- Ken (8/5): Wine Apartment Stay - Florence. - 10 minutes from Florence train station on the quiet side of town.
Access to the apartment was easy and achieved by ringing the number and an access code given to access the front door. The apartment was clean and a kitchen provided but No basic condiments provided(coffee, tea, milk.
Had to sign an apartment lease agreement and pay city tax by credit card whereas its suppose to be paid in cash, but you never see anybody.
Had to walk the block to empty the bin which was required to be done by the Tennant before leaving.
Apartment itself is good for a couple on short stay in Florence.
- Ciara (7/5): - Very central to the train station. Clean place and tidy bathroom. Comfy bed. Key and security key to get in. Information to get in clear and time on the dot at 15:00 to get in. We had a visit from the maintenance man who tried to let himself in. He wasn’t aware we were in the apartment. Maybe staff should communicate a little better when they know people are staying in the place so it doesn’t frighten them.
Did communicate with owner to say it happened and sent picture of the man to make sure it was him.

- Turnbull (3/5): Comfortable but obnoxiously loud - The apartment was clean, and the complimentary wine was nice Constantly being woken up in the early hours including weekends by drilling and knocking like something was hanging up an art gallery next door.

- Julien (5/5): For the price and the location, this rental was barely okay. Lots of improvement possible. - The emplacement was nice, quite close to the city center. The attitude of the hosts online was kind and the included wine bottle was a nice touch. The method of getting access to the apartment (completely online) was interesting and certainly a plus, but uploading photos of our passports on their website gave us a bit of a scare. But in the end, everything was fine on that front. Small things added up quickly to make us hesitate to give a good review. Amongst other, the delay for getting the code to the door was really small and the window to get it opened for us while we were in the plane landing in Florence. This amount of stress was unnecessary on top of the normal travel stress amount. Once at the apartment, the provided information was lacking, no suggestions of coffee shop, no information on local supermarkets or grocery stores. The items already in the apartment were too few : only two rolls of toilet paper for 10 days (but three pods of laundry soap?), not enough coffee for more than one batch, no olive oil of any kind (garlic could've been nice too), only one trash bag of the right size for the bin, otherwise, the only bags were huge. There was compost bins at the drop off location but no compost bin in the apartment (nor compostable bags). One (1) kitchen towel was provided but nothing to wipe the counters or table, a rag would've been nice to have. Speaking of the kitchen, over 75% of the provided kitchen ware (from pots, pans and knife (yes, singular knife) to utensils and plates) were dirty and needed to be washed upon arrival. The oven hood seemed to be working fine but water condensation would drop from the fan onto the food... This was very unsanitary and disgusting. Speaking of disgusting, the bidet was horribly dirty so we didn't use it at all during our stay. If this was not enough, there were loads of mosquitoes inside and with the high ceiling, it was impossible to manage. But the real cherry on top, was that the security chain on the door was sliding in a vertical manner, thus making it possible to remove easily from outside the door rendering it useless.

- Yu-fang (1/5): Bad experience 花錢買教訓 - Due to the dirty room and unsafe environment, we stayed only 30 minutes and did not receive a refund (we spent €325.26). The house owner did not inform us that the room would not be ready on time. It was a self-check-in with a password, and when we arrived, we found a dirty toilet, leftover food in the refrigerator, a dirty floor, and an unfinished bed. We requested that the room be cleaned. Additionally, someone attempted to enter our room using the password. We were frightened and did not allow the stranger inside. After this, we received angry messages from the owner demanding to know why we didn’t let the cleaner in and threatening to call the police. (The cleaner did not knock on the door and used the password.) Consequently, we decided to leave immediately.
After that, we contacted Booking.com for assistance in obtaining a refund. Unfortunately, we were informed that the house owner rejected our refund request due to cultural differences and a misunderstanding. As a result, we are still required to pay the full amount.
