- Trinnay (3/5): Not great sta somewhere else. - Not really much The rooms were absolutely tiny, you literally can not fit 2 full sized suitcases in there for the life of you. The whole lobby was under maintenance so there was no where to sit and enjoy the ‘breakfast’ that they advertised. The breakfast was one milk bun and one stale croissant. There were no massage chairs as advertised. The fridge in the room was a freezer and froze our water bottles. The main lady on the front desk didn’t speak any English at all.

- Yannick (10/5): Great, relaxing and interesting stay - Really relaxing stay, all amenities were really pleasant, the overall vibe was great. It felt like a small retreat inside the city of Tokyo. Maybe the buffet/eating space could be a bit more various, with more different things to eat. However, the idea is nice, and the drinks corner completely covered for it.

- cristiano (8/5): Funzionale per girare Tokyo - Punto forte la posizione nel quartiere di shinjuku, a pochi passii dalla Metro, che consente di raggiungere ogni destinazione urbana. L'hotel risente della sua primaria funzione, cioè di Love Hotel, quindi le camere sono molto piccole. Letto comodo e camera silenziosissima. Quindi per soggiorni di più giorni bisogna organizzarsi per la sistemazione dei bagagli. La colazione è rappresentata da una macchinetta che fornisce Nigiri (peraltro buoni) e qualche dolcetto, e the. Particolarmente divertente è uno scaffale di amenities, con prodotti fra i più disparati per la skin care, l'igiene personale e l'ospitalità, gratuiti. Personale cortese ma con poca dimestichezza con l'inglese, in più usano ancora le mascherine, a complicare la comprensibilità della comunicazione. Ma è un love hotel, quindi........serve ad altro.

- Sandra (5/5): Small - There’s not anywhere to sit ot hang out around the reception. No sofa, no chair - nothing. What’s on the pictures at booking are not at the hotel. At the pictures you can see massage chairs, they doht exist. But they are still on the pictures outside the hotel. Staff didn’t speak English. But they did their best to communicate. They were friendly. We didn’t know we booked a love hotel. To be honest, we didn’t know that existed 😂 there’s condoms in the bedroom. Very small room. We had to re organize to be able to open our bags. Ved was firm. Not able to look out of the windows. There are something cover it. We stayed 4 nights. Wouldn’t book the same again.

The decor is warm and detailed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable, peaceful space. The room was clean, well maintained, and surprisingly spacious. The amenities were generous and thoughtful, which made the stay feel even more special. The staff was kind and welcoming, and everything was smooth from check in to check out. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and after a full day out, it was really nice to come back to such a cozy and calming environment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for something a little more charming and memorable than a standard hotel experience.

- Goran (5/5): Choose only if you must, or if the price is reasonable - Nothing in particular, maybe the coffee and soda machine at the reception, all with terrible tastes either way. The room was awful, noisy, small, saw a rat just in front of the main entrance of the hotel (just like all around the neighborhood),. There is actually nothing that resembles like a breakfast in this hotel, just one type of clear soup as "cooked" food, and croissants wrapped in plastics, no fruits or vegetables of any kind...and making a coffee is manual work - looks good in theory but it actually takes you 15 min to grind the coffee manually, and the taste is awful in any case...

My grandmothers ring was left in the room after check out and when we returned later looking for it, it was no where to be seen. There is no other place the ring could be, i have photos of myself wearing the ring right before the hotel stay and then not in the morning at the hotel breakfast. Staff were helpful in looking but sadly no luck, most likely it was taken. Additionally a bag of presents was ‘lost’ as well Disappointing that things were taken as it ruined an otherwise wonderful stay
- Devin (8/5): Overall, I give it 8/10 due to the location, amentities, and how unique the place was! - My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first 3 nights of our trip. The staff was very nice and checking in was easy. The hotel is so ornate with beautiful dark wood. It felt like we were stepping into a spa. Our room was small but that was already expected but honestly was big enough for us! We only had carry-ons. The AC in the room works very well. The room was clean and the bathroom amenities were great. The only interesting thing is that you need to give them your room key whenever you leave and they give it right back to you when you come back. We thought that was weird but we got used to it! It was nice having free breakfast in their lounge area (which is open 24/7). Great coffee and tea options. Oh also, there were free spirits and wine which was a nice surprise! We mainly booked this hotel because of the location. We were walking distance to memory lane, Golden Gai, a beautiful park/gardens, and many restaurants. We walked everywhere and hardly used public transportation. So much great stuff around this hotel. There was a slight mildew smell in the room, which was taken away by turning on the air filter and AC. The shower and tub could have used a shower curtain or something to block water from going everywhere. It was difficult to take a shower because water would splash outside the tub and there is a crack between the tub and the wall which is where the mildew smell comes from I think. They need to seal that or something.

