• Rebeca (7/5): Lugar de paso - Buen Internet y cerca de un supermercado grande IPERAL La ubicación no me sirvió para andar con adultos mayores o niños, el barrio se siente inseguro y descuidado , el edificio donde está el apartamento es ruidoso, fuman y todo el olor está en los pasillos, el lugar olía feo.

Estava muito calor em Milão, mas havia 2 ar condicionados no apartamento, que o deixavam muito fresco e agradável. Amamos. Os travesseiros eram um pouco desconfortáveis, mas nada de mais

La comunicazione con la direzione è stata facile e veloce e l'assistenza è stata molto buona. Il punto di forza della casa è la tranquillità assoluta e l'aria condizionata disponibile in ogni stanza. ، Lavatrice, bagno comodo e moderno, cucina con tutto il necessario, TV in ogni stanza, Wi-Fi, cancello di sicurezza per l'edificio, parcheggio gratuito di notte, questo appartamento è eccellente se intendi venire Arrivo a Milano Il letto in soggiorno aveva un problema, ma il rispettabile padrone di casa mi ha promesso di ordinarne uno nuovo.

• Raghavendar (7/5): Can survive a night - Communication with the host was quite easy and quick. Good access to metro. Very neat, good wifi at home. It’s on the ground floor, so easy to access. Didn’t quite fit 5 people. Too big dining table that had to be moved around a lot to accommodate the sofa bed. A foldable stair and children’s dining chair were redundant and couldn’t be displaced. The sofa bed was too soft for me, and I had to leave with neck pain.

• Claudiu-alin (5/5): Passable - "Basic Accommodation, Lacking Comfort and Charm" Unfortunately, our experience at Jcube Apartments Precotto was neither good nor bad—it was simply modest. There was nothing particularly special or convenient about the place. The apartment served its purpose, but nothing more. The area felt more like a cold, suburban neighborhood and lacked a sense of security, which made it uncomfortable for us. Personally, I didn’t enjoy the stay and wouldn’t choose to return. It’s the kind of accommodation that might work for a quick, one-night stay, but not much beyond that. Thank you for providing us with a place to stay, but I would strongly recommend raising the quality standards and improving the overall appearance of the property. -Lack of amenities and comfort – There was nothing special or noteworthy about the apartment, just the bare essentials. -The area – The location felt more like a cold suburb, not offering a sense of security. -Modest appearance – The apartment was described as modest, without anything impressive. -Suitable only for short stays – In your opinion, the accommodation is only appropriate for one-night stays, without offering enough comfort for a longer visit.

• Raghu (3/5): Poor - Host is great and very helpful Sofa bed cannot be extended because there is no space. So only either the leg or head can be accomodated. Floor was not mopped properly. No kitchen knife. Cutting tomatoes and cucumber for breakfast was a problem.
• Sahasu (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed here with four friends for a night, and it was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The beds were great, and the location was spot on—close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was super friendly too. We all had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Distance to the centre of city Bathroom door don't work properly. I oculdn't close them using the key. Less of corkscrew, No basic staff like tea or coffee, salt or pepper. No cutting knife. Only sheets for sleeping. No light duvets or blankets.
