• MICHEL (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans une ville d'un niveau culturel élevé. - Une vue incroyable sur la ville, la mer et le Vésuve en face. Accueil très sympathique et attentionné d'Oris. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Une résidence sécurisée. Quartier tranquille. Une terrasse privée immense et fleurie.

L accueil de Oris , qui est un hôte qui sait accueillir ses clients, mais également être a l écoute tout au long du séjour. Des petites attentions des notre arrivée , de bons conseils pour les adresses de restaurants . Un supermarche pas trop loin . Trop de lumière dans la chambre, des rideaux occultant seraient bienvenue . Peut être également un micro ondes. Petit déjeuner juste niveau dose de café et sucre.

• Rainer (10/5): - Unschlagbare Aussicht auf Neapel und Vesuv! Super für ein Glas Wein am Abend. Innenstadt ist über die U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Kurzer Fußweg zum Capodimonte mit Park, Café und Museum.
• GREBET (10/5): Magnifique appartement avec une vue incroyable ! Super accueil ! - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Oris qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages. Il est venu nous accueillir et nous remettre les clés en main propre. Le logement est très confortable avec une terrasse incroyable, nous avons profité de cet endroit où nous nous sentions très bien. Les serviettes de toilette sentaient très bon ! Nous recommandons le superbe logement d'Oris ! Rien !
• Ann-Katrin (9/5): Tolle Aussicht und gut ausgestattete Wohnung - Tolle Aussicht und viel Privatsphäre. Eine schöne Wohnung um Neapel zu genießen, mit sicherem Parkplatz! Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral, aber es gab eine Bahnstation 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

• Miguel Ángel (8/5): Terraza enorme con bonitas vistas - Una terraza muy grande con bonitas vistas Hacía frío en la habitación, el aparato de aire acondicionado echaba muy poco calor. Dice que el desayuno está incluido, pero te dejan 4 yogures algún zumo, bollos secos, tostadas sin mantequilla para poder hacerlas, cápsulas de café y leche para 3 días para 3 personas. El último día me mandan un mensaje diciendo que tengo que dejar 5 € por persona y por noche por el Impuesto Municipal, miro en Booking y pone que te pueden cobrar 4,5 € por persona y por noche de este impuesto. ¿? Nunca me habían cobrado el impuesto aparte. Lo que se hace normalmente es ponerlo en el precio final del alquiler desglosándolo en el precio. Está lejos del centro, necesitas autobús o metro para despalazarte

• Katja (9/5): - Super Ausblick auf den Vesuv und über Neapel. Traumhaftes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Auch die Metro ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine super Lage. Die Küchenzeile ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet, wenn man öfters kochen möchte
• Flannery (10/5): Best. Place. Ever. - This is the most magical place I’ve ever stayed. Watching the sunrise over Vesuvius every morning, hearing the bells and the sounds of Italy, the Imperator restaurant (so good) and many conveniences nearby. Do yourself a favor and learn how to use the bus and metro to save a lot of money. The host was so helpful and kind. A million stars. I was traveling with my friend, so we didn’t sleep in the same bed, but the couch was comfortable and she likes to wake with the sun. It was perfect. I didn’t like leaving 🤣
• Igor (10/5): It was one of the best stays ever. Didn't want to leave a place - It was a great stay. Everything was prepared very thoughtful. Washing machine - had the washing liquid nearby. Kitchen - got coffee and some breakfast snacks. The rooftop view was incredible!
• Xiaotian (10/5): Best experience in Napoli - Absolutely everything. You don't have to take the cable car Goto some famous view point. Oris's place has the BEST view in town. He literally makes the whole roof of his terrace. The place can easily hold a party for 50 people. And he knows all about Napoli. The place he told us for street food was so good! The metro is 12-15mins walking. It's easier take the bus 204 to the center. The stop is just 3mins away.I don't recommend tourist driving in Napoli. You will have a private parking place for free though. Oris and his parents both live in this neighborhood. They even own a great clothing store in the neighborhood. I suggest people take a look there. They have really good taste on clothes. I can't forget the day we checked out. it was saturday night and we can't get a taxi to the airport. Oris tried to help us by making phone calls to local taxi company and when we failed and started getting worried his father just close the store and drive us to the airport. This is sth you would do for a friend not customers. I'm not sure this is the culture of Napoli but it's definitely why we love Napoli. The people. the food. Everything was so perfect. None.

• Roberta (10/5): - La struttura è davvero spettacolare, con una vista dal terrazzo semplicemente impagabile. Tutto era molto pulito e curato nei dettagli, e abbiamo trovato tantissime cose a disposizione per la colazione, una piacevole sorpresa. L’accoglienza è stata splendida: ci hanno trattato benissimo, con grande gentilezza e cortesia. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere! 🌟
• Frank (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf op een fantastisch mooie plek! - Het was een heerlijk licht en mooi appartement. Goed verzorgd, met een gigantische terras en een adembenemend uitzicht! Fijne sfeer! En Oris is een ontzettend vriendelijke gastheer.