That said, I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Overall it wasn’t pleasant and easy for someone being a foreigner

Immer gerne wieder. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und wenn du zwei große Koffer hast solltest du diese an der Rezeption kostenlos deponieren.

- Michel (2/5): - the positive: well located right at higashi shinjuku metro station. better would be shinjuku station though. golden gai is very close and so are shibuya, shinjuku, harajuku etc. the free drinks were great too the negative: to be fair, after receiving a smoking room we checked our booking and it was indeed indicated on the pictures that smoking would be allowed, but since nowhere in the world i have ever stayed at, smoking was allowed i did not look out for that characteristic at all. the room smelled really bad like smoke. we could not change rooms and were offered a deodorizing spray...that was the first disappointment. then the room was really tiny. so small, you have to open your suitcase on your bed. no space at all. the room was not cleaned at all, it was very dark. the breakfast was included but not appealing at all. had breakfast there once. we would definitely not come again.

- YACOV (1/5): מלון שלא מיועד לנופש אלא ללינה לפי שעות צוות לא מתקשר אין ארוחת בוקר . - רק את המיקום המקום מיועד לזוגות שמשכירים חדרי אהבה לפי שעות ולא לצורכי נופש . הצוות לא יודע לתקשר באנגלית . חדרים קטנים שמתוכננים רק למטרה של שניה זמנית . מרגיש כמו בצינוק . לא מנקים את החדר באפן יזום . את המגבות צריך לקחת לבד . כתבתם שיש ארוחת בוקר . זה פרסום מטעה מה שנקרא ארוחת בוקר מורכב מלחמניות אצבע קפה ולכן אכלנו בחוץ . הרגשנו שם מאוד לא טוב והם סרבו גם לזכות אותנו כשביקשנו לעזוב .מציע לכם לא להמליץ עליו לשהות של מבוגרים או משפחות . זה מבייש את כולם . בקיצור זה מקום לא להצעה לנופש בכלל .
- Paul (8/5): - The hotel is very cute. It is clean. They offer free coffee and drinks all day long as well as free breakfast. It is walking distance from a lot of places to eat and drink. The area is a little seedy. It is also what they call a “love” hotel. To be honest, we did not see other people at the hotel and it was very quiet. But I wish I had known in advance that it was that kind of hotel.

- 佳豪 (8/5): - 地點不錯, 鄰近超市和許多餐廳, 附近多為休息旅館. 這間飯店裝潢有特色. 提供24小時小點心和飲料以及無限備品讓出差的旅客非常方便, 工作人員服務良好. 離開飯店時請櫃檯協助叫計程車服務 也主動提供了前往的地址 但最後並未傳達給司機 導致司機送錯地址 造成前往機場的時間延誤 真的很可惜 整體住宿體驗良好, 在最後這一部分的體驗大打折扣.

- andrew (9/5): Great value hotel in a popular area. - First stay in a “love hotel” so wasn’t sure what to expect but we had a great stay. Very comfortable room with lots of space. Fantastic staff, always friendly and polite. Incredible amount of free toiletries to chose from. No drawers in the room.

- Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Lots of free ammenities and comfortable sitting area down stairs. They have various coffee to choose from and you can grind the beans.

- Khoo (8/5): Location location location. - Great amenities, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Perfect location for late nights out with 24 hours shopping and eating all around. Outdoor bath was great after a night out. Please note this is a love hotel and I checked in with clear expectations of this, and it was perfect for a couples vacation to try something different and new. I think the cleaners can probably be trained better to Japanese cleanliness standards. The cleaning standards was more 3 star South East Asia than 3 star Japan if you get my drift. Clean enough not to feel disturbed but not spick and span as the rest of Japan. Coming from south east asia and having travelled a fair bit, it didn't bother me too much, but I can see why some people would describe the cleanliness as not being the best especially compared to the rest of Japan. The room staircase, corners of the ceiling and the headboard area of the bed were dusty and could have used a proper deep vacuum.
