than just one fan. We both also got a lot of bug bites. Not sure what they were from but there were a few bug carcasses smashed into the bedroom and stairwell walls when we got there.

• Arkadiusz (1/5): Hotel room is better stay and more cheaper - You have to set up arriving time on website. If You do not set up arriving time nobody will answer the phone call or email You with door code and information how to get in to apartment. I have arrived to apartment at 19:30pm and I rang the customer service nobody answer I called the owner at the door step there was a contact details voice mail set up nobody answer and I have stayed on the street until 01:20am when I checked carefully all the information and found out to set up the arriving time to apartment then I have received an email and phone call from customer service and finally got in to the room at 2:30am in the morning next day
• Amanda (8/5): Lovely apartment, great communication but noise made it that bit less special! - The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. On our first night the apartment above us had a party from 3am until 8am which led to fighting. As 4 girls we were quite frightened as there was 6 men (we counted as they left!). When we reported it to the staff they replied and responded promptly and evicted the guests. Lack of sleep did put a bit of a dampener on our second day. Then on our last morning we were wakened by drilling in the apartment beside us!

• Manten (6/5): Pleasant - The smallest apartment is definitely only for 2 young people or students. The location, bedroom and bathroom are fine. The apartment definitely not for 3 people. The third person will be sleeping almost on the floor, because the sofa is not comfortable at all and very low. Be aware of trams noise early in the morning. Lots of light from the window (no blinds in the bedroom). Also there is no lift and lots of stairs.
• Mark (8/5): Clean spacious apartment. - Very nice spacious apartment with everything we needed for a week self-catering. Check in and out was easy. Everything was clean. Small supermarket and also tram stops very close. The apartment is in a part of town that was really dirty - obviously not the owner's fault, but there are nicer parts of town.