• Bart (8/5): Wonderfull view ! - The couson was waiting for us at the gate and explained everything. We also had immediate WhatsApp communication, so we could directly get in touch. The view is amazing !!!! It also has a private parking spot. The appartement is big enough for 2. The washing machine is very handy so you don't need to take too many clothes with you. Unfortunately, the breakfast is very limited, and there is no toaster. A nightlamp at the bed would also be nice. Unfortunately, the kitchen was full of antz, so be carefull where you put the food. The property seems clean at first site, but when looking closer, it was less clean than expected. Also the rain shower did not really work (almost no water coming out)
• Nadia (9/5): Dejlig og hjælpsomme personaler. Ren lejlighed - Enestående stor terrasse med fremragende udsigt, især om natten . Du har hele lejligheden for dig selv. God indretning. Ren lejlighed. Man mangler ikke noget i lejligheden. Når man booker lejligheden står der . morgenmad. Det viser sig dog alligevel at man selv skal lave morgenmad og købe frisk varer. Så man skal ikke forvente at få serveret morgenmad, så bliver man skuffet. Der er dog kun indpakket industrial croissanter og syltetøj samt tør toast som morgenmad, som åbenbart opfølger italiensklov for morgenmaden. Der er ikke noget faciliteter rundt omkring lejligheden. Ellers hvis man er ligeglad med de ovennævnte ting, er det dejligt at opholde sig i lejligheden.

• David (9/5): - The view from the terrace was magical. Check in and out was simple. Only a 20 minute walk to the metro to get you into Central Naples. Excellent accommodation. The neighbourhood feels extremely safe with a pizzaria only 5 minutes walk away. The bed was extremely hard but this is a preference thing. Other than this it was great

• Guy (9/5): Excellent apartment, helpful owner, great views, safe gated block - Beautiful apartment. Fantastic terrace with great views of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Well equipped and owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Mattress very hard for our taste - although this seems to be common in Italy - maybe we are soft Brits! Bit of a trek to get to station (12-15 mins), but this was balanced by the area feeling quieter and safer than some of the more central areas of Naples.

• Abigail (10/5): City View - This place is amazing, great value for money The view from the terrace was incredible! if you are looking for a place that is not far from the city and yet very tranquil then this is your place. we felt at home and Oris was incredible as a host, almost like a friend we've known a long time. coffee shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. I can only recommend. Enjoy the city lights from the top in your own private space! Here we will definitely come back! Absolutely nothing not to like.
• Anna (7/5): Very nice apartment with great views, not very convenient location - The apartment has a stunning view from the huge terrace of Vesuvio and the city. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Oris was very helpful on arrival and also booking a taxi for us when we were leaving. Having a stock of decent coffee and a coffee maker in the apartment was very much appreciated! Local supermarket was very close and convenient. For us, the location was a bit far from the city centre (to be fair, that is clear in the listing but we underestimated how long it would take and how much of a difference that would make). It's a 15-20 minute (uphill) walk to the metro. Only 5 minutes to a bus stop but we found the buses erratic. There's not much of interest in the local neighbourhood although there are a couple of good pizzerias nearby.

Light to strong in the living room. Easy to fix by unscrewing some of the lamps (I write this comment because nothing is ever 100% perfect 🙂)

• Adam (9/5): Beautiful view in Naples - As it's visible on pictures, view was incredible and most valued part of this room. It was quite clean and all required equipment was available. Owner was helpful and available. First of all - breakfast - I wasn't expecting that would be "normal" breakfast, but still it's not good enough to have few yogurts in the fridge and packed croissants, that could be much better. Second thing is that room was built on roof of the building so there is additional equipment responsible for water pumping - it's very loud when it's working. During one of our nights there was not electricity, pomp was not working, so water was not running out from shower, also due to no electricity I had to take our baggage from 5th floor.

I have been to many places, but here it far surpasses many places with a view in the world. The view is spectacular, with a terrace that made us stay longer in the house. face to face with volcano Vesuvius, from where you can see a large part of the Amalfi Coast ,that's how it is paradise. The kitchen is well equipped, very, very clean, the location is equipped with two air condition new, for the hot days .Mr. Oris is a very kind host, attentive to details. His father, Pino, is also an excellent host, we were even invited to the dinner and we enjoyed him and his nice family in the evening and an excellent pizza and lovely arancini– MOLTO GENTILE – E DA NOI UN GRANDE RISPETTO. I added this place as soul place and certainly I promise, we will come back. GRAZZIE A VOI, VI RINGRAZIAMO PER TUTTO ,A LA PROSIMA-PROMESSO !!! nu exista

Kitchen facilities were great and the fridge was well stocked. Apartment was clean and just a great experience overall. There is a train station 15 minutes away which is great. Unable to get ubers from the property but to the property was fine. N/A

• Domonkos (10/5): Best terrace in Naples - Well equipped (means everything - included even cotton-woll disc - my big daughter was enthralled), really nice, comfortable and clean rooftop apartment with a spacious (300m2?) terrace which has a breathtaking view on the city, Vezuvio and golf of Naples especially in the evening with the lights... I've fallen in love with this terrace. It has a closed, well-kept parking space (we arrived by car,so it was important) and safe surroundings. The owner and the staff were very kind and helpful. It's not too close to the city (as it signed on the map), but the underground is only 17 min walk (2 minutes by car and there is parking possibility) We've super days there, and the terrace...unforgettable. :) -
