• Rosleidy (10/5): Excelente estancia: comodidad y ubicación ideal - Nos encantó la atención de Nathaly, las condiciones del apartamento en general. Mis niños se divirtieron muchísimo y estuvimos muy a gusto con todas las comodidades que ofrece el apartamento. Sin duda recomendamos este espacio y volveríamos a hospedarnos al volver a Valencia.

• Aparicio (10/5): - Personal muy amable, se preocupan por los problemas que puedan surgir y estan atentos a todo. El apartamento está muy limpio y muy nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer vida en él.
• Donatella (8/5): - appartamento accogliente con tutti i confort e tutto quello che serve in cucina. Centrale collegato con tutti i mezzi. Nelle vicinanze supermercato e negozi. La biancheria prevede solo un grande asciugamano per ospite. Forse ne mettere qualcuno in più. La pulizia da rivedere.
• Jeray (10/5): Estancia completa e increíble !!! - Nos encantó, el alojamiento, supero todas nuestras expectativas, estaba todo súper limpio y muy cómodo. Destacar sobretodo la atención de la anfitriona, en todo momento fue super cercana y resolviendo cualquier duda que tuviéramos, sin duda repetiremos cada vez que vengamos a Valencia porque ha sido de 10 tanto el trato como el alojamiento :)

• Brady (10/5): - Wonderful clean modern apartment with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. A bit away from the centre but the Tram stop 'Transits' on line four is only a short walk away which will take you to Pont de Fusta which is close the centre or the park in the old River Turia. There is also a bus stop nearby. Great place to stay would highly recommend 👌

• Oleksii (8/5): - Clean and tidy apartment, with a decent location. Large enough to accommodate a big family. Equipped with everything needed for self-catering. Ground floor. The access to the apartment only with key.
• Noor Azziyah (9/5): A great choice for anyone visiting valencia - An excellent stay overall—comfortable, well-organized, and very pleasant.The room was spacious, spotless, and Well-equipped with good amenities . Everything met our expectations and more. Street parking is free, but availability is limited and can be difficult to find..we wait for 40minutes to get it..

• Angeles1938 (9/5): Excelente atención, y muy cómodo el departamento. - Una cocina bien instalada, con todo lo necesario, habitación cómodas, bien calefaccionado todo el departamento. Supermercado cerca. No tengo motivo de quejas o reclamos. Muy bien todo.

• Damian (10/5): Super baza do zwiedzania Walencji - Wszystko było w porządku. Doba hotelowa zaczynała się od 14:00, ale mieliśmy lot wcześniej i na miejscu byliśmy ok. 10:00, ale nie było problemu z wcześniejszym check-in. Po wiadomości do gospodarza, w przeciągu 5 minut się pojawił, przekazał klucz i pokazał oraz opowiedział o obiekcie, mieliśmy dodatkowe pytania, na które od razu odpowiedział oraz polecił lokale w okolicy. Obiekt, duży (odpowiedni dla 4+ osób), dużo udogodnień, dobre wifi i lokalizacja. Jeśli miałbym się pojawić w Walencji ponownie, na pewno bym tu wrócił :) Brak minusów

• Srdan (10/5): Great place, even better hosts! - It is very roomy, with huge common space. Hosts were amazing and very responsive, every question was answered quickly and we helped with whatever we needed! It is a big apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 big bed in the common area and a sofa. We expected 3 bedrooms.

L appartement que j ai réserve correspondait tout à fait à la description sur booking. L appartement a dépasse toute mes attentes. Et encore plus. Très bel appartement. Tout carrelé . Du salon au chambre. Mais le plus que j ai apprécié. L appartement était bien climatisé. Le premier jour vu les fotes chaleur. Des que j ai franchi la porte. Waouw choc thermique. C'est dingue. J était choque . Quel fraîcheur incroyable. Après chaque sorti , on avait juste hâte de revenir dans l appartement. Et je reviendrais encore sans hésiter la prochaine fois sur Valencia

• Marmy (9/5): Beautiful Apt, Great Location - The apartment is nicely renovated and very beautiful. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. The listing said pets allowed no extra charges. The owner said, "The 1st pet is free and 2nd pet is €30" :-0 I told him his listing said no charge for pets but he insisted I pay. He went down to €25 then to €20 then to €15 which I reluctantly paid. He was nice about it but I felt he should have honored what his policy stated.

• Ionut (10/5): Excellent - Excellent choice - the apartment is exactly as presented in photos; Large enough for a family with kids, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped (including washing machine and clothes dryer as well as a dish washer, iron, towels, etc). For smokers, it's available also a smoking area (outside). The host - very helpful and willing to support us as guests (2 adults, 3 children); I appreciated especially airport transfer service ensured by the host (from airport to the property and viceversa) given late flights in the middle of the night, while no other help was needed from the host as everything was perfectly functional. Wireless internet - optimal band, no disruptions (at all), great performance / compatibility with smartphones devices. Location - one of the best given that the property is positioned very close to public transportation infrastructure (buses,metro stations - 10-15 min to city center and 30-40min to Malvarrosa beach, 15-20 min to Bioparc/ Oceanografic), neighbor parks (5-10 min walk - Parc de Marxalenes, 10-15 min walk - Parc d'Arena), restaurants, supermarkets. Safe, quiet area. Price - great pricing balance considering all facilities of the apartment, welcoming host and attractive location. No adversity / negative aspects to declare here.

It Is big and have everything you could need. * it has bathrooms with good showers. * the beds were clean and comfortable *towels and bed sheets were provided * air conditioning working perfectly for the summer time * is pet friendly !! And has a terrace that is perfect for pets * you can sleep good without noise specially if you take the room at the back *buses and transport services can be found near the place. * it has washing machine in case you need it * the land lord is a friendly guy * it was a bit weird to not have windows in the bedrooms (for natural air) * Parking can be difficult but That is common in Valencia and not related with the apartment
• Comfort (10/5): Affordable Luxury - Beautiful apartment. Well planned and presented. The lighting, fittings and the appliances were well thought out. The tile/ marble flooring was stood out, must be very expensive. The air-conditioning and the apartment ventilation was topnotch. My children didn't want to leave. We definitely be back ! The struggle to get parking on the street.
