• Carla (1/5): - Estaba bien ubicado Al llegar a la casa no funcionaba el código y tuvimos que esperar a que nos cogieran el teléfono. Además, ya habíamos comentado que éramos canarios y, aún así, sólo nos hablaban en inglés tanto por la web como por teléfono. Se cortó el agua desde la segunda noche de nuestra estancia y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Las camas son muy incómodas, las sábanas puestas estaban sucias, había cosas personales por toda la casa, no había parking suficiente.... En dos ocasiones me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que tenía que pagar un suplemento de limpieza extra, lo cual ya habíamos pagado porque estaba incluido en el precio. La decoración es un poco tenebrosa. La piscina está lejos y se comparte con el resto del complejo... En definitiva, no volveremos.

• Alex (7/5): Clean but uniquely maximal decor and comfort - + King bed was very comfortable + Bath and shower very good warm water + Swimming pool beautiful + Quiet and obscure location with views across the caldera + Nice living room area to enjoy a film + Very secure home and free onsite parking + Spacious ( a little bit huge really!) + Helpful neighbour to deal with any issues + impressively clean for such a maximal house _ Swimming pool down loads of steps not outside property _ The house had such high ceilings and space yet the bedroom on a mezzanine did not have en suite bathroom _ Property was really owners home and not a holiday let so a lot of their personal stuff about albeit very neatly tidied away _ the dolls were a bit scary for my partner, but the new photos show this :) _ Entrance instructions given so close to checking moment that we thought we wouldn’t get them so had 2 hours of anxious calling customer services and being unable to get hold of owner until last moment. Admittedly it was Xmas day so this could be extenuating circumstances
