• Guest (1/5): 员工服务差，床垫太软质量差，配不上它的价格 - 距离中央火车站很近。家具就和图片上显示的一样。你在图片上能看到的2间卧室、2间浴室，客厅，厨房、沙发、都和现实中一样 那个叫Nico的员工服务特别差，我们在中午抵达，他一直敷衍，最后也没有帮我们提前办理入住。后来约好晚上7:30送钥匙，结果他迟到了20多分钟，我老婆搬不动箱子，他就冷眼看着也不帮忙。进屋后都是我一一查看所有家具功能，他没有主动介绍。他在Whatsapp上回复不及时，至少延迟1小时才回复。床垫非常软，就像棉花没有任何支撑。

• Dariusz (8/5): - Przestronny apartament z dwoma łazienkami w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji w pobliżu dworca Milano Centrale - 2 minuty pieszo. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Chelsea opiekunem apartamentu. Wyposażenie kuchenne. Na stanie była jedna łyżeczka do herbaty i jeden Kieliszek do wina!!

• Roxana (10/5): Perfect - Apartamentul arată exact ca în poze, este foarte mare și foarte confortabil. Faptul că are 2 băi este un mare plus. Este dotat cu mașină de spălat, mașină de vase, frigider, congelator, cană de fiert apa, etc. Foarte aproape de apartament am mâncat la Pizzeria San Giorgio, mâncare variată și foarte bună, prețuri mai mult decât rezonabile. Băiatul care ne-a înmânat cheile vorbește românește, deci un mare avantaj din nou. Singurul lucru neplăcut este cazarea care începe de la ora 15, în condițiile în care avionul a aterizat la ora 7,10. Dar aproape de gară este un loc unde poți lăsa bagajele la un preț bun și foarte ușor de accesat.

• Shaik (9/5): Overall, the stay was enjoyable with friendly neighbours. It’s truly worth it. Felt safe too… - 1) The wide space, full amenities and 2 toilets, 2) The convenient location with several halal restaurants and supermarkets around the area, 3) The close proximity to Milano Centrale Train Station and about 200m away from Bus Transfers to/from Airport, 4) The amazing host and contactable via WhatsApp. 5) Full set of cutleries in the kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, 6) Netflix, YouTube and other TV programs. Slight Technical problems:- 1) The master bedroom toilet’s bidet is choked and unable to fix during our stay (unpleasantly smelly at times, need to open the window), 2) Old shampoo bottles found in Master Bathroom (cleared it myself).

• Janet (10/5): Beautiful apartment in Milan - The location was perfect. It was close to the train station but not too close. The apartment was modern and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water.
• Mohammed (5/5): The host service and missing items, poor water pressure. - Location and the apartment space. The host is very busy to reply, even next day I have to msg him to reply back. Kettle is there but no coffee nor tea, only sugar is there no any small bottle of water for guest. Bathroom water pressure very week. someone forgot some items in the bathroom was still there. someone should check the apartment before new guest arrives.
• On (6/5): Bright apartment isn’t bright at all - Close to Milano Centrale Station, friendly staff before and during check-in. “Bright apartment” is actually not that bright. Many light bulbs were burnt out. Only one out of five light bulbs is functioning. I guess the previous client moved the living room lamp over to the dining room (see photo). Very messy indeed! Staff said he will arrange someone to replace them the next day but it didn’t happen during our 4-day stay. No air conditioning during winter season since the owner had taken away the remote control but there is no central heating from 10pm to 6am. So very cold at night. Also, since we have to open the windows, it’s very noisy as the apartment is located close to busy streets. Electric kettle can’t close the cap. Some window shutters can’t open or close. Only small bottles of all-in-one shower gel-shampoo are provided which is not enough for the stay. There are used and left behind shower gel bottles not cleaned and were still in one of the bathrooms. There is one bathroom which is black in all walls and like you were in a cave. There is also no bowls for soup in the kitchen. The bed mattress is too soft and pillows in one of the bedrooms are too low.
