• vanssa.s (8/5): Modern and very clean, but with some practical issues - At first glance, this accommodation looks excellent. The facilities are modern, stylish and very clean. We appreciated the possibility to wash and dry our clothes, with cashless payment through an app, which was very convenient for pilgrims. There is also a small kitchen and even a shoe-cleaning station on the floor, which is a thoughtful feature after a long day on the Camino. Overall, the hostel is well maintained and offers several useful amenities. The kitchen was very minimally equipped. There was only one mug available, and basic items such as a knife were missing, so we had to improvise when preparing our food. As two young women, we were placed in a shared room with four older men, two of whom did not appear to be pilgrims. This made us feel somewhat uncomfortable, especially as we knew that some rooms were occupied by women only. We believe room assignments could be handled more thoughtfully in situations like this, particularly when guest information is provided in advance. The lockers were also not ideally arranged. The locker next to my bed belonged to another guest, which was confusing, and all lockers were operated by key card and emitted a loud beeping sound each time they were opened. This was quite disruptive, especially during the night. Overall, the accommodation was clean and modern, but due to these practical issues, we would probably choose a different place next time..

• Randy (8/5): Nice place to rest after a tough day on the Camino - It’s modern, close to the Camino Trail. Front check-in staff, very friendly. Kitchen area was very nice. Room was a bit cramped w/ three bunk beds, and room was a bit warm. Bring coin w/ you if you plan on using vending machine, front desk has no coins.

• Catherine (7/5): Would not recommend or stay again. - Location near Camino. Room was a good size. We arrived at 4:30 and nobody available for check in. Check in was accomplished via video, and we were providing private information verbally to a screen in a public foyer. We did not see anybody except for someone who slept on an air mattress in a lounge area.

• Victoria (8/5): En general bien - Bien ubicado, buena distribución del hospedaje. Es necesario aumentar la frecuencia de limpieza a dos veces al día. Realizaban solo por la mañana y, aunque en ese momento las instalaciones quedan en muy buenas condiciones, luego pasan muchas horas sin mantenimiento. Dado el uso compartido y continuo, provoca que hacia la tarde y la noche haya suciedad en el piso, papeles tirados y falte papel higiénico, afectando la experiencia de los demás huéspedes. Es necesario que sumen una cocina pequeña aunque sea eléctrica, una hornalla, porque solo tiene microondas, tostadora y heladera y no podes terminar de cocinar nada. Falta esponja para lavar la poca losa que hay.

A falta de respeito pelo descanso do outro é algo que me incomoda verdadeiramente e penso que deveria ser definido, como em alguns albergues, uma hora de fecho de portas. Foi a única noite no caminho onde me senti verdadeiramente desrespeitada pelos companheiros de quarto.

• RuiQin (9/5): 位置设施环境餐厅都非常好，前台需加强职业培训。 - 位置很赞，去哪儿都很方便。酒店非常干净整洁，设施齐全且好用。 完全的物超所值。 但是前台的小姐姐貌似很不开心，我的门卡没弄好开不了门，我过去找她，弄门卡/盖章/咨询洗衣服/换零钱，她一直拉着脸，很不乐意。这大概是此次入住最大也是唯一的糟点。 晚餐吃的朝圣者套餐，服务员小姐姐很好，菜品好吃量足。非常满意。 前台的姐姐，需要做下情绪管理吧。不说微笑服务，起码普通表情吧。

J’ai expliqué la situation au personnel de la réception de l’hôtel principal qui n’en a pas eu grand chose à faire ..:

• Andi (8/5): Comfortable and clean, but no kitchen. - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and easily accessible. There were facilities such as a washing machine and dryer (although I didn’t need to use them) The only reason I did not give this a 10 was because in the description posted by the Albergue, they state they have a fully equipped kitchen. This is not the case. There is only a microwave, 3 bowls, one glass and a cup. There is also a fridge. We chose to stay here as we are not only because we are doing the Camino but also travelling around Europe for a long period- this means we are self catering a lot. A fully equipped kitchen is something that we look for so as to cook.
