• Aleksandra (3/5): - The location was decent and in close proximity to the center. The apartment wasn’t clean at all, it had a bad smell when you entered. The towels as well as the bed sheets weren’t clean. The bathroom was really small and you could barely move in it. There was a lot of noise from the neighbors, even really late at night.

• AndreaSerrani (7/5): - Espacio prolijo,bien equipado. Barrio tranquilo. No somos muy pretenciosos, pero el espacio no está preparado para 4 personas. Para empezar había sólo 2 sillas, y una estaba rota. Nunca tuvimos el agua suficiente y caliente para bañarnos los 4. Hay muy poco espacio para transitar.

Nossa único ponto foi em relação aos detalhes da limpeza - O apartamento é completo, oferecendo o que é necessário para os hóspedes. Toalhas limpas, itens de cozinha que atendem para uma comida rápida, todos os equipamentos funcionando. O calefador do quarto não estava funcionando mas o host resolveu de imediato comprando um novo e nos entregando, agradecemos pela agilidade. O apartamento é muito próximo ao metro e mercado. O apartamento é bastante úmido. A limpeza de um modo geral estava adequada mas deixando a desejar em alguns pontos: no sofá que visivelmente não estava agradável e alguns lugares um pouco empoeirados.

• Maider (6/5): - El apartamento cuando lleguemos no estaba limpio. El dueño cuando se le comunico ,desde el primer momento remedio el problema.

• Aleksei (4/5): The apartment needs cleaning and ant disinfestation! - The location is good, close to a metro station, supermarkets and cafes. The bathroom was clean, the shower with hot water worked normally. There were enough dishes and utensils, the microwave was clean and worked fine. A lot of ants! They mostly walk along the walls, but some climb on the furniture. They won't hurt you but it's disgusting! The washing machine was broken, and we had to go to the laundry. There is no table, so you have to eat sitting on the couch. The freezer in the fridge was full of ice, nothing fits there. The cover for the couch's blanket didn't fit, it was too small. The dehumidifier is almost black with mold inside.
