• Csaba (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in the city center, close to public transportation, shops, restaurants, bars. Perfect solution for up to four people. We received correct, accurate information from the host. The only small thing is that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.
• Francisco (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was great and really close by walking to the Colosseum and Fontana di trevi. The size of the apartment was ok and comfy The table of the toilette wasn't the right size and it gets move when it was used.

• Maria (9/5): Nice flat, perfect location, easy to find, warm in winter - Best location in town, 10 min. from Termini, 15 min. to Colosseum. The flat is lovely, cosy, and warm. It fact, it is the warmest Italian flat I have ever rented in winter. It has everything you need - kitchen, bathroom, towels, dishes, etc. Perfect for a longer stay. And it is very beautiful inside. It was very easy to get the keys, the manager answered all the Whatsupp calls immediately. Martina was very helpful. I liked my stay very much. The electric grid is old. There was a blackout when I tried to switch on the heater, the stove, and the kettle at the same time. Also, you have to unplug the stove and plug it in to make it work. The whole flat in general can do with a bit of renovation. These are minor things but electricity can become a safety issue if it is not taken care of properly!

• Tessa (4/5): The location was great but the apartment was not of good quality - The location of the apartment was good The apartment was dirty and very noisy. There was also an electricity outage which the owner was made aware of but which wasn't communicated to me. I asked twice if I could do a late check out and leave my suitcase for the day, which was confirmed - only to be woken up on my last day and be told this wasn't the case and that I had to leave.
• Frankie (10/5): Rome October 2023 - Apartment was perfect size amazing location plenty of restaurants bars shops within 5mins walking distance. Host was so accommodating and fast with replies to questions. Would highly recommend people stay here. I will definitely be booking it again for my next trip to Rome.
• Marie (8/5): Very good - Very nice comfortable apartment in a great location. Really nice area with lots of restaurants and bars. Close to metro stop. Very quiet a night time for sleeping. The shower is a little small just and sometimes the warm water ran out

• Tess (8/5): Spacious apartment - Nice spacious apartment. It was very dark in the bedroom, nice for sleeping. Airconditioning worked great. Good facilities, coffee etc. . Excellent communication with host. The shower was really bad, and sometimes the sink in the bathroom smelled badly.
