• Xiaoling (1/5): I don't believe, booking.com can allow this flat exist in their website - I looked for a flat in London 2 months ago, checked ability for this flat and paid for this property, However, just before I am going to travel to London, booking.com send me a message says this flat has been unlisted for a year. There must be something wrong with booking.com website. It allowed me to book the flat, paid for it without check for availability. The booking.com also tell me I can get full refund, However, everyone is lie. Because no one tell me how can I get refund. I looked for a flat in London 2 months ago, checked ability for this flat and paid for this property, However, just before I am going to travel to London, booking.com send me a message says this flat has been unlisted for a year. There must be something wrong with booking.com website. It allowed me to book the flat, paid for it without check for availability. The booking.com also tell me I can get full refund, However, everyone is lie. Because no one tell me how can I get refund.

• Temilade (2/5): Low standard - The street is calm and serene. But the property is so backward I wouldn’t advise any of my loved ones to use this property because they use derogatory statements on guests and they are shady with their policies. They are African who are involved in scamming people of their money. Please beware of them
• Jack (1/5): Bad - We were over for a funeral awe didn’t get to our property until about 11.40 I rang the telephone number provided but no answer Then I rang again straight to voicemail I had little charge on my mobile so rang my daughter and she tried but the would not answer ! We had to lay on the floor outside the apartment and only for the kindness of a man who lived upstairs he brought us down som pillows and a blanket We never slept the whole night ! Then I rang them that morning to see if we could at least get in to freshen up for a shower and clean ourselves before the funeral but again they would not answer We are totally gutted it’s not fair all they needed to do as soon as we paid was send us the key code To be honest I was that irate I was nearly going to bust open the door only I was brought up better than that I would be grateful if you could give me a call on my mobile 07708779386 Hope nobody has to rent this property in the future And to be honest if it had have went well I could have put a lot of business their way as a lot of my friends go over all the time for football matches Totally unacceptable

• Nabeel (1/5): Poor service - He made me wa He made me wait 2 hours outside the property and when asked how long he will be to let me in he kept making excuses about my id and then I saw him turn up after 2 hours to try clean the property before letting me in . At this point I had enough and I didn’t even go into the property.

• Fisher (8/5): Very good - We were very impressed with how clean this apartment was. It would have been very helpful to have a small table for eating with some chairs. We are a family of 4 but there was only seating for 3 on a sofa. But hopefully this can be rectified as we would love to return next year.

Host had my mobile number but never called me. Emailed me through booking.com after 10pm saying I must have left! Complete scam!!!!!!!

• Oliver (8/5): Very good - The hosts were very accommodating to our unexpected late arrival. They gave clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys via Whatsapp. Apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for a short stay.
